We spoke to customer, he received the check from us, this issue was handled, Customer stated he will let you know too in order for you to close this case

As stated previously before I have agreed to close this complaint if Paragon Acura sends me the money I paid them in service for a problem they said they have fixed before the car was soldThis was a simple minimum solution and the refuse to send the check to me until I sign a release stating I realese them from Revdex.com complaint AND NYS attornet general in which I did not agree upon. I will keep my word and close this complaint if I receive this refund thank you *** ***

As stated in our previous response Paragon Acura has offered to pick up and deliver *** ***’s BMW; provide him with a loaner carwhile we address the concerns and correct the paint issues to his satisfaction. I have spoken with management at paragon Acura and to be quite honest I am still not satisfied with the outcomeI've been told to speak with management next time I choose to purchase a car and very frankly I will never purchase another car from this companyI purchased my car so that I can commute between work and school as the commute is a bit overbearing and my car hasn't even last two months without breaking downI made mistakes on not carefully reviewing my paperwork and I feel I am liable for that but the fact that the car breaks down with the airbag might have been life threatening and I still had to pay deductible fees why I have no idea and the lease the company paragon Acura could have done was ask for a fee to be removed seeing that my purchase didn't even last monthsInstead I'm offered nothing but to speak with management on my next purchaseWhy on earth will I buy a car that breaks down and no one assist me or even attempted to guide me in finding a solution after it clearly shows that this accident was not caused by me and I will gladly post pictures to show exactly where the damage was on the car especially if the car was in forward motionI lost my down payment towards this car, I've lost a deductible fee, I've lost a few payments, I've even lost trust in the brand but I will not loose more money buying another car from paragon Acura

My complaint is Not about what it was on the lease order sheetThe salesperson (*** ***) deceived the fact that they will waive the excess mileage by saying "You won't get a excess mileage charge because you are a loyal customer, but if you do, Call me, then I can make a call to Acura Finance, and I will waive it for you" He did clarealy said that multiple times and he made sure I do not owe any excess mileage charge by trading in existing vehicle and getting a new vehicle at Paragon AcuraThat was a part of the deal.He also put that down in writing on very first deal draft sheet, but when he printed out the final order sheet, he intentionally removed it, so he doesn't look he's liable for any other charge.Basically he deceived the facts to sell a new carVery sneaky and unethical dealerEveryone should be aware of them

To Whom It May Concern, We are in receipt of a complaint #*** from Alfred S***, dated January **, 2017, wherein customer states that he wishes to return the vehicle based on the vehicle damage, that occurred while it was in customer’s possession, requests the termination of financing and wishes to receive a refund of the full purchase price paidCustomer leased a Acura ZDX on 6/**/from our dealershipThe vehicle was never serviced with us or any other authorized Acura dealership(Please note: this is not the requirement to maintain the warranty.) Upon the termination of the lease, the customer returned to our dealership on 8/**/2016, looking to purchase his leased vehicleWe aided the customer in the transaction of purchasing his vehicleThe customer requested and paid for vehicle that he owned to be certifiedThe vehicle went through the certification process and it was picked up by the customerTheday of the purchase, the customer had the vehicle in his possession for months and during this period of time he putmiles on itAfter the vehicle was certified, it underwent repairs in our dealership(Please note: the certification was performed at milesVehicle was driven for miles before the first documented concern regarding performance issues.)The customer came in to the service department on 12/**/and indicated that the check engine light came on while he was drivingHe also stated that the vehicle runs rough while the check engine light is on, but corrects itself right after the check engine light goes offThe technician verifiedthat the diagnostic trouble codes were stored in the Engine Control Module (***, ***, and ***.) The codes were on, due to excessive clearance on intake and exhaust engine valvesThe valves were adjusted according to the manufacturer's specification. On 12/**/2016, the vehicle came back into our service department with rough running conditionThe technician verified poor engine operations and found cylinder #had a continuous misfireCoils and fuel injectors were swapped from a known good working cylinder; however, continuous misfires were still presentThe technician went to the next step in the diagnostic tree and performed a compression check on the engine and found cylinder #had approximately 25% lower compression, compared to the other cylindersThe failed part was identified as the engine short blockThankfully, the vehicle was certified and we were able to repair the short block and replace all the necessary accouterments under the manufacturer’s warranty at no cost to the customerIf not to the certification process, this expense would have been solely to the customer’s expense.On 1/**/2017, when the customer came back to pick up his vehicle, we performed the road test together with the customerIt appears; that the customer is looking to enrich himself as a result of the certificationWe will not be able to assist the customer beyond the limits of their warranty, which was fully covered.Very truly yours,Brian B***General Manager

As you can see that they can't deny the Balloon Payment as I indicated on the Revdex.com reportWhen we went to them as with many dealers they offer a Lease or Financial paymentsAs I previously stated that I told them that I didn't want a lease, and that I only wanted a Financial PaymentJust as I had financed my previous carThat's the trade I did with them. How is it that I gave them a down payment of $12,dollars, and they're going to put me into a Balloon PaymentMy *** son can testify to that he was with me on that day and he can attest to thatI was totally rushed to sign and they told me that yes I was getting a Finanial PlanThat every thing is going to be fineWhat makes you think that I told I didn't want a Lease let alone take some Balloon PaymentThey never told me that they were going to put me in some other type of financing Balloon planThat's against the law! When I talk to people they tell me what in the hell is that did you buy a house or a car, and I can't believe they would do some thing as low as that! Then they send me a letter, and I called them and they told me that I had to go to the dealer cause I had to refinance again, and told them I had already financed the carHe repeated to come to the dealerWhen I got their he told me I had to refinance cause I had a Balloon and I told them that I repeated several times that when I came into the dealer the first time I wanted to only finance the car just like did with my previous carI started to cry and asked them why did you do this to me and they said in a bad tone of voice that was not their problem, and that at this point he wasn't going to discuss any thing further and if I had the money to refinance or give them back the car so they could sell it. So he asked me for my papers, and told him that my credit wasn't like beforeSo he ran my credit and he said that my credit was not good at this pointAt no time did he tell me that I could use a Co-SignerSo now he gives me a new contract to Finance againSo I went home crying and I went home and my *** son told me that why didn't he tell you that all you needed was a Co-Signer! So my son told me I had hours to cancel the contractSo I called them and I told them I was going back with my son the next dayAt this point my son Co-Signed and now they gave another contract to me. Well I should not have gone through these in just situationsThe least I expected from an Acura dealer to be treat in such a rude and for them to do these in just things to meI'm totally in shock and I just can't get over thisPlease help me so they won't do this to other people. After a review of the *** *** file, Paragon Acura's obligations were clarified on the Lease Order that was signed by *** *** on September *** It states that "Paragon Acura is to make the final payments on AHFC ACC#*** (which we paid) and it is not responsible for any other fees and
charges".Attached is a copy of the Lease Order

Attached is a copy of the credit application filled out and signed by *** *** authorizing Paragon Acura to run her credit and submit it to the Financial Institutions in order to secure an auto loan at the bestpossible rate
