1) The PLS Nashville called to confirm our move day before but asked no questions or further information concerning our move I reiterated on the phone that we have packed many boxes including the kitchen

They provided substandard service, billed me incorrectly, and failed to respond to my efforts to address incorrect charges on my invoice

I hired PLS to pack a POD for storage based on a recommendation from PODS website I spoke with a sales person who said they specialize in loading podsThey promised to send professional movers with tie downs, shrink wrap and disposable blankets that I would be charged for to pack my POD They sent two college kids with little experience and unprepared They came without tools to take apart beds, they came without any shrink wrap to hold drawers in place or secure my furniture The "blankets" were thin paper that without shrink wrap just slid off the furniture I supplied them with Mattress Bags and they carried the mattresses to the dirty garage floor to put the mattress into the bag They were not professional movers they spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to move stuff and what to do and I was charged extra because they went over hours I called the corporate office as soon as I realized they were ill equipped and unp

Pack and Load moved my furniture from an apartment at *** *** *** to my home in *** I sent pictures of the damage to my furniture and they promised me "an offer the next day in writing." It never showed up and they were very rude to me about the damages I asked to speak to a manager at the company and they said they would not give me the names of the management at the company I asked why they didn't give out management's name and they did not provide a logical answer I mentioned going to the Revdex.com and they encouraged me to do so Something is not right with a moving company that doesn't stand behind their work I even sent pictures of the damaged furniture

What an aweful experienceTwo guys to pack an entire house, they rushed through it by cramming stuff in boxes that broke at the seams, they lost a wooden insert to our cabinets and failed to properly secure items in the PODWorst movers ever! Horrible customer service

Recently I moved from St Petersburg FL to Uniontown, PA I used the company PODS I am handicapped so I had to get a company to pack the container The POD company highly recommended a company called Pack and Load Services, Inc, which was located beside the POD company and said that they had loaded several containers for them I did some research and they were insured and licensed
