I traveled from Puerto Vallarto to Portland, OR, USA with a connecting flight in Mexico City on 05/30/ Flight AM from Puerto Vallarta to Mexico City and flight AM from Mexico City to Portland, OR, USAI paid for $to check in my baggage in Puerto Vallarta (Confirmation AM ***) By the time I returned to PDX International Airport and retrieved my suitcase, I noticed that the zipper pull/tab was no longer connected to the lock attached to the suitcase My initial thought was that it might have gotten damaged during moving, shifting and transporting and didn't think much more of it By the time I got home, it was already late and I had to be up at 5am the next day for work

My reason for writing a complaint is that I had problems on my flight from JFK to Puerto Vallarta via AeromexicoI was given a complimentary flight for the troubles and having to wait hours for a new flight while my entire family and girlfriend boarded the flight I should have been on
The problem occured on the way home when my girlfriend had put her immigration receipt paper in her checked luggageThe lady at the stand said it was fine just to stop at immigrations on the way home to get a new oneNever stating she would not be able to board or that it had to been done asap in Mexico City
We go to board our return flight home and my Girlfriend was not allowed onShe ran and was back in minutes but the flight left without me or herWe both recieved $for our 1/hour flights returning home being told they were "EXHAUSTED" because we boarded the hour flight
This is where the problem truly liesWE were forced to miss our return flight because of a new law

I purchased an airline *** for an international flight with Aeromexico on 4/8/I had to check in through deltaDelta was experiencing problems that weekendThey rebooked it for 4/9/When I arrived to leave 4/9/17, they had cancelled the flightThey told me they rebooked it for 4/10/which was unacceptable for my travel plans and so the ticket was cancelled and went unused I called Aeromexico 4/9/to inform them of what happened and they said they would gladly issue the refund within 7-days
They never did after weeks and when I called and spoke to Jorge, he informed me that under Aeromexico's policy, they would not issue me a refund because Delta made the changes, therefore Delta was responsible to issue the refund
But Delta says they won't because Aeromexico received the $$$ for the ticketSo the refund is to come from AeromexicoBut Aeromexico says Delta

On August 9th I traveled from LAX to MID with a stop in MEXIn MEX I had to move my luggage from one flight to another, when I arrived in MID, one of my luggage was missingI filed a case while down there and nothing happened, I never recovered my lost luggageI have already returned homeI have yet to recover my luggage and keep getting the run around from themI was offered dollars from them and rejected it because the contents were worth more than that, and I didn't feel comfortable accepting money from them fearing they could use that as leverage to shut me up

I recently flew Air Mexico from QRO airport on April 5th, and had an awful experience: I was boarded on a different plane and flight and stranded at another airport for over hours, without any communication from their airline! I checked in and was scheduled to fly from QRO to Monterey, Mexico, then from Monterey to JFKI showed an Air Mexico employee my boarding pass and they directed me to gate where they scanned my boarding pass and let me, boardIt was a very early flight 6:amI was in the sky for more than an hour when I looked at my phone and it showed that I was missing my connecting flight in MontereyI was completely confused since we left on timeAfter hour 2, I thought they must have boarded me on the wrong flight! Sure enough, when I landed in ATLANTA I went to an employee and showed them my pass asking how on earth this could happen? After a few phone calls, they confirmed that it wasn't a mistake, that they just failed to communicate that they had re-book

They should've just been honest from the biggining and said that they didn't have a plane to board all of us rather than having us waiting around like is for HOURSAfter they finally canceled our flight they gave us a refund for our tickets and but would not give us a hotel, after we argued with the lady and demanded a hotel for THIER MISTAKE they only offered me one roomI was a party of 3, myself and my two uncles, how the hell am I suppose to share a room with my uncles? This was completely insane of themI asked to speak with a supervisor and his name was Cesar AHe was completely rude and acted like a smart *** the whole time and was helplessI am so disappointed and feel so disrespected by this airline I will NEVER step foot in this airline again, nor do I recommend anyone toNo one should have to go through what I went through todayTo Aeromexico; if you cannot provide a service you charge for, can't provide customer service, nor can you communicate with which planes are flying inYOU SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS
