Contacted Gene at Plessers after seeing the great pricing they had onlineI was just calling to check availability of the oven I was looking at because I had seen it was backordered elsewhereIt was not in stock and would have to be backordered just like everywhere elseGene made a point to let me know what the manufacturers ETA time but that he could not guarantee that and that we would be at the mercy of the manufacturerHe just wanted to make sure that he wasn't promising something he was unsure of, rather than giving a date that may not happenthis was greatly appreciated since I have been given promises from salespeople in the pastI never felt pressured, just had my questions answered and decided to go ahead with the purchase which included a couple other itemsAfter we nailed down what I wanted, Gene looked into it and was able to get the already awesome pricing even lowerSaved me an additional $in addition to the free shipping and extended warrantyI never even asked for a better deal, it was just given to me as the best pricing he could doGene also looked into it and saw that there was a manufacturers rebate that I was unaware of that put even more money back in my pocketI will be contacting Gene again once I am ready for the rest of the appliances I needIt was a great experience and will definitely buy from Plessers in the future
