Ms*** has indicated that the service fee was not displayed prior to placing her order; this should be noted as inaccurateWhen Ms*** selected tickets for *** ***, she navigated to our checkout pageFrom there, she was directed to review the itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price? of $344.22? in bold textMs*** was required to agree to our terms and conditions??"visible in a text box??"and presented with the bold message, “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Additionally, she was required to select a check box stating, “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above.”? Ms*** has expressed concerns regarding a resolution that was offered to her to which we would like to provide clarificationOn 1/13/at roughly 1:PM CST, Ms***? spoke to a customer service manager who addressed her concerns and offered her a resolution in the interest of customer service.? Ms*** indicated that she did not find this to be a sufficient resolution to her concernsSince this would not have resolved Ms***’ issues, the resolution was not sentMs*** then called in at approximately 1:PM CST and spoke with another customer service managerThis manager also addressed Ms*** concerns and clarified this matterWe then offered another resolution, to which Ms*** accepted as a positive resolution.? On 1/13/17, Ms***? was presented with all pricing details in relation to her order, confirmed her order for *** *** and received her valid tickets the same day for her event that took place on 1/14/We have been in contact with Ms*** and have thoroughly discussed that the order total at checkout displayed the fees associated with her orderWe have offered a resolution to Ms*** on two different occasions, to which she accepted? and received on 1/13/Since Ms***’ event has passed, we consider this matter closedShould Ms*** have any additional questions, she is encouraged to reach out to our customer service department.? Once our customer selected the event they were interested in, Sound Of Music, they navigated to the ticket listing pageThe top of this page clearly notifies customers, “We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue.” This message is also displayed on the top of every page throughout the checkout processAt this time our customer selected a listing which indicated the price per ticket at $each, not total, and was directed to the checkout pageHere, customers are provided with an order summary that displays the event details, ticket location, and price per ticketOur customer was prompted to provide an email address and select a delivery methodAfter a delivery method was selected, since methods vary in price, a new order total was calculatedA complete itemized breakdown of our customer’s order including the price per ticket, all fees, and the total was displayed in bold text on the left-hand side of the pageThis information was fully disclosed before our customers are asked to enter any payment informationBelow this order summary, our customers are notified in the Ticket Information portion of our site that, “We are a resale marketplaceWe are not a box office or venueThis site is not owned by any venuePrice: Ticket prices may exceed face value.” Customers are then presented with our terms and conditions, including a bold message which clarifies, “All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).” Our customer was required to select a check box signifying their agreement to these terms and the statement, “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed aboveI understand that I am not purchasing directly from the venue box office and that tickets may be above face value.” For every order place on our site the customer’s order total is reiterated below this in large, bold textCustomers are then prompted to select the "Review Order" button below these termsOnce selected, customers are taken to a review page which displayed their payment information, order summary and provided an additional itemized cost breakdown of their orderOur customer then proceeded to select "Confirm & Place Order", at which time their order was processed.? It was a generic response and poor attempt to absolve them of misleading sales tactics.? Furthermore, it did not address the "not for resale" disclosure from the original ticket sales company, while still calling themselves a ticket resale operation

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAlthough the information was indeed posted as indicated, when I purchased the ticket for $134, there was no indication by the seller that the ticket would be valued at only $50.? When I contacted the vendor and explained my outrage I was greeted with a friendly but defensive note saying, in essence, that it's just too badI contacted the vendor again, and received a similar response.? However, when the Revdex.com reached out to the vendor the vendor contacted me and refunded $of the purchase priceI consider that to be a sufficient resolution of my complaint, and I thank the Revdex.com for being there, in support of consumers

I am rejecting this response because: These where presale tickets meaning tickets were not available to the public therefore I should have been able to get the best possible seating of which I sent an email to online city tickets to advice of the seating I desiredI was told after I made purchase that they were not aware of where the seats are do to presale and a few days later I got seated in YY for almost 400$ That is not the best seats or good presale this is a scam.?

I am rejecting this response because: The one time courtesy they offered me was if I purchased more tickets from themThe prices are ridiculously inflated once converted to USDBy the ? time I purchase them I can't trust them to add charges to the ticketsI don't want to buy more tickets from them I have tried to deal with them directly and all they offer is a discount on the next tickets I buy from themThey can call or email me with a better solution but it should be a solution that doesn't involve me purchasing anything from themI do not trust this companyI dispute the fact that they said I was aware of the charges being converted to USD at the time of purchaseI made sure the charges I was accepting had all the taxes and fees I was agreeing toThe small print indicating the charges were in USD was on the receipt after I used my credit card to pay for the ticketsAt that point I had no options I could not sell or get a refund for the ticketsThey need to offer a better solution.? ? the tickets which meant I could not get a refund or sell the tickets.? ?
