years ago I purchased a new furnace/AC unit from Genes This was the best Carrier unit that Genes offered After years the main compressor failed, costing me over $1, I found out that the Carrier unit had a design flaw with the main compressor Rather that support their product, Genes has charged me for the replacement compressor that will only last for years It is insane to expect customers to pay for a company's incompetent design flaws
We had a Carbon Monoxide alarm and they were at the house within minutes of being called The first person checked all of the fittings with soap and could find no leaks anywhere in the water heater or the furnace He called for another technician from his company that had a combustion testing device and he confirmed that there was no leaks into the room He did make two small holes in the gas exhaust and verified that we did have low levels of CO as expected in the water heater exhaust and the furnace exhaust It would have been helpful if the first technician could have had the combustion device
We have been very satisfied with Gene's Refrigeration, Heating, & air Conditioning, IncThey have been there when we needed them and explained the problem and given us a solution
