Getting tickets was easy and straight forward

Thank you for the opportunity for clarificationOnline City Tickets explanation is in odds with their sale processThe processes to ensure there is not a over price is not as described by themIt is a predatory practice to overcharge and deceit customers into buying a product for a price that was not the intended priceA complaint was placed with the Kentucky Consumer Protection agency to make other buyers in the state aware of their predatory practicesBased on their response, is easy to deduct that there are in business to con people out of their moneyA company that follow ethical practices would accommodate without loosing revenue in order to validate their good business practices.Not the case here.I made an experiment, and the online process described are not happening consistent at all timesOut of purchases of various tickets, there were three different servlets operation in the interactionWhich points to either a targeted area of usage in the country by programming specific servlets, or a random usage for certain operationsIn the case of Online City Tickets, this was not the caseI am only asking for the refund of the overpriced feesI am willing to pay for the tickets and a reasonable fee for the purchase, not the price they charged without disclosing the final charge.Any ethical business would honore the request, still keep revenue, and make their customers happy for return businessThis seems not to be the case.Without a resolution Online City Ticket will face a cancellation of the charges on Paypal, Complaints with the Federal Customer Protection Agency, the Kentucky Consumer Protection Agency, and legal action which will include all legal fees, as well as research time and other expensesNot only a bad business solution, but a demonstration of lacking ethics in business practicesMost importantly, they need to stop taking advantage of peopleI am very concern for the hundreds of people they have con into buying tickets at exorbitant and illegal fees that may not have the ability to stop this type of deceitful maneuvering. For a customer to complete any order on OnlineCityTickets.com they need to manually accept both checkout pages that each detail the full order cost They would like to repeat there are no additional charges that are not totaled and detailed on each checkout page Also, Online City Tickets claims they own multiple domains and that all are very clear as to their association with Online City Tickets Stating that this is a common practice for E-Commerce sites.Online City Tickets responds to the last issue stating that with multiple transactions, there will surely be some unfortunate circumstances where customers do not receive the correct ticketsThey claim OnlineCityTickets.com provides all of their customers with a 100% money back guarantee to rectify a supplier errorAlso stating their policies are very clear that the name on the tickets will be different than the customers and that this is standard in the resale industry.Per a May 20, review of newly closed complaints, the Revdex.com found that although Online City Tickets provided procedures detailing how they intended to address consumer concerns, the pattern of consumer allegations has continuedAt this time the Revdex.com has found that Online City Tickets failed to alleviate the pattern of complaints and will continue to monitor complaints against the business

I am rejecting this response because: The entire time the order was being placed I was under the impression that it was through the venue I do not accept this resolution and I feel that the fees they charge are exhorberant At the very least I feel that it would be fair that they waive their ridiculous fees If I had known it were not through the ticket office of sheas or a legitimate seller I would not have ordered through them It took forever to get a hold of an agent and the only way I could speak to a live representative was to lie and chose the option to buy tickets There was no option to speak to someone who has an existing order I feel that this is because they know that most current orders have this complaint and they don't want to even deal with it U still want my full refund or at the very least their fees that they charged waived.

As we previously stated, Mr*** was notified that Online City Tickets had no affiliation with any venue and that he may be paying above face value for his tickets multiple times throughout the checkout processAs Online City Tickets operates on the secondary marketplace, all tickets listed on our site are owned and generated by individual sellersAs with any marketplace, prices tend to fluctuateThe prices on our site are set by the individual seller of the ticket, not Online City Tickets, based on their assessments of a range of factors including customer demandThis also means that the majority of any ticket sold on our site goes directly towards the seller. As such, Mr*** was fully notified that we have no affiliation with Wells Fargo and that he may be paying above face valueAdditionally, in our previous response we clarified that Mr*** was presented with his order total prior to placing his order and agreed to our sales terms. Since Mr*** immediately received his valid tickets after placing his order, Online City tickets has fully adhered to our sales termsAs we have fully addressed Mr*** concerns, and the financial dispute he filed with his credit card company remains open, we currently consider this matter closed. I find it extremely unprofessional for Online City Tickets to respond to this concern that day AFTER the eventI am rejecting this response because: the information on their website was misleading in comparison to the Artist's websiteTheir website made consumers believe that they were getting the VIP package but instead only received the VIP seats (not the package)Also when I called to speak with customer service, it was very difficult reaching a live agent and once I did reach a live agent, the agent hung up on me stating that we can't resolve the issueAlso in the response from Online City Tickets, they said they offered a resolution to be amicableThere was no such offerThis website and customer service team operate immorally and unethical

Since I am unfamiliar with this theater, I do not know the advantages of one seating area vsanother The prices seemed confusing for the area indicated I assume I got good seats, but did not see anyway to talk to anyone about it
