Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this matter to our attentionWe take the customer experience seriously here at Online City Tickets and would like to take the time to address Mrs [redacted] concernsIt should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets?"instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: “We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue.”When Mrs [redacted] selected their tickets, they were taken to our checkout pageFrom there, they were directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bolded textThen, Mrs [redacted] was directed to review our terms and conditions?"visible in a text box below this order total?"and presented with the bolded message “All sales are final.”? At this point, Mrs [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkoutAfter checking the box and clicking “Review Order”? they are taken to the checkout page which features an even more in-depth order summary that displays the number and prices of their tickets, delivery and service fees, and the total charge.? As a secondary marketplace, Online City Tickets is not directly affiliated with any artist or venue and does not generate tickets as a primary box office; rather, we act as an intermediary between fans and ticket holdersSince customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure our policies are fair to both partiesThis means that we are unable to offer refunds and must enforce an “all sales are final” policy?"a standard throughout the industry.? Online City Tickets operates our own customer service department which is available to resolve any and all issues that our customers may encounterWe encourage Mrs [redacted] to utilize this resource for any additional concerns, but as it currently stands, we consider this matter closed.? Regards,OnlineCityTickets

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the concerns of our valued customer, Ms [redacted] We appreciate the opportunity to address this matterOnline City Tickets operates on the secondary market, meaning that we are not affiliated with any venue or box office and do not own or generate any ticketsRather, we simply facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersBecause of our status as a secondary marketplace, any changes made to date or artist are outside of our purview.? Our 100% Buyer Guarantee ensures that a customer will receive a refund if their event is cancelled outright, without being rescheduledThis information is? stated in our terms and conditions, and repeated on the checkout page with the following message: "Your tickets will:? Be completely refunded (minus shipping) if the event is cancelled."On? 12/19/15, Ms [redacted] ? purchased tickets to see [redacted] on 03/29/On 03/08/16, we received notice that the event had been postponed by the artist, and contacted Ms [redacted] to inform her of thisAs soon as we were made aware that a new date had been set by the artist, we contacted her again to provide this information, and she has since indicated that she would no longer be able to attendIt should be noted that Ms [redacted] is not due a refund for rescheduled events per the terms and conditions to which Ms [redacted] agreed prior to checkoutOur sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process?"from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).”Ms [redacted] 's tickets were delivered moments after she completed her purchase, and remain valid for the upcoming dateAdditionally, we have reached out to our customer and provided a resolution to this matter that was amicable to both partiesAs such, this matter has been resolved, and we hope that Ms [redacted] will choose Online City Tickets for her future event ticketing needs.Regards,Online City Tickets

Thank you for your responseAs we previously stated, prior to receiving this claim we were in contact with Ms [redacted] and reached an amicable resolutionThis resolution was issued to Ms [redacted] on 2/24/As such, we consider this matter resolved.Regards,Online City Tickets

I figured the show would be sold out given that it was just days prior to the event and it's a popular showI was happily surprised to get tickets and in good seatsA little pricey but not too bad given the popularity of the event, the seats and the short noticeAnd the process was smoothNo complaints

? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they are not taking any responsibility for the matterWhen I contacted the vendor regarding my complaint, they did, after a long discussion, offer me a 10% discount code for up to $off of a future purchase with themThis was not a resolution to meTherefore, I did contact my credit card company and the Revdex.com as an attempt to protect myself and my purchase of more than $600.00.The dispute I filed with my creditor has been closed because nothing was handled improperly with the cash transactionSince that dispute has been closed, they are free to offer a resolution. They are saying that GA and Row and Seat #'s being? used for inventory purposes only is an "industry" standardMaybe the people who actually work in the "industry" might know that, but a row and seat number on a concert ticket means that is where my seat is to me, and I would think pretty much everyone else in the world. They are saying they are the "middle man", however, they must share in at least some responsibility for their customers (sellers) posts on their websiteWhen I purchased these tickets, it clearly stated PIT, Row 4, with seat #'sI have attended many concerts and events in my life and not once have I ever had this problemI have also attended many General Admission eventsFor those events, the tickets clearly stated General Admission, not a? "GA" in small print on the side of the ticket, and they did not have row and seat #'s on them, because they were General Admission, which we know means, first come, first serveAlso, General Admission tickets are normally somewhat reasonable in price, not $600+.It is my opinion and my request that both the company and the seller accept responsibility for the ambiguous listing and refund my moneyAs I stated in previous correspondence, we were very shocked and disappointed to arrive at the concert and find out that we had no seatsWe had to sit on ground (lawn) where people probably paid less than $for their ticketsDue to my boyfriends health conditions, we were not able to continue to sit on the ground, therefore, we had to leave the concert before it was even half way over Sincerely, [redacted] ? ***
