Review on purchase process: NO DECEPTION
I just purchased tickets to an event in April Before I purchased I read the terms and the faqs/questionsThe fees were clearly in the price before I completed my purchaseI know the tickets might be in somebody else's name or in another area comparable to tickets purchased because it was posted on their websiteI also knew fees would be higher because as they clearly stated on their website they are a middleman not Ticket ownersThey are in business to make moneyNot to mention, I would not have hooked up with this sellers tickets without Online City TicketsSo I don't know what all these negative comments are aboutSome people just click buttons and go for it without doing their homeworkThen cry about it laterI also emailed them on a Sunday with questionsNick emailed back within an hour Hope my review in April when tickets are received and concert is over will be STELLAR!

I was able to print my tickets

As we previously stated, Mr*** was notified that Online City Tickets had no affiliation with any venue and that he may be paying above face value for his tickets multiple times throughout the checkout processAs Online City Tickets operates on the secondary marketplace, all tickets listed on our site are owned and generated by individual sellersAs with any marketplace, prices tend to fluctuateThe prices on our site are set by the individual seller of the ticket, not Online City Tickets, based on their assessments of a range of factors including customer demandThis also means that the majority of any ticket sold on our site goes directly towards the seller
As such, Mr*** was fully notified that we have no affiliation with Wells Fargo and that he may be paying above face valueAdditionally, in our previous response we clarified that Mr*** was presented with his order total prior to placing his order and agreed to our sales terms. Since Mr*** immediately received his valid tickets after placing his order, Online City tickets has fully adhered to our sales termsAs we have fully addressed Mr*** concerns, and the financial dispute he filed with his credit card company remains open, we currently consider this matter closed

do not own or generate ticketsinstead, we facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersWe have attempted to reach out to Ms*** to speak about her concerns, but we have not been able to reach her
Ms*** is concerned that her tickets display a different name than her ownHowever, this is a common occurrence, and is not cause for alarmBecause listings on our site are owned by trusted sellers, the tickets come from these sellers directly to customers, and so may display the name of the original purchaserWe ensure that this is not an error, but simply information left over from when the tickets were first issuedAll tickets are guaranteed to be transferable and valid for entry to their respective events, and customers are never required to present identification that matches the name printed on their tickets
Ms*** has also expressed concern regarding the "face value" of the tickets that she purchasedThat is the price printed on her ticketsOnline City Tickets serves as an intermediary between sellers and customersthis means all ticket prices are set by the sellersThis fact is explained clearly on the final checkout screen and in our sales terms and conditions stating "Please note that the price you pay may be higher than the face value of the tickets you purchase....."Ticket prices may be above the "face value" listed on the ticket (they may also be below the "face value")." It is also explained on the left side of the checkout screen under Ticket Information saying "Price: Ticket prices may exceed face value."
As mentioned above, Ms***'s tickets will be valid for entry and we are not able to provide her desired resolution per our sales terms and conditions that she agreed toIf Ms*** has any further questions or concerns, we welcome her to contact us

I am rejecting this response because:I did not place this order nor did my husband place this orderSimply because the email address matches the banks records is not a good reason this should not be deemed fraudulentThis company could have easily submitted a refund at the time of purchaseI like many customers of this company am being scammed by the regulations they get to dictate on no legal terms that "all sales are final" when indeed all sales should not be deemed final in certain circumstancesI don't understand what advantage the company thinks we have as a family of five to lie about placing an order we did not placeFurthermore the tickets when unused as confirmed by the venueThere were no services rendered to our family from the funds this company collectedThis matter could have easily been solved had the company refunded the money on 12/when we contacted them to report the fraudulent chargeThey are in it for the money and not the help customers and do good businessThis shouldn't be allowed by the Revdex.com or the lawThis is a tiny fine print situation where the email address matched the information entered on their website when our information was used to place an order we had no participation inThey should not be allowed to keep our money.

I ordered concert tickets on July for may parents as a gift for their anniversary on Aug The amount was for I received a confirmation e mail stating that the order tickets would be available for printing on of before August
The tickets were not available on or before Aug
I contacted the company by chat on the eve of 8/and was told that the tickets would be sent to my e mail to print on 8/
It is 8/12,(My parents Anniversary) I have not received ticketsI have contacted the company and have received an e mail back stating that the tickets will arrive by 8/
This is unacceptableI am unable to present my parents with my gift to them The Concert is on 8/ I requested a refundThis was not grantedThe phone contact is bogus "I'm sorry but the person you are trying to reach has a voice mail box that is not set up yetGoodbye" Do not buy tickets from this companyIt is a scam

marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets--instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: "We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue."
Mr*** believed he was purchasing tickets directly from the *** CenterThe above disclaimer and our branding clearly show that we are not affiliated with any venue or other ticket marketplaceFurthermore, our checkout process gave him multiple opportunities to examine the full details of his order, including the service and delivery fee
When Mr*** selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded textMr*** was then directed to review our terms and conditions--visible in a text box below this order total--and presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, he was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditionsI have reviewed the Order Summary above," and a check box that he needed to click to continue with checkoutBelow this check-box, another message was displayed that, in Mr***'s case, read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $350.35, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When Mr*** clicked this button, he signified his acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed his order
Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process--from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." It says I'm confirmed, but require special deliveryWould like better instructions since I paid that much money!!

Ms*** claims she was deceived into believing our website was the venueThis is not the caseWhen Ms*** went to our website it clearly states that we are a resale marketplace and not the venueWe have attached a screenshot of the homepage
As stated in our previous response, Ms*** was made aware of this fact before the order is placedWe are not able to provide Ms*** her desired resolution as it would be outside the scope of our sales terms and conditions that Ms*** agreed to prior to placing the orderIf Ms*** would like to discuss the resolution that we have offered as a courtesy, we welcome her to reach out to us (San Diego Homepage.PNG)

Great Experience! No problems

Complaint: *** I did not know what the total charges were until after I gave my credit card number, name and address. If I was aware of the charges I wood not have purchased the tickets. I am not familiar with *** *** and did not realize that I have to open up an account with *** *** to get my tickets since I had already gave all my personal information to ON LINE TICKETS, I feel the company is deceiving and under handled

I am rejecting this response because:Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I feel that the way this company does business by redirecting customers from an established venue website without making it known, and then grossly overcharging them to profit "unnamed ticket sellers" makes it blatantly obvious that they are running a scam If I had known that I was no longer on the Irving Pavillion website, or had any idea that the phrase "third party" meant anything, let alone know that that would mean my getting charged exorbitant amounts over, or that the actual face value of these tickets was half of what I paid, I ABSOLUTELY would have left their scam site immediatelyI ABSOLUTELY called this company immediately after the purchase and was denied by one of their rude customer service aganetsIt was very apparent that contacting them further would get me nowhereThis, along with the HUNDREDS similar complaints on the Revdex.com website really shows that this company is highly unethical and needs to be stopped. Service was quick and easy to navigate

I am rejecting this response because:The section I selected to purchase tickets in was Krow I assumed that the tickets would be in section Krow and yes the final review screen did show Nbut I still feel this was a bait and switch They showed a menu of the entire venue and I selected the seats specifically clicking on them on the map and was paying extra because Kis the first section behind the boxes and row would mean we would have nobody standing right in front of us during the event While I take some responsibility for not being more diligent (as I have never had to be with any other ticket service see below) before clicking accept I still have a core complaint that I clicked on seats in Krow but then was given seats in N Thus I dont feel satisfiedRegarding the call I took with them again I did not realize at that time my seats were not in K I didnt realize that until I received the seats in the mail Section Nis a full section behind K I have used *** *** dozens of times and *** dozens of times All offer a similar map of the venue and show exactly what seats are available and how much and you click on them and those are the seats you get In my dozens of transactions with *** *** and ticket master I have never had a problem, never been given seats in a different section than the ones I clicked on in the map so I was not hyper vigilant on checking the final screen to see if the seats were indeed what I clicked on And if you look I am not alone Over complaints on the Revdex.com site
