My wife and I are very satisfied with our tub shower combo we had installed with Paradise. We will use them again and recommend to all.

had a roof put on in 2018 for $14000.00 supposed to be a lifetime warranty. I've called them about two times concerning this roof. different ladies have called me back, but nothing is being done. I've decieded not to have them come out, because they will probably cause more damage. beware, this is a rip off company with high pressure salesman. Thanks

Had windows installed, Paradise did a great job from start to finish, cleaned up the mess hauled away old windows. Rodney the lead installer was very helpful, he took time to explain everything.

First off, they were soliciting in *** where there are signs prohibit2/1/19-king that. But we DO need gutters so we listened to the guy and got a quote. First off, they say they need 90 minutes, then take over 2 hours. Then expect you to make a $5,000 commitment but they say they "aren't pushy". Who in their right mind will do that without getting other quotes. This is the middle of the day when people work. I understand their sales reps are working...but so am I and my wife. Even after I told the sales rep that we have not budgeted for new improvements, have other priorities and will not finance, he has the gall to call "Jeff" and have a loud conversation about he went over all the stuff with us and that we don't want to do it.

Btw, at roughly $36/linear foot is a ridiculous amount for something that many other competitors are charging roughly $4-$8/ linear foot.

My experience was good. The sales person, Aaron was patient and answered all my concerns. The person who installed the gutter guards informative, neat and efficient.

Fast work completed with quality workmanship. Respect for my home and family.

I think my bathroom is excellent! The customer service is great, I really appreciated the kindness and integrity, I have and will continue to recommend to family and friends.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish! I absolutely love my windows! The crew did an amazing job of installing my new windows and cleaned everything up before leaving. I wouldn't have even known they were here other than my beautiful new windows.

Very friendly staff. We had the company replace all of our windows and install the E Shield in our attic. We are in love with our new windows! The guys who came by to do both jobs were very nice and both professional. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

I was contacted by phone from Paradise Home Improvement because I had done a search on Home Advisor for gutters. Their name didn't come up and I contacted a company who's name did and they came out and sold me the job. They were going to come out within the next week because of their schedule. Meantime I was contacted by Paradise Home Improvement about my job. So I told them yes they could come and give me an estimate "however they insisted my husband be home at the time" he is an over the road driver and that is rare for him to just be home. Anyway, he was coming home for the Thanksgiving holiday and we set an appt for Tuesday November 20th, my original job with the other company was set to install on Friday the 23th. The saleman was originally supposed to arrive at 2pm but I was called to say he was held up on prior job because they also purchased windows. No problem we were home all day. The very nice saleman came out showed us the product for gutters which was very nice and had guards (which the other company did not) and we just happened to need windows also so we were shown their product also. We decide to go with Paradise because of the quality of product. We were told that the gutters were out at least 7 days and that we would be contacted soon. My husband filled out a finance application because now our job was way more than we intended to spend. Time passed....two weeks and we hadn't heard as much as a peep! We thought maybe his credit was denied and they just didn't bother to contact us for a different form of payment. Then my husband called Jeff B to find out what the issue was! He said "oh my, I don't know exactly what has happened but I will get someone out to measure the windows! 5 days later a young gentleman showed up and measured...NO word from anyone on gutters...a month out from signing contract! Just before Christmas I was contacted from a woman saying the windows were here and wanted to schedule install! I was like OK but WHERE ARE MY GUTTERS because that's what I needed months ago! She said she didn't know but would have the General Manager call me! Jeff B then called me and said oh well we can do both jobs at the same time! I informed him I could have had gutters on November 23 if I had just went with my first choice and I was highly upset! He promised me I would have both products on Jan. 3rd! I was like ok, because I REALLY NEEDED THE GUTTERS! Thursday the 3rd came and I didn't hear anything from anyone saying they were coming so I contacted Jeff B early that morning and asked if they were still coming. He was like yes they are they just have to load up product. So they finally showed up around 11am but they had to go back 12 miles to Monroe to get wood to complete my windows. They came back and worked until dark but my gutters were still not finished. The gentleman say they were leaving and I said so I will see you tomorrow. He said no it 100% rain and we have a job for Saturday already. I said mines not finished and he said we go where were told and I said I will be call Jeff B. He said " he won't answer" I said we will see. So I immediately came in and call his cell phone and just like the gentleman said NO ANSWER...so friday morning came and I called again and left another voice mail! Finally on my third call he said they would come Sunday to finish the job "was that alright" Absolutely I said...being that another rain fall has happened and STILL NO GUTTERS! Yesterday came and went and still no gutters! WELL I ACTUALLY HAVE THEM SCATTERED ALL AROUND MY HOUSE AND WE HAD A WIND STORM FRIDAY NIGHT AND THEY BLEW ALL OVER THE YARD AND INTO NEIGHBORS PROPERTY! MY SON WENT AN COLLECTED PIECES! I also had a grandaughter being born late Saturday night so I drove home in the middle of delivery to make sure work was being done and NO SHOW>>>NO CALL! I have called him this morning on his cell phone and guess what NO ANSWER! I strongly recommend seeking other companies before doing business her! WE were sold on if any thing happens to gutters such as windstorms, falling branches and such they come out and replace immediately. I am truly saddened because the products seem fine its just poor management and I was reading more reviews and my fear seems legit. SEEK other companies and I will wait for my gutters while my house continues to take on water! SO DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY AND I TRULY WISH I WOULD HAVE WENT WITH MY GUT FEELING AND CANCELLED MY JOB!

On *** I was contacted by Paradise Home Improvement and we agreed that they would provide me with a roofing estimate on *** at 2pm. On ***, I received a phone call from a company rep stating that they would not arrive until 2:50pm. The rep finally arrived at 3:30pm in a suburban without a ladder to inspect or measure the roof. At 3:00pm I called three times to cancel the appointment only to get an answering machine.. Something is not right, needless to say I will not do business with Paradise Home Improvement.

Paradise installed gutters, a bathroom and insulation for me. All three were done in a timely manner at a very reasonable price. Bradley, my sales rep, was on time and curtious. I would definitely recommend paradise and would definitely use them again!

I recently had new gutters with the Gutter Guardian installed and I couldn't be happier with the product or the employees who made it possible. Joel C, who made the sales presentation was very knowledgeable and made sure I fully understood the product and the conditions of the purchase. The installation by Victor H took one and a half days, but only because he needed more light to complete the job so he had to come back the next day. He worked nonstop and was very courteous and professional the entire time he was here. I couldn't fault him or his work if I tried. A bonus has been the many compliments I've received from my neighbors. My house now looks much newer than the 52 years it actually is. The black gutters on my green house make it "pop".
I highly recommend Paradise Home Improvement and will be having a new roof installed in the not too distant future. I'm confident they'll do as fine as job on the roof as they did on the gutters. You can't go wrong with this company.
