I looked in to the case of the complaint # [redacted] , and I found out that this issue was handled and decided in customers favor long agoWe couldn't reach out to customer

As previously stated we agreed to refund [redacted] $for the cost of the taillight repairAs per company policy we can’t release the check until [redacted] signs the general release, which he refuse to doPlease advise on how can we close the caseThank you!

[redacted] [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Dear [redacted] [redacted] ; We are in receipt of the complaint received on September **, from [redacted] We have been in contact with [redacted] , [redacted] ’s husband, who forwarded information from their local Acura dealer in [redacted] to Paragon Acura In the document forwarded to us, Columbia Acura valued the customer’s Acura MDX at $ Columbia Acura goes on to say that "if it had factory quality paint" based on their criteria; they would value the MDX at $Paragon Acura has offered $34, While I do understand the customer’s position, the appraisal document from Columbia Acura makes it clear that Paragon Acura is making [redacted] / [redacted] whole by valuing the MDX for what the local dealer would pay, if it did not have any paint or body workIn fact, we are offering six hundred dollars more than the local dealer has offered "if it had factory quality paint" Considering the above, I will reconfirm our offer of either paying $34,for the MDX or have our service department address and correct any paint or body issues that may not meet Acura CPO standards at no charge to the customer, providing the vehicle is brought to Paragon Acura If any additional information is needed, please feel free to contact me at [redacted] extension *** Very Truly Yours, [redacted] ***

To whom it may concern, Customer bought certified TL December [redacted] ,drop the car at our service department ,as per our service manager no problem was found ,mechanic did a road test with a customer and no problem was foundThe customer drove another TL, and the other vehicle and he said that he heard the same moice on the other vehicle toothe customer himself stated that all TLs have the same noise and that it is a manufacture defectThe customer called Acura Corporate and they told him that there is nothing that they can doThe customer ,came back to our dealership and test drove another TL, he said he heard the noise againWe offer customer to trade car at market value, he wanted the same amount he pay for the car which unfortunately we are unable to facilitate [redacted]

To Whom It May Concern, [redacted] had his vehicle picked up by Paragon Direct July [redacted] for what he stated was a clicking sound from the transmission when changing gearsAcura service representative tried reaching out to the customer via phone on Monday July ***, but the customer did not pick up/respondDue to service being closed on July ***, the customer was unable to reach service the following dayOur technician road tested the vehicle on Monday the ***, and then again on Wednesday the ***, but was unable to detect any absounds from the transmission - operation was foundWe were able to reach the customer on July [redacted] and explained that the vehicle is operating as designed - that the technician found no problem with the vehicles transmissionThe customer was upset with our findings and did not want his vehicle returned to himWhen the customer came in to pick up his vehicle, we explained the findings of the technician – we also offered him a road test with one of our technicians The customer had previously serviced his vehicle with us on May [redacted] and May ***That time he had brought the vehicle in to replace an air vent (as per sales), and also for a cold starting concern (chirping sound from the front of the vehicle while cold starting)Once we duplicated the concern (had to wait for a cold night for a proper cold start), we repaired the vehicle as per the service bulletin (bulletin [redacted] - "There is a gurgle or chirp from under the hood at cold-start-up")The repair involved replacing the ATF filter, due to a restriction in the ATF filterAs per the customer when he returned in July, the chirping sound is no longer present when cold starting the vehicleThe repair was successfulVery truly yours,Salome B [redacted] Executive Assistant

[redacted] came to Paragon Acura to lease a vehicle on 6/*/2016; he was interested in a FWD RDXSince we don’t carry any FWD RDX, [redacted] and Paragon Acura came to an agreement on an AWD RDX at a discounted price [redacted] came in the following day to discuss some questions and concerns he had, which were addressed to his satisfaction before he left to go back to South CarolinaA few days later he called us again, stating that he wasn’t satisfied with the dealIn the interest of customer satisfaction we reimbursed him $and we also agreed to repair the damage on the door handle (which wasn't there at the time of delivery)We paid his local Acura Dealer over $for the repairTotal reimbursement of $We have done everything in our power to satisfy [redacted] and every time he has told us he is satisfiedParagon Acura will take no further action at this timeThank you! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I s IIItrongly disagree with this response as it is inaccurate on various pointsThe car was on one occasion serviced by Acura and every other time it was handled by a local oil change mechanic which should not be an excuse as to why during the so called certification nothing was noted to be wrong with the car engineOn August ** I came in and made the first complaint on the performance of the car explaining the rough idle and lack of powerAll of which persisted during the 5000+ miles until the check engine light came on finallyI am in no way trying to be "enriched" by any outcome but refuse to be left with a car that has a rebuilt engine when I chose to confirm everything was good with the car however since that wasn't handled correctly by the dealership this all has happenedThe car was never road tested and boxes were just checked off during the certification I know this to be true because mileage on that work order never changed and any mechanic would have noticed back in August that the car engine was not at 100%We are reasonable people who believe Brian's people may be carrying on to cover the improper certification of our vehicle In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

As stated in our previous response Paragon Acura’s obligations were met and exceeded by contacting the leasing company and havethem wave fifty percent of the over mileage charges for which the customer was responsibleWhile we appreciate the customer comments and concerns, no further action will be takenPlease advise on how to close this case

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.I was under the impression that I would meet with the service manager *** ***However, after asking for him he was unavailableAnyways I was helped by service advisor *** ***He was the guy that looked into the Acura bulletin to help me out about the brake issue around May I went to other service advisors previously and none of them checked the bulletin*** *** is a professional and if I ever go to Paragon Acura to get a car it would because of him*** *** was awesome and courteousGive that man a promotion, it is well deserved

service manager To Whom It May Concern, We worked directly with *** *** to rectify this case. We explained to her that the valet company that was moving her vehicle at the time of the incident and are taking full responsibility of her vehicle as well as the other vehicle that was involved in the incident. We gave *** *** the contact information of the general manager of Elite Parking Systems which was driving her vehicle at the time of the incident. Elite Parking systems have been working with the other person’s insurance company to finalize the claim for their vehicle. *** ***’s vehicle was covered through Elite Parking Systems and repaired by Charlies Auto Collision - our recommended collision repair center and repaired with all OEM Acura parts *** ***s original concern with her vehicle which was a check engine light which ended up being code *** bank too lean, we performed an engine valve adjustment complimentary to repair that issue. The vehicle was road tested afterward and repairs were verifiedLean concern did not return As a gesture to earn *** ***s trust back we offered to perform some repairs on her vehicle that were recommended back in January, but *** *** had declined due to financial reasons. We replaced her rear brake pads and rotors and we replaced her front compliance bushings. Along with those repairs *** *** also asked if we could replace her driver side mirror which was cracked, and her center console lid which had stopped working properly. We replaced her mirror and her center console lid cover as well, as a goodwill gesture. Total cost of repairs for these services would have been $2,which we incurred internally to promote customer enthusiasm Customer stated that she is 100% with the resolution Very truly yours, Matt A***, Service Manager

only "warranty" coverage on this vehicleWe administer this coverage
on behalf of Warranty SolutionsWe do not determine what is and what is not
covered, Warranty Solutions determines what is coveredThe attached coverage
sheet is clear on the components which are covered. With regard
to *** ***'s statement about the transmission and water leak prior to purchase,
