They had the best price (by far after doing much research), and their customer service is exceptional I had reason to call the day after I placed my order in order to add an extended warranty and to change the timing of my deliveryThe gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful Then a few weeks later, I had reason to contact Plesser's about a question I had about my awarranty and they were responsive to my email in just minutes! Even though I haven't physically received any products from this company yet, I am incredibly impressed with everything about them I'm expecting that the delivery of my range next month will be exceptional as well
