I call after PM on Martin Luther King holiday and was fortunate enough to have Jennifer O*** answer the phone she was very efficient and incredibly helpful she quickly explained my choices and offered suggestions she gave me her phone number and email and I was able to study my choices over the next hours the next day I call back and she probably picked up the phone to address my needs I was able to order my range hood without any difficulty this was my first time to order from Plessers and I will definitely use them again Jennifer was professional, knowledgeable and very patient! She was a joy to work with!

Couldn't beat the priceDelivery miscommunication resulting in appliance coming directly to me before kitchen renovation was finishedSent to Plesser's local warehouse and then delivered on agreed date but with a dent in one freezer door** agreed to replace the dented door but the process to do so became long and tedious** shipped the wrong door twiceOn the third attempt, the package was assumed lost due to wild fires in CA, the originating locationThe correct door finally arrived weeks later than the stated delivery date and was installed by ** technician successfullyPlesser's customer service representative provided excellent follthroughout the process and advocated with ** several times on my behalfAll is well that ends well
