1st time buyer onlinethe only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't pick my seats where I heard after from friends that other sites for buying tickets would have let you do that

Thank you for getting back to us regarding this issueIn regards to Ms*** concerns regarding when she received her tickets, our records show that her tickets were emailed to her on 1/12/16, well ahead of the event date which was 2/25/We have been in contact with Ms*** and she notified us that she was able to use the tickets to attend the eventWhile, our management team is available to handle any additional concerns that Ms*** may have, we have provided tickets for entry and remained consistent with our sales terms and policies in regards to Ms***'s transactionWe consider this matter closed and if Ms*** has any questions, he can reach out to us directly. I am rejecting this response because: they offered 10% off of a future ticket purchase. I have zero intentions of purchasing through their site again. They may have that information posted on their page, but by using web addresses that include the venue name they know that they are misleading customers and the complaints online show that. If they cannot refund me the price of the tickets, they can certainly provide a refund on the service charge and download fee that I had to pay

Great way to buy tickets but service fees could be lower!

I was concerned at first about the site credibility, however that concern lessened as the UPS delivery number was provided then as the tickets were delivered I will recommend this company to others, if the tickets are not valid then that's another issue all together

It was good, I was able to get my tickets fast and easy

I am rejecting this response because: The company has made no real effort to address the complaint other than the same pre printed emails that do not address the true issueThey are a mimic websiteThe tickets where not clearly stated as $They where $The company charge an almost 100% mark up feeAnd, it is owned by a man who has already been sued by the FTC for the same type of practicesI do not nor will I accept their respondThey need to refund the money they falsely charged.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionWe take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Ms.*** concernsWe should explain that OnlineCityTickets.com is an online resale marketplace,
which means we do not own or generate tickets--instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers
When Ms.*** contacted an agent to inform us that the tickets she received showed the time for a performance different from the one she had selected, OnlineCityTickets promptly investigated the issueWe discovered that the tickets in question were erroneously sent to Ms.*** due to a mistake on the seller's partOnlineCityTickets apologizes for the inconvenience; because we coordinate many transactions between ticket buyers and sellers each day, such mistakes do happen in extremely rare casesWhile we were originally unable to cancel Ms.*** order and provide her requested refund, we did secure and send her the proper tickets for the correct time and date
After reviewing Ms.*** order, OnlineCityTickets management has decided to provide Ms.*** with her desired refundThe refund of her entire order total should appear on her credit card within 7-business daysWe now consider this matter resolved and we ask that Ms.*** reach out to us if she has any additional questions

Yes the order was delivered fast to my phone ...But I was not happy that u were not offered to have ur tickets mailed to u ..I had just has e-tickets and that's it ..I wish if u can change that for me
