Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:? As previously stated, This business misrepresented itself to be Fox Cities ***.? Ticketmaster is authorized by? Fox Cities to sell tickets for them, and not this business.? They did not disclose the hidden fees that they charge until after you click to purchase at a price that is way above the price they previously quoted.? How is this any different then driveway coating scammers that quote you one price and then charge a lot more with hidden fees when done?? There isn't!? Fox Cities *** could not tell me that these tickets are valid and I don't trust On Line Tickets that they are.? On Line Tickets did not respond to my point of there being a Wisconsin Statute that allows me to cancel this fraudulent transaction, that was intended to protect consumers from dishonest businesses such as On Line Tickets.? I notified On Line Tickets seconds after realizing I was scammed form me to notify them to cancel this transaction.? There are hundreds of complaints with Better Business related to On Line Tickets, and here is one more.? If Revdex.com cannot protect the consumer against a track record history like this business, then what protection do consumers have against any scams?? You know what they have done, and you know what they did
Sincerely,
Dale ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:? As was explained over and over and over and over again to the company over the phoneItems were not itemized so I continued to fill everything out thinking it was down the pageI found nothing to explain the additonal charges and reviewed over the site again to be given a pop up telling me I bought the tickets WHEN I DID NOTImmediately following that message and before the order was even completed per the company email I was on the phone with the company trying to correct THEIR mistake but was told "all sales are final" before the "sale" was ever completed according to their emailsBecause I spent so much time on the phone, waiting, or being told I would be called back and was notIt gave them time to complete the sale so they could tell me " all sales are final"This company is no different than a ticket scalper and I just became an advocate to make this type of business as a whole illegal in my stateMaybe? the company website doesn't communicate with mobiles appropriately which is not uncommonI do not knowWhat I know is an order was placed which should have not of been BY THEIR MISTAKEThe company had opportunity to correct THEIR mistake and they refuseSince this company is making it abundantly clear they are unwilling to correct their mistakeI will ensure laws are set into place making this business/scalping illegal..? ?
