masonry of my home at that time they gave me a commitment and quality care pledgea very short time after reporting my problem, the service crew came out and fixed the problem They honored their quality care pledge 100% I would highly recommend them to my family and friends
I have been a customer with Ohio State Water Proofing for almost years They have been nothing but professional I never had any problems with their installation And when I call with any questions and concerns they address it right away
I have had Ohio State Waterproofing since we bought our house in We have kept the warranty up over the years Fortunately, we have only had to use it once and they were here in a timely manner and fixed the small problem
I have been dealing with this company for years, my basement has never been right They have no problem taking my $to keep my warranty active even though my basement has never been fixed correctly Just had an inspection done again and the gentleman agreed that my basement wasn't fixed correctly so he wrote up another work order While surveying the property for the job to be done, I specifically asked him if anything in the yard need removed/moved, his response was" no the working crew can work around everything" The crew showed up as expected, for the 10th re dig outside, only to tell me that the job couldn't be done, I needed to have the air conditioning unit moved from the side of the house! I told them I asked the guy that was here earlier to inspect and he told me NO you could work around it To sum it up now they want me to pay to have this unit moved so they can come out for the 11th time to re dig, they did offer to split the cost with me I don't know what
I had the ohio state waterproofing come out to my house to do a free inspectionAfter the gentlemen inspected our basement he pretty much told us that our basement is fine and by putting together a quote would be a waste of his timeOkay, that's fineHe went his way and we were satisfied that we didn't need the waterproofing service for our houseI was then contacted a few weeks later to ask how our experience was and that they needed to do a report on how the gentlemen conducted his service call to us by surveying our basement againI said that is fine, i'm more then happy to have someone's job looked overI made an appointment with themMy appointment was made for 6pm on August 1stI received phone calls on July 30th confirming the appointment, then another the morning of the appointment then the people never even showed up to the appointmentI was pretty much done with this company, I did not want them coming out to my house anymore so I blocked their phone numberI then received another phone calls on August 2nd, and another phone calls on August 3rd which led me to this complaintI called them back (even though they put their number as private I still had the original number that they called me on half of the time in my blocked number list) When I called back Maxine answered the phone and I said how I was not pleased that she hung up on me when I told her I no longer wanted their services and I wanted her to provide me with her supervisors name and phone numberShe repeatedly refused to provide me that information and then proceeded to yell at me over the phoneThis is extremely unprofessional and she should not be in customer relationsThis is very bad for the business and I will be telling everyone not to contact this company for any issues with their basementsThe harassment isn't worth it, the poor appointment scheduling, and customer service is horrendous
