Great company, I was truly amazed with the professionalism Nate M displayed as well as answering all of my questions and concerns.

Design. I was able to contact previous customer and discussed how they liked their gutter system. The work installation as well as a product is guaranteed for 50 Years. The work is not subcontracted out it is done by their trained professionals. The company is look basicall The work is not subcontract out it is done by their trained professionals. The company is Based locally. The company has been in business for 78 years. I like it they are reachable and stand by their product and our offering and excellent system. They didn't excellent job of showing me your system how it works and it's benefits. I really like this product and presentation.

Loved their worker Nate M. He was truly so professional in answering any questions. I didn't place my order today but after this payment my husband and I agreed on making this purchase.

I was told that Paradise would come and repair my gutter on Oct. 4th, because they had a job to do in *** that day, and they would stop by
I was lied to before the job was done. The Sales Rep told me that the installer would reseal the seams on my gutter! That was never done because it leaks , when it rains at the seams!The Leaf Guard topper is bucked up that was installed. The Sales Rep. told me we would turn a work order in to repair, He lied to me, and did not turn the work order in for the repair job. I talked to Jeff B , who surpose to be the boss, did not know anything about the repair job. Jeff told me on the cell phone that the repair job would be done on Oct 4th. that was a lie , no phone call or show!I purchased the product on Aug. 10th 2018. Was installed the following Monday 13th 2018. Jeff B told me if I had any problem , to contact him. I call his cell phone a number of times. No results! He lied !!

Desired Outcome

Repair the job and stand by his product that he sold me!

Telemarketing phone calls
In early 2017 we contracted with this company to remodel an upstairs' bathroom. Every other month since then, they've called pretending that we have inquired about window replacement. We have requested on numerous occasions for them to stop calling. Now when we have attempted to request them to stop calling they hang up on us. A letter is being forwarded to the General Manager Jeff B, at their *** office.

Desired Outcome

Want the company to stop calling!

We apologize for the inconvenience. This customer's phone numbers have been placed our no call list.

We had the sales guy out in September signed a contract for the work on a new shower pan and glass door installation- he signed saying the installation would be completed 30 days start to finish October 17th. We had the installation guy come measure two weeks after we signed the contract and have not heard from these jokers at all. I have called numerous times to Jeff B and his personal cell with no call back. I would like them to know I will also be reporting them to the webpage *** as a NO SHOW NO CALL NO CONTACT AFTER A CONTRACT WAS SIGNED! MR CLEAN IS NOT SO CLEAN! I HAD TO CHOOSE A STAR IT WOULD BE NONE!!!

We did not receive the product that we thought we were purchasing. After asking for the issue to be fixed, no one has returned our calls.
In addition to not receiving the purchased product, we were promise 6 months without payment, and this was changed after paperwork and contracts were signed. No one will return our call to fix this either.

Desired Outcome

I want the product that we were promised and the 6 months without a payment as promised.

We are having the sales manager go visit this customer personally. We are not understanding this complaint as the customer was informed that they did not qualify for the 6 months deferred payment and the customer signed the loan documents that reflected this. Also the job was installed per the contract and the customer signed the completion certificate stating that they were satisfied with the job upon completion of the work. We will have sales manager visit the customer this week to fully understand what the issues are. We apologize for any inconvenience.

These people installed new gutters on the front of my house - at an enormous price, by the way, and they still leaked badly when it rained hard.
They've promised to have someone out her to fix them, more than once, but no one ever comes. They installed them August 27, and today is Oct. 3, '18.
I am so disappointed I chose this company.

This customer has not paid a dime for this project as of yet. The job was not completed due to inclement weather and then scheduling issues with the customer. This customer is scheduled to have their job completed on Thursday and that was the day chosen by the customer. We have had continued communication with this customer and are not understanding this customer's complaint at this time. Again we have yet to even ask this customer for payment as we do not ask customers to pay until the job is completed and they are satisfied.

Sorry to tell you but everything she said is a LIE!
I'm amazed ! Before they started the job, I reminded
them of what their ad online says, "You don't pay Please read ALL of this thoroughly. Thanks
until you're totally satisfied.? She knows that ! The
job was not complete - not because of inclement weather-
that so not true. We had many, many sunny days after
two different guys called me and said they were coming,
and never showed up. Weather had NOTHING to do with
it. Thursday? She said, Wed. Oct. 17 and NO I did NOT
ask for that date or ANY date. She asked me when would
be convenient and I said, "I'm retired and I'm here ALL
THE TIME.' I have NEVER asked for a certain day,
because I DID NOT CARE when they come, if they'd just
come when they call and tell me they're coming. And No,
we have not been in continual communication. Neither guy
showed up after they called and said they were coming and
I just waited. I didn't bug them about it. They just don't get
in any hurry to finish a job. She knows exactly why I am
saying something about their work ethic - they don't do what
they say they will. And why on earth would I choose Wed., Oct.
17? I wanted them fixed in September !
I told them again after he "finished" the job that I
would wait until a hard rainfall and if my gutters did not
leak - then I'd send them a check right away. I told Charity
that and she said, "Oh, OK." I said, "Well your ad online
says customers don't pay until they are completely satisfied."
She said, "I know."
By the way, we had a big, big hard rain and one of
the gutters wasn't slanted toward the downspout and the
water spilled over the edge of the other end and was a lot
worse than before they did anything. It was very surprising
how much water was pouring over the sides of that gutter.
One more thing - they didn't put up gutters. They
kept my old gutters, but said they'd make sure they were
slanted like they should be- Peter D told me that.
Well, they didn't do a thing to slant my gutters. All they did
was put on covers over my gutters on two gutters on the
front of my house. One was about 25 ' and one is about
15 feet. And he was done in less than two hours. I told
the one guy that came that I was going to wait to see if they
leaked when it rained, and he said, "Well, you can tell the
office that." I said, "I already have, I just want you to know
why I'm waiting. I knew he had not been here long enough
to do what needed to be done about the slant. I asked him
how he finished so quickly and he said, "I've been doing this
a long time." And he was a fairly young man. But evidently
he didn't know to slant the gutters toward the drain spout
because they sure don't drain down that drain spout.
Her last line says again they haven't asked me for payment,
and she knows why. I told them before that I wanted to see
if they did right, and I told the workman when he "finished."
What's shocking is what I am going to pay for ONLY COVERS
and all this runaround I've gotten. The amount they want for 90 minutes of work and not touching the gutters is $2400. I'm just very surprised that she wrote things that weren't true and she knows they aren't true. I call that a lack of integrity. When I told them
how bad the gutters were leaking back in September, I expected
them to fix it at least within a week, or two at the most.
I wish so much I had chosen a reputable company that did the work right and right away if something was wrong.
Thanks for letting me set you straight about her untrue
statements. I thought for that much money, I'd be getting
quality service. I asked Peter D why it cost so much for
just the covers, and he said, "Because there is a lifetime
guarantee on these. You will never have to pay anything if
they start leaking." He said, "No one else guarantees that."
He was a very good salesman, and her I am stuck with such
an exorbitant bill and it makes me sick. I am 73 and a widow
on social security and $2400 is a whole lot of money to me.
But I signed the contract, and yet they didn't live up to what
I had been told.

Hired to install new gutters. Gutters installed improperly. Company has not come to repair.
We hired Paradise Home Improvement to install new gutters on our home earlier this year. The contract came with a lifetime warranty on the gutters and any and all work performed relating to the gutters. The gutters were installed improperly, facia was not repaired as promised, eaves of the house were left open and now birds have gotten inside them. One one area of the house that should have had gutters, they simply didn't install anything. We have contacted them several times. For the most part they refuse to return our calls at all. We weren't paying the finance company at first because the work hadn't been completed; the finance company informed us they had been in contact with Paradise, and Paradise had told them they had already been to our house and made the repairs, which is a complete and total fabrication. One single worker came one time, several weeks ago, and installed drains on the downspouts, and said they would be sending a crew for the rest of the repairs. We haven't heard from Paradise, nor have we been able to make contact with them, since then. The gutters that are currently installed are non-functional in some places, and the "work" that they did has created new issues that we didn't have prior to installation, such as birds and squirrels in the eaves. In addition to all of this, when the original installation crew left, they left me with a yard full of sharp metal scraps, trash, and cigarette butts. I have cut myself on the metal trash they left behind, and spent a week making sure I had all of their mess cleaned up.

Desired Outcome

I want them to honor their agreement and repair the shoddy work that was originally done. I want gutters up where they should be up, I want the eaves closed up and the facia repaired, and I want to be left with gutters that do the work they were intended to do, and that look nice, and I want my yard to be as free of trash as it was when they arrived.

Two workers came to our home on Oct 1st. They said they would need a bigger crew, and that they normally install windows, not gutters, so there were some things they couldn't fix, and that someone else would come back. It is now October 9th, and we have not heard from the company since the workers left on October 1st.

Harassing calls after informed company of non-interest
I have contacted the sales rep directly via email on Wednesday 8/22/18 notifying him that we are not interested in using their company for our repair needs. We then received an unannounced visit from the same man on 8/25/18 and once again informed him we are not interested. I have since received a call from this same rep repeatedly (8/28, 8/31, 9/4). I have formerly requested not to be contacted again regarding any of their services or products, but if I have notified him TWICE that I am not interested and he is still persistent, that is harassment and unethical!

Desired Outcome

Refrain from contacting me or my husband further regarding any services or products this company has. When a potential client notifies you multiple times that they are not interested to stop contacting them.

these people and company are losers!
my phone rings 4 times/day, every day, with there *** solicitations.
I have called and spoken with the general mgr and asked to be removed.
to date it has not worked

if they run their business like they solicit business I would be willing to bet their work is SHODDY at best.

Great company from start to finish Installed a safety shower for me and job was installed as promised love the way they do business. Will definitely recommend. Zac was very professional and helped me through the entire process.

I purchased windows from Paradise. From the first meeting to install the process was smooth and the representative set my expectations. My home looks great with the new windows and is so much more comfortable.

Paradise did a great job installing windows at my home in Columbia. Great install and great salesman as well.

I love their windows! The sales person was very professional as was the install team! Thanks for a great job!

Horrible company. Sold a Bath remodel in March didn't start work on it until end of July then only did 3/4 of work BUT want to get paid. Horrible craftsmanship and the company is more important than the customer
