Thank you for your response.Online City Tickets is not affiliated with any artist or venue and does not own inventory; instead, we act as an intermediary between customers and sellersOnline City Tickets states that we are a resale marketplace, prices may exceed face value, and this site is not owned by any venueThis information is provided on all pages from the homepage to the final checkout pageOnce the tickets were selected, the customer was taken to a review page which displayed their payment information, order summary, and provided an additional itemized cost breakdown of their orderOur customer then proceeded to select "Confirm & Place Order", at which time their order was processedWhen this was selected, the customer acknowledged “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed aboveI understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value.”As all order details were sufficiently displayed prior to placing their order, we consider this matter closedIf our customer has any additional concerns pertaining to their order, we encourage them to contact our customer service department. Very pleased with the service

Fee's are extremely rediculous! Not worth the money when *** has one transaction fee not per ticket! Tickets are stated to be non refundable even though no tickets are available to be in hand for weeks!!!! Will not give money back!

When *** *** selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded text*** *** was then directed to review our terms and conditions--visible in a text box below this order total--and presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, she was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditionsI have reviewed the Order Summary above,"" and a check box that she needed to click to continue with checkoutBelow this check-box, another message was displayed that read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $303.35, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When *** *** clicked this button, she signified her acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed her order
Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process--from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer full refundsHowever, we have offered to refund a significant portion of the service fees associated with her order as a one-time courtesy, which *** *** denied*** *** was made aware of our policies before she placed the order and we are not able to provide her desired resolutionIf *** *** has any further questions or concerns, we welcome her to contact us

I am rejecting this response because: This is the first I hear of City Tickets not refunding my money due to dispute with Paypal. Respond to dispute with Paypal. So far there has been no indication from City Ticket to acknowledge this dispute thru Paypal. Communication goes a long way. You left me no choice the day I called and was told that I was not going to be refunded partially or wholly. I therefore immediately put in the dispute with Paypal and with Revdex.com. City Tickets has since called me, and offered a refund, which I accepted. I will not stop my dispute with Paypal until a refund is granted. Why is City Tickets not responding to the Paypal dispute? I do not trust City Tickets to refund the amount. I am concerned that if I cancel my dispute thru Paypal, I will not see any money come my way. Your company has a very bad reputation and I am not willing to take that chance

I am rejecting this response because: why would you guys advertise money back guarantee if that's actually a lie, you are a bunch of thieves and crooks, biggest piece of *** buisiness in north America, they have never specified U.Sor canadian dollars that is a lie, I am not inaccurate and I take that offensively because this complaint has been entirely truthful with every word.

It was very fast and I wasn't sure about the online tickets, but after reading Q&A's I was fine

We purchased tickets as a gift for our parents to see The *** in Tulsa OkI followed a link on the page assuming it was a ticket outlet for that venue since it said Online City ticketsThey charged us $ for tickets that were only worth $and when my parents got to the venue the manager there told them those seats were not even usable for that showThey would be int he orchestra pit and therefor not able to view the showThey instructed us to get our money back and stated they have had many issues with Online City TicketsWhen we called Online City tickets they were rude and refused a refundNot helpful or apologetic at allSo now we know they are in the business of ripping people off They refuse to do the right thing and refund their fraudulent tickets
