If they do not show up within that time frame please dispose of the item. You will be notified that a replacement order has been released as soon as the carrier advises us that we may file a claim on the merchandise. sent to customer stating; item has a scheduled delivery date set for December 16th between 1 pm - 5 pm.  On 12/16/2017- Customer contacted stating they the 'Bobkona Windsor Linen-Like Poly Fabric 2 Piece Sofa and Loveseat Set'  was suppose to be deliver today but no one showed up or contacted her.On 12/19/2017- Agent called customer no answer so email was sent to carrier asking for a update and a dock search to be performed.Agent sent email to customer stating we were working with the carrier to locate your sofa and love seat and get a update for her.12/21/2017- Email was sent to carrier stating If we cannot get a confirmation on the location of this by the end of the day, we will need to deem this lost. Sent email to customer with update and asked if she wanted a refund or a replacement if shipment can not be located. 12/22/2017- Email from Carrier stated; Reached out to our local delivery terminal to have this rescheduled on the 25th and were not notified when they reached out on the 27th that the phone number  was invalid. I just confirmed this by calling the number we have on file for the customer; ###-###-####. 12/26/2017- Email was sent asking for alternate phone number for customer. Customer got back to us with a alternate phone number.Sent email to carrier on 12/26/2017 advising new number.  12/31/2017-Customer contacted us stating she still have not received her sofas and want to re-order them at the price she originally paid. 01/02/2018- Agent called customer no answer so email was sent stating; The carrier for the Bobkona Windsor Linen-Like Poly Fabric 2 Piece Sofa and Loveseat Set  you ordered contacted us.  Please contact EFW at ###-###-#### to set up your delivery as soon as possible. 01/03/2018- Agent called the customer on the number ###-###-#### because this item is being deemed lost as we cannot find the order the phone kept ringing and wouldn't stop. Found the number [redacted] from the survey reference and called that number and found out the carrier just called them and scheduled it for tomorrow. Informed that we will reach out tomorrow to confirm that there are no other issue's with the item and then we will resolve this issue. 01/05/2018-Agent called customer to confirm.
