My 92 year old mother received a virus notice on her computer and that she needed to contact One Solution for immediate repair. After she called, she agreed to pay for 5 years of computer protection. Upon being advised of her action, I reviewed her computer and found no virus, but that One Solution had downloaded programs on her system. I removed the software and cancelled all payments. One Solution took advantage of my mother and scammed her to pay for services she does not need. I contacted One Solution and found this to be a call center in India. There was no remorse for their fraudulent action and they continue to contact my elderly mother seeking payment for services not required. One Solution is a scam and a dishonest business. I have filed complaints with the [redacted] and the [redacted] office.
BEWARE -- One Solution is a fraud.

It is difficult to understand what is being said on the phone. However, they were most helpful. It took longer than expected, but they worked on it until it was fixed. Thank you. Very much appreciated.

I received a call from a person purporting to be from [redacted] and serious problems had been detected in my software, blah, blah - and something told me this was a scam so I hung up. I called One Solution, and they confirmed an attempted scam. They then went through my software, cleaned up cookies, viruses, etc.. They took over my computer and consistently called me back with a progess report. or to request more information. Since I know nothing about repairing software, I was very grateful. I was also told how to clean up the computer with the company's software. I very much appreciated their help and professionalism

This is a review of ONE SOLUTION computer services.
I bought into their system, and have found them to be VERY responsive.

It may be too soon to say how long lasting their fix is, but from all indications,
they are most competent.
My laptop was locking up with TOO MANY PROBLEMS.
I worked for four days trying to figure it out, and finally contacted ONE SOLUTION.

It took hours, but they got me up and running.

It happened again, a week later, but ONE SOLUTION again came to my rescue.

Excellent communications with them despite my hearing loss difficulties.

I would recommend them to others.

They did a very good job fixing my wife's laptop computer.She started using it last night and it worked without a hitch or glitch.Thank you.
