To whom this concerns; I am [redacted]. I am a client of yours. I have had a problem with my computer not down loading files to my computer and my device. I called for help from your techs. I was lucky enough to get in contact with Martin [redacted] and he was able to correct my big problem. This man is dedicated to resolving a problem. He worked diligently till he resolved the problem. These kind of people are very hard to find. This man deserve recognition for his ability and knowledge in this profession. I highly recommend One Solution Inc. All issues were resolved and everything seems to be ok. My only complaint was not being able to understand the technicians much of the time John [redacted]

Ryan came in later and resolved all remaining problems.

The techs were very professional, and did a great job clearing out all of the
adware and viruses that were on my computer. I now feel safe doing my

My experience with the operators was informative and helpful. I was pleased with the service and they were able to solve my issues. The cost was reasonable and in line with those that I have worked with in the past.

I had a very pleasant and professional experience with Adam [redacted] at One Solutions. He was very thorough and extremely fast in identifying and correcting my issues. One completed, he went through the entire process with me to ensure that I was fully aware of what needed to be done and what he had done.

Firstly, we would like to object to your claim of us being "scammers" and taking advantage of our valued customers.
Secondly, as per our technicians diagnosis and case reports, we did find viruses in your system, which was causing multiple pop ups and other problems in...

your computer. If you felt that there was no problem with your computer running slow and giving you trouble, why did you call us directly? Also, are you not happy with the services provided and is your computer not functioning in a much better manner now?                                      ... Also, we are unable to understand why you did not contact our support team/billing team in order to get a refund for the services provided to you.
The above questions are just for our information and we would appreciate your feedback so we can further enhance our customer service and experience.
As per your phone conversation yesterday with our specialist - [redacted] we are open to crediting your account for the due amount, however we would appreciate if you could provide us a realistic feedback of our services and your experience.
