Yeah, right

We were in communication about the order with this customer throughoutWe processed a credit immediately as soon as she cancelledWe worked with her on the order and the timeline but, she cancelled and we then provided the creditThis has been completed

I do not accept this response from the business ownerFirst of all I asked for the order to be cancelled by phone and by e-mail and he/she still shipped the order a week and a half after I made the request without ever getting a responseSecond, I received the order today and it was not the right orderI have the paper work that came in the box with my order as well as e-mail notification of the order I placed and I received the wrong orderI ordered a REGULAR left zip mountain hardwear ratio sleeping bag and they sent me a LONG mountain hardwear sleeping bagI would like to ship the order back for free and get all my money backThe order was not shipped in a timely manner and my phone calls and e-mails were never responded toPLEASE GIVE ME ALL MY MONEY BACK
