we switched credit card processor and couldn't refund her right away. once we received a authorization from the new credit card processor we were able to give her a credit. This has been taken care of and this complaint is resolved.

I have received no credit or refund to my credit card. They continue to say they will or it's coming, but it never does!!

We sincerely apologize for the delay with the credit. The customer's card had expired and we called and was given the new card information and provided a full refund.
