I had this company come out to waterproof my houseI have had them out times already and its about to be a 3rd time to waterproof my houseThey installed a sump pump that has never turned on when the rains have come, yet I have water in my basementI trusted these guys as the waterproofing experts and so far they have fallen shorti have been told that I might just have good drainage and that's why the pump has never turned onI don't believe that as other people have told me I should have heard that pump or seen water on multiple occasionsi have multiple walls that have leakage near the floorI trusted this company to be the experts and had they told me to tear down the walls so they could fix those areas I would have so that I wouldnt need them out multiple timesMy basement was finished before they came out and now I need to wait 6-weeks for the cement to cure before I can put everything back togetherSo when they did the work in March I could have put everything back

The waterproofing has worked okay but you have to be aware if the sump pump is starting to go or if the power is out for any length of timeYou really need a back up power or generator connected to the sump pumpThey have been good at replscing the sump pump when needed

In March 2013, I had waterproofing done to my condominium done by Ohio State Waterproofing CoI am selling my homeI was informed that there is a lien on my home for the amount I still owe on the waterproofing billSince I am doing a Short Sale for health reasons I will not make any money on the sale of my propertyI pay *** *** *** services every month on time for the loan extended to me for the waterproofingI pay every month $dollars to the bank (the bill is just $160.00)During the contract time it was NEVER stated that a lien would be put on my home for fixing my basement or I would never have had it doneOSW took the liberty of doing this and now I am stuck so the deal cannot go throughI contacted the young lady at OSW and she told me that it could be removed and she would call me backI went to OSW on Thursday and she told me that it is some paperwork that needs to be signed and when she gets this in she will call meI called today and she said she nee

had work done to fix leak in basement company says out of warranty when I do not think that should even come into play considering it is leaking in same location as original leak they came back the second time and still did not fix problem now they want dollars to reinstate warranty I do not think I should be held responsible for that because still leaking in spot where it started very dissatisfied with there work

was a business that I would recommend to anyone The work was done in three days
by five very hard working men was astonishing to witness , to say the very least A great company to do business Lifetime warranty not only to us , but to the next home owner as well No more water in our basement !!!!

I called in to cancel an order I had made with Ohio State Waterproofing The person I spoke to on the phone said that someone would need to come out to have me sign some papers to get it cancelled I told her that I did not want anyone coming out to my home again and asked if she could mail them or if there was some other way we could handle it She told me no and it would only take a couple minutes

Ohio State Waterproofing has been terrific to work with over the years Since we had the system installed many years ago, to post service calls to provide routine and emergency updates or repairs, they have always been professional and courteous I have no regrets in having selected them to waterproof our home

I have been bullied to arbitrate my agreement that I cancelled The company denied my credit application, and I don't have the funds to pay $35,in 10years I am 60yrs on a fixed income and my home is currently under modification I felt pressured that arbitration is the only way to settle

I payed $18,to have a basement dry enough to use as storage I still can not use it for the water problem, but Ohio State claims there is no water problem

I have been dealing with this company for at least years I paid $10,to have the basement waterproofed Since that time I have been forced to deal with water, leakage, and condensation in the basement repeatedly I filed a Revdex.com complaint a few years ago, as well My house has been for sale for months and the primary reason it hasn’t sold is the basement I recently called again for service, and was told I had to wait two weeks for someone to come out and take a look Today the person came, identified three new water incursion locations, and also told me I needed to run a dehumidifier to eliminate condensation I had never been told I NEEDED a dehumidifier before When I asked how soon the work could be done, I was told August 30!! This is not acceptable After years of this ineptitude I deserve better treatment They have been back to my home numerous times, always something new to fix Why wasn’t it done correctly the first time?

My experience with Ohio State Waterproofing was excellentI lived in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio, where EVERY basement is wetThey were incredibly polite and professionalThey did the job in the winter and it involved digging out all around the foundation I was amazed that they were able to do it They sealed the outside and then the inside and I never had moisture in the basement again

I have tried multiple times, left several messages, and emailed the named business in regards to this matterI purchased a home in July The home has a transferable warranty that I have been unable to transfer to my name due to the lack of response from the company
