confusing because of many changes technicians are very knowledgeable sometimes accent gets in the way overall, I guess I'll find out how satisfied I am as I become more familiar

My problem still has not been fixed Now my printer is having trouble connecting to the printer I will have to call again and be on the phone for an hour or more It is very exasperating for me as I am not a well person All I wanted was my computer to run quicker and more smoothly
I do have to say everyone of your technicians are polite and as helpful as they can be
Please, please fix my computer

As for the password and locking up the computer, that is something which is not possible to doThe technicians do require you to key in a password so they can access your computer after restarting it once they install the security softwareThis is done so you do not have to remain on the phone for 2-hours while they fix your system
We do not have any record of a transaction with your namePlease provide us with a date, amount and phone number you called from so we can pull up the details and call recordingsAlso, it would be great if you could specify the agents name who answered your call and took access of your computer
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and can assure you that once we do look into the records and call recordings, we shall take strict action against the specific technicians and also shall put in checks and measures to ensure that this is not repeated

I tried to work with the company four times and each time they demanded credit card numbers to help me resolve the problem they purposefully created on my laptopI never gave them the credit card information because I was watching them cause issues by locking my laptopEach time I called and requested the legal department, a manager or Supervisor they demanded my credit card and said they could easily fix the problem they caused if I would pay themThey said they never spoke to me and would not help without money
They clearly stated they were *** *** *** ** employees and were certified representatives of *** This is how they convinced me to give them access to my computerThey have no intention of resolving this issue without obtaining my financial recordsWhen I told them they were a scam they locked down my laptop and hung up on meTheir response to this complaint is just more of what I have already heard from themThe two 800#'s are XXX-XXX-XXXX and they called me from XXX-XXX-XXXXAgain I spoke with many of their employees and no one will helpIf you look on the Internet there are many, many complaints of One Solution, Inc scamming people into technical supportThey need to be stopped and forced to pay for ruining my computer and filesWe are a *** Ministry being taken advantage of by this company misrepresenting themselves as *** and then they hold you hostagePLEASE HELP!!!

There is nothing we can do for you and if you keep insisting that our business is a scam, we will have to take legal action against you for defamation
Also, it is clearly mentioned in the phone call that we have *** Certified Techs and are not representing *** in any way

Had One Solution Tech work on two computers They were very patient and professional I would you them again I highly recommend this company

The technicians working on the malware or virus I picked up by clicking a popup were very helpful in removing the problem and got most of it I watched them work remotely on my computer for over 1/hours
I did have a little more work to do as some of the downloaded malware was still there the next morning But was able to do so with the tools they downloaded to my computer Could I have done this myself? No way! The virus/malware left me unable to use my browsers and in effect, shut me down so that I could not access the internet I was lucky enough to get a window open in a little used browser and the tech support I initially contacted led me to One Solution
I would recommend them to anyone who is experiencing a virus/malware problem as they worked quickly and knew what they were doing The cost was well worth it!

The technical support I received was very professionalThe technicians were courteous and explained enough for me to be more proficient in the use of the service
It was very helpful to just call and have technician take over the computer to address the problemWith direct contact to the technician, I was able to avoid a lot of transfers and waiting for another person to pick up and possibly require me wait to be transferred to anotherThe advantage of being connected directly to the technician eliminated much frustration

Completing satisfied with service received from Sid & Henry Feel good about having a safe computer again

They did a good job but they are very hard to understand because they are
