I knew which gas range I wanted, found it on Plesser's site at a great price, but didn't qualify for free shipping based on my location I called the toll free number, and Jennifer O'Brien came up with an easy solution for me to have the range delivered to my cousin's house in a nearby city, and saved $shipping costs! It seems like a simple solution now, but I really appreciate Jennifer's help in making it happen; half an hour from initial order to purchase confirmation!

When we were shopping for appliances to replaced our own, we were looking for the best deals we could find and after doing a long research we came accross Plesser's and saved us over $ in appliances, considering that we had to replace every single appliance in our house, not to mention that this was including top of the line kitchen appliance which we did not have beforeAlso, best service for home delivery since Jennifer offered us a great deal for the in house delivery to make sure that our appliances were in optimal condition, since we can't install the appliances yet, due to repairs to the house, they unwrap your appliance to check that is free of any scratches and then box them up again so they are taken care of, just this service gives us a pease of mind, not to mention that they were willing to keep our appliance in storage until we are ready for deliveryI am happy to say that I am more than pleased with the customer service from place

I had bought a refrigerator for my mother less than a year agoIt started making a loud noise and the freezer would freeze and then completely defrostI had to deal directly wtih Avanti, which was unforturnate as their reps sound like they are repeating the same things over and over againNeedless to say, after service calls and the refrigerator reverting back to not only the Freezer freezing like Alaska, the refrigertor was warmIt was so warm that fresh milk could not be kept longer than days and cheeses would turn moldy and leftovers could not be keptWhile going back and forth with Avanti for over weeks, Joline M*** of Plessers was keeping tabs on what was happeningShe would call me to follow up and then call Avanti to follow up and agreed with me that the unit should be replacedWhen I tried to get Avanti to replace it, they gave me the run around explainging that the service man has to say it is unrepairableSince he kept fixing it and then it would have the same problem a couple of days later, it was considered "fixed"Joline then followed up with them yet again and got them to replace the refrigeratorShe knows what she is doing and how to get things done!
