Paragon Acura Reviews (79)

As stated in our previous response Paragon Acura’s obligations were met and exceeded by contacting the leasing company and havethem wave fifty percent of the over mileage charges for which the customer was responsible. While we appreciate the customer comments and concerns, no further action will be taken. Please advise on how to close this case.

We have full record of the oil changes performed on the vehicle. Car was returned with minimal repair, Engine issue continues, car still stalls at start and idle is rough as initially mentioned to dealer. Maintenance was performed on car at proper intervals, there was no negligence on our part, we would not have purchased the vehicle had the certification brought forward the obvious engine issues that were imminent. Car was never taken for Road test during its improper certification as mileage on the vehicle remained the same at drop off and pick up. Dealer has a reputation of minimally inspecting vehicles for certification and charging for a multi point inspection that is clearly never performed since car was never road tested. Our car was ready 1 week too soon according to the estimate of the part delivery of our engine block, we have received a call and an email that a Part has come in from Acura's automated system. We suspect the engine block was not replaced since we received notification of a "part" coming in at the exact time the part was suppose to arrive, however our car was "fixed" within 2 days of me speaking to Brian their director and explaining my plan to submit a Revdex.com complaint. There are so many holes in all the stories we have been told, one thing holds true, the car was not properly inspected for any issues upon Certification had it be done properly all these issues would have been detected.

I s IIItrongly disagree with this response as it is inaccurate on various points. The car was on one occasion serviced by Acura and every other time it was handled by a local oil change mechanic which should not be an excuse as to why during the so called certification nothing was noted to be wrong with the car engine. On August ** I came in and made the first complaint on the performance of the car explaining the rough idle and lack of power. All of which persisted during the 5000+ miles until the check engine light came on finally. I am in no way trying to be "enriched" by any outcome but refuse to be left with a car that has a rebuilt engine when I chose to confirm everything was good with the car however since that wasn't handled correctly by the dealership this all has happened. The car was never road tested and boxes were just checked off during the certification I know this to be true because mileage on that work order never changed and any mechanic would have noticed back in August that the car engine was not at 100%. We are reasonable people who believe Brian's people may be carrying on to cover the improper certification of our vehicle.

These were not acceptable terms and hence the complaint to Revdex.com. Here are the reasons
1. Paragon Acura sold us their loaner vehicle without disclosing body work that was done. They should take responsibility for it. We trusted them as they were a dealership and not a private seller
2. I had a private buyer for $37500 until he could detect that something has been done to the exterior
3. Taking it to NewYork from [redacted] to have the work redone would cost me more money and time. I will not go through that for something the dealership scammed me in to.

To whom it may concern, The customer purchased the same vehicle as he was leasing, the vehicle was properly certified, the customer never serviced his vehicle at Acura service. We have never performed oil changes on this vehicle since it was never brought in to our service, We have...

replaced the engine on the vehicle, the customer has picked it up on **/1/2017, Paragon Acura is at no fault since the engine problems occurred due to an improper maintenance of the vehicle. Thank you Salome B[redacted]

Review: Bought Acura Mdx at Paragon Acura in June. 2011. My car was a [redacted]. So I traded it for Acura 2011Mdx. They gave me $15,000 for my car, but I still owed $2,700 on the crv. They said they paid off $2700 from the $15,000 they valued the crv. Which left $12,300 which was my down payment to finance my Mdx 2011.

I had made it very clear several times that I did not want to lease the car. That I only wanted to finance the Mdx. So he said ye, ok, ok., Just sign here and he said after all this is an Acura dealer and we do things right. Not like a lot of other dealers!

Trust us we are going to help you get your Mdx. I said ok and signed. After 3 years they sent me a letter saying I had to refinance the car because the 3 years were up. So I went over to them and the person that sold me the car was no where to be found. They took me to see the Refinance Dept. and he told me I didn't finance the car. That I a balloon and at this point I had to refinance again the car if I wanted to keep it. I was in shock very upset. I asked them how could this happen and he said he didn't know, but at this point I had to either refinance or give them back the car. I said no. So they put pressure on me to sign or they'll take back the car! I need my car to work. I complain to someone there over the phone, but they said I could not do anything at this point except hear my complain. I never asked for a Balloon I didn't know what was this, and I ask people that and they say they don't understand how this happen to me. Please let me know what I can do about this. I'm paying now much more for the car, and its not like I'm rich. I have to struggle for my money just to get this car, and its un fare what they did to me.Desired Settlement: I never asked for no Balloon and charges should be adjusted to what my finance charges on a finance deal was suppose to be on a finance and not a Balloon which is unjust and inllegal charges.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

As you can see that they can't deny the Balloon Payment as I indicated on the Revdex.com report. When we went to them as with many dealers they offer a Lease or Financial payments. As I previously stated that I told them that I didn't want a lease, and that I only wanted a Financial Payment. Just as I had financed my previous car. That's the trade I did with them. How is it that I gave them a down payment of $12,950 dollars, and they're going to put me into a Balloon Payment. My [redacted] son can testify to that he was with me on that day and he can attest to that. I was totally rushed to sign and they told me that yes I was getting a Finanial Plan. That every thing is going to be fine. What makes you think that I told I didn't want a Lease let alone take some Balloon Payment. They never told me that they were going to put me in some other type of financing Balloon plan. That's against the law! When I talk to people they tell me what in the hell is that did you buy a house or a car, and I can't believe they would do some thing as low as that! Then they send me a letter, and I called them and they told me that I had to go to the dealer cause I had to refinance again, and told them I had already financed the car. He repeated to come to the dealer. When I got their he told me I had to refinance cause I had a Balloon and I told them that I repeated several times that when I came into the dealer the first time. I wanted to only finance the car just like did with my previous car. I started to cry and asked them why did you do this to me and they said in a bad tone of voice that was not their problem, and that at this point he wasn't going to discuss any thing further and if I had the money to refinance or give them back the car so they could sell it. So he asked me for my papers, and told him that my credit wasn't like before. So he ran my credit and he said that my credit was not good at this point. At no time did he tell me that I could use a Co-Signer. So now he gives me a new contract to Finance again. So I went home crying and I went home and my [redacted] son told me that why didn't he tell you that all you needed was a Co-Signer! So my son told me I had 24 hours to cancel the contract. So I called them and I told them I was going back with my son the next day. At this point my son Co-Signed and now they gave another contract to me. Well I should not have gone through these in just situations. The least I expected from an Acura dealer to be treat in such a rude and for them to do these in just things to me. I'm totally in shock and I just can't get over this. Please help me so they won't do this to other people. Thank You, [redacted]

Review: This was a 2 day ordeal. I went to Paragon acura after seeing the car of my dreams. I walked in and met a salesperson by the name of [redacted] went through the paper work in about 45 minutes. After the paperwork, the hold up about credit came about. He told me that honda america was going to finance me a And EVEN GAVE ME A HIGH FIVE SAYING I WAS APPROVED. He then went back for 20 minutes and came back and said he was going to get my keys and bring the car around. I waited another 40 minutes for him to ask if I could put another 1,000 down in down payment. I told him no and could do the approved rate he claimed. He then went back for another 300 minutes and said he is going to try to run my credit ONE more time as the deal fell through. He came back and said that fell through. I then decided to leave as this was getting outrageous and fishy. I went home and checked my report as I knew it would be affected and I was disappointed, It came up that paragon ran my credit FOUR TIMES. PARAGON ACURA WAS NOT AUTHORIZED to run my credit four times. This has hurt my credit severely as they were considered "hard runs". I would like a resolution to the damaged credit inquiry reports on my credit report. This has also halted me from being able to take a car loan out with an honest dealership. Thank you and please contact me with any further questions or explanations.Desired Settlement: I would like the hard credit inquiries for the 2 extra unauthorized credit applications removed from my credit report. This has hindered me from doing a lot, especially taking out loans from honest practices.

Review: I called paragon acura to get a price for the steering pump for my 2007 acura mdx. I was transferred to the parts department. The gentlemen there (did not catch his name) gave me a price of four hundred and change and said oh but wait there's a recall on this for your car. He transferred me to the front desk to make an appt. I made an appt for Wednesday, September [redacted]. I took the day off to fix this problem on my car. Show up at the dealer and guess what they say said i'm sorry there's no recall for you car- there was a note on my profile that there was a recall. The service advisor checked and said no sorry there isn't any recall. I told her I came because they told me there was a recall, took the day off from work. Can I talk to a manager- spoke to Matt who looked it up and said no sorry, I apologize for whoever told you this. That was pretty much what they did. Nothing.Desired Settlement: I was told by the dealer that I need to change this part, I was told there was a recall and took a day off from work to get this resolved and all I got was an i'm sorry.

I would like to know if this part really has a recall and what can be done for wasting my time and given false information from the service dept. IF they change the part it would be even better.

Sincerely,

Review: Three years ago on August *, 2011, we leased a 2011 Acura MDX from Paragon Acura. Our sales associate was [redacted] and the [redacted] was [redacted]. The lease order was for 10,000 miles per year; we really wanted 12,000 but the "best they could do", they said was 10,000 on paper and additional 6,000 at the end of the year. That was put in the section called "Dealer Installed Options." It read: "Customer not responsible for the last 6000 miles at the end of the lease key for key option." In essence, we drove the car for three years with the notion that we had 12,000 a year, or 36,000 for 3 years.

I returned the vehicle on August *, 2014. We had over mileage excess, which we do not dispute. We returned the car with about 46,600 miles on it. The bill I got from Acura is charging me for an excess of 16,000 miles, instead of the 10,000 miles that I believe the lease order stated. I called the dealership who told me to speak to Honda Financial Services Billing. I called Billing who said we should speak to the the [redacted] or the [redacted] about the situation. We did both of those actions, and the [redacted] said that nothing could be done. We told him that we were under the impression that we were not responsible for the last 6,000 miles based on this write-up and he said that the end part implied that if we were to get another vehicle from them, that is when the 6,000 miles would be erased, so to speak. I told him that that was not what was explained to us at the time of sale; we would not have signed that contract if that was what the note meant because we were looking for 12,000 miles a year. What does "key for key option" mean - we traded in our 2009 Toyota Venza (key) for the 2011 Acura MDX (another key). I called a salesperson in the beginning of this process to ask what "key for key option" meant ( named [redacted], I think), and she thought that the Venza for the MDX was what key for key option meant. This was one of their own salespeople's explanation!

It was not explained to us that it was contingent upon leasing another vehicle from them that the 6,000 miles would be cleared. I have owned and leased Hondas and Acura in the past - one was even from that same dealership several years before this - and this experience, if unresolved, precludes me from ever having any business relationship with them.

This specific return transaction ranks as the worst car buying/leasing experience ever. The salesperson was deceitful and dishonest, and the dealership overall was unhelpful. They have unscrupulous business practices and potential car buyers should be forewarned. The [redacted], in my estimation, can make this right.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealership to honor the 10,000 miles a year for 3 years PLUS the written 6,000 miles, thereby making it a total of 36,000 miles for three years. I would like to be billed for only 10,000 miles excess, as opposed to the 16,000.

[Your Answer Here]

I reiterate that we were misled in their explanation of the "terms" of the lease mileage agreement when we purchased said vehicle three years ago. I already am aware of Acura's loyalty program and their supposed "forgiveness" of the extra mileage on the car; they would have probably overlooked the 16,000 miles altogether or at least half of that had I leased another Acura. In speaking to an Acura Billing representative she explained as much to me. Isn't it curious that the wording on our lease order specifically stated 6,000 miles, the exact number we wanted when added to the 30,000 (i.e. 12k/year).

And no, I would not even think of leasing another car with this dealership just to "forgive" the mileage they duped me of. I would like to lease on my own terms, not have them use this over my head as leverage for acquiring another three years of my business.

Very

Truly Yours,

Review: We bought a 2013 ACura MDX from paragon Acura in January 2013. It was sold as a certified vehicle and no accidents or body work was reported on advertisement or at the time of sale. The mileage was around 3,500.

Did not care for the drive(have never owned acura before) and so placed an advt in autotrader to sell it. Have added only another 3500 miles on it. Gentleman comes all the way from washington, DC on Sept [redacted] with a cashier's check to buy it but backs out as some thing did not look right on the rear panels. Have copy of communication in this regard.

So we took it to [redacted] in [redacted] on september [redacted] to get an assessment on it. We got a report from them that the car has been extensively repainted and that they cannot sell it on their lot and will have to send it for auction. Have a copy of their assessment.

We contacted Acura certification dept and the dealer. Basically acura certification dept cannot do anything. Dealer after a few back and forth mails comes back with a trade in option for Kelley blue book value or same amount in cash which is $34,625. He also suggested that we look at the 2015 updated model of MDX and consider trade in at his dealership for a good deal.

We went to our local Acura dealership in [redacted] and they were going to offer $32000 for trade in and did note that trade in value is low due to the exterior body work that was done. They gave a report in letter form and have a copy of that. They also commented that this car did not meet certification standards. we did test drive 2015 acura and we are not interested in getting a 2015 Acura.

Communicated again with dealer who wants us to bring it to New york and he will give us cash for Kelly blue book trade in value which is 34,625 or he will have his service dept work on it without charge to meet certification standard.

I requested that the vehicle repair be addressed by the local Acura but he did not agree on that.Desired Settlement: We bought this Acura as it was from a dealer and was certified. We went all the way to Newyork because it was attractive price and mileage and reliable as it is from dealer.

We were scammed by the dealership. Acura certification dept does not want to deal with it.

Now I will lose $3000 by cashing in at dealer as I had an offer for $37,500 from a private buyer.

Since it is certified by Acura, I request that the assessment and repair be done at a local Acura service shop. If that is not possible, I will take it to New york but expect $37,500 as that was what I would have gotten from an individual buyer had I not been scammed by the dealer.

Thank You

Dear

[redacted];

We

are in receipt of the complaint received on September **, 2014 from [redacted].

We

have been in contact with [redacted]’s husband, who forwarded

information from their local Acura dealer in [redacted] to Paragon Acura.

In

the document forwarded to us, Columbia Acura valued the customer’s Acura MDX at $32000.

Columbia Acura goes on to say that "if it had factory quality paint"

based on their criteria; they would value the MDX at $34000. Paragon Acura has

offered $34,625.

While

I do understand the customer’s position, the appraisal document from Columbia

Acura makes it clear that Paragon Acura is making [redacted] whole by valuing the MDX for what the local dealer would pay,

if it did not have any paint or body work. In fact, we are offering six hundred

dollars more than the local dealer has offered "if it had factory quality

paint".

Considering

the above, I will reconfirm our offer of either paying $34,625 for

the MDX or have our service department address and correct any paint

or body issues that may not meet Acura CPO standards at no charge to the

customer, providing the vehicle is brought to Paragon Acura.

Review: I purchased Acura MDX back in January **, 2013. Initially, he told me of price guarantee to the market which I trusted him and purchased the Acura MDX basic for 50220.74. The price include Weather mats, low jack and wheel lock. The person in the finance department told me that the weather mat and wheel lock is compulsory to buy it with the vehicle which I realized later that it was not compulsory purchase. For the low jack the second day I informed the person that I don't need it. but, he told me that once purchased can't be refunded. My complaints are as follows: 1. The person in the finance department never fulfilled his promise of price match guarantee. I provided him with another purchase invoice from my business neighbor. He purchased Technology Package for around $48500.00 while he sold me the basic package for $50220.74 2. I requested him to refund whether mat and wheel lock because it was not compulsory with the purchase but he refused that. 3.He never installed or refunded the low jack. I met him several times but each time he has some reason to delay. 4. I call him left him with several voice messages but, he never answered my call. Right now I really don't know how to deal with themDesired Settlement: I would like to match the price of the vehicle with the other dealership for the same package because he told me so. secondly, I need refund of whether mat, low jack and wheel lock.

from the above referenced customer.

Review: The salesperson [redacted] promised to waive 100% of excess mileage (costs of $933.30) for trade-in of existing TSX when I lease a new ILX but only waived 50% of excess mileage.

The representation was made in verbally by saying "If you get a bill for any excess mileage fee, call me then I will waive or pay it for you as a courtesy".

He put that in writing when I first deal with all the terms on the draft sheet, but when he carried over to final lease order sheet, he intentionally did not put it, so he and his dealership is refusing to take care of the excess fee.Desired Settlement: I received the bill from Acura Financial Services, I would like the payment to be made by the Paragon Acura immediately.

Response:

After a review of the [redacted] file, Paragon Acura's obligations were clarified on the Lease Order that was signed by [redacted] on September [redacted] 2014. It states that "Paragon Acura is to make the final 2 payments on AHFC ACC#[redacted] (which we paid) and it is not responsible for any other fees and charges".Attached is a copy of the Lease Order.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

My complaint is Not about what it was on the lease order sheet. The salesperson ([redacted]) deceived the fact that they will waive the excess mileage by saying "You won't get a excess mileage charge because you are a loyal customer, but if you do, Call me, then I can make a call to Acura Finance, and I will waive it for you" He did clarealy said that multiple times and he made sure I do not owe any excess mileage charge by trading in existing vehicle and getting a new vehicle at Paragon Acura. That was a part of the deal.He also put that down in writing on very first deal draft sheet, but when he printed out the final order sheet, he intentionally removed it, so he doesn't look he's liable for any other charge.Basically he deceived the facts to sell a new car. Very sneaky and unethical dealer. Everyone should be aware of them.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Business

Response:

As stated in our previous response Paragon Acura’s obligations were met and exceeded by contacting the leasing company and havethem wave fifty percent of the over mileage charges for which the customer was responsible. While we appreciate the customer comments and concerns, no further action will be taken. Please advise on how to close this case.

Review: The following is specifically for this complaint to Revdex.com, not updated in my filing on January **, 2014 against Paragon Acura for its price misrepresentation and knowing violation of price terms to the small claims court in Queens.

After I got some legal advice, I requested for the cancellation of the maintenance service contract nearly four months ago on Jan. **, 2014 with [redacted] and [redacted] in their store, within the required 60 days for the 100% refund of $1,845.43 (tax included). After I called Paragon Acura several time in March, Acura Care finally sent me a mail saying that it's going to send Capital One (my final car loan provider before I realized Paragon Acura applied around at several lenders on my behalf. I told Paragon Acura that I paid the loan off in December as soon as I received the first loan statement.) a refund check of $1,536.10. I called Paragon Acura [redacted] about six times in March, the [redacted] took my message that I should get 100% refund and she promised someone would call me back. But nobody called me back. In the first week of April, I received the refund check of $1,536.10 from Capital One, then I called six or seven more time to Paragon Acura, sent three faxes to them and copied to Acura Care for the balance I'm still owed. However, as of today, May **, 2014, there's no response from either Paragon Acura or Acura Care, and I’m still owed $309.33.Desired Settlement: While the remaining $309.33 of the refund from the cancellation of maintenance service contract within the required 60 days for the 100% refund is not updated in my pending case again Paragon Acura in the small claims court, I'm hoping this complaint to Revdex.com can help get the remaining $309.33 back to me after my repeated calls and faxes got no response from Paragon Acura. I'm also hoping other buyers can learn something from my complaint again Paragon Acura here. Thank you.

Consumer

Response:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I haven't brought this complaint to the court, I only filed my case against Paragon Acura on its knowing violation of price terms and its misrepresentation of price to the small claims court. This issue filed to Revdex.com occurred after I filed my case to the court and therefore it's not updated in the pending case.

As you can see from the attached cancellation form and the maintenance service contract I signed with Paragon Acura on November **, 2013, I'm supposed to get the 100% refund if I cancel (I cancelled it on January **, 2014) within 60 days and I have never used their maintenance service after I found out about the issues filed in the case to the small claims court.

As when I was dealing with them for their knowing violation of price terms and price misrepresentation, they simply ignored me, that's why I filed the above mentioned case against in the small claims court. Now I'm bring this maintenance service contract issue to your attention. Paragon Acura intentionally did this to waste my time and your time to resolve this issue after my repeated calls and three faxes went unheeded. I feel compelled to expose their tricks so that other buys can watch out.

Thank you and have a nice day!

Review: before I bought this car I noticed a transmission noise and a water leak in the spare tire area of the trunk. The salesman Thomas Ng stated that the water was from them just washing the car and said he will take care of it and the transmission was fine. I went to go see the car again the next day before I signed any paper sna the water was gone and he said was taken care of. I take the car to a mechanic and he tells me the transmission needs to be fixed and the water leak is a common problem and needs a part to be replaced which hasn't been done. I bought a third party warranty and they said they wont cover any of the problems and the dealership is responsible. Johnny S** from the dealership who sold me the warranty also confirmed this. I went back the next week(2 weeks after bought the car) and they made me pay for the work done to fix the water leak and told me the transmission is no problem, they said noises are normal for a 10 year old car and the used car manager failed to pay for my water leak replacement bill

this is bad business practice and fraudDesired Settlement: I want a refund for the repair work done and I want the amount it is needed to fix my transmission form a reputable shop

purchased a 2005 Acura RSX with 125,401 miles, which by the terms of the NYS AG

business law, can be sold "as is". The NYS used car lemon law does

not cover motor vehicles with 100,000 or more miles. [redacted] purchased a

vehicle service agreement (a copy of the coverage is attached) which is the

only "warranty" coverage on this vehicle. We administer this coverage

on behalf of Warranty Solutions. We do not determine what is and what is not

covered, Warranty Solutions determines what is covered. The attached coverage

sheet is clear on the components which are covered. With regard

to [redacted]'s statement about the transmission and water leak prior to purchase,

I have attached a document signed by [redacted] at the time of delivery. This

document is intended to memorialize any unfulfilled agreement regarding this

transaction. This document clearly states that nothing is due to [redacted], which

is to say, no other agreement, monies, service or repair are part of the terms

of this transaction. I have also

attached the buyers order signed by [redacted] which indicates all the terms of

this agreement. There are no items listed indicating any other agreements that

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I will not accept a credit for future service. I will accept a refund to either my credit card or a refund checkThe issue with the transmissions was not addressed and your paperwork doesn't excuse your dealership of bad and shady business practices

Sincerely,

Response:

As previously stated we agreed to refund [redacted] $148 for the cost of the taillight repair. As per company policy we can’t release the check until [redacted] signs the general release, which he refuse to do. Please advise on how can we close the case. Thank you!

Consumer

Response:

As stated previously before I have agreed to close this complaint if Paragon Acura sends me the money I paid them in service for a problem they said they have fixed before the car was sold. This was a simple minimum solution and the refuse to send the check to me until I sign a release stating I realese them from Revdex.com complaint AND NYS attornet general in which I did not agree upon. I will keep my word and close this complaint if I receive this refund thank you [redacted]

Review: Purchased a 2010 BMW on Oct/*/2014. They told me and showed me the car fax that the car was not involved in any accident or had any body work. After purchasing the car from them , a week later I take it to a body shop for inspection and it shows that the car had been painted all over and a lousy paint job. I contacted [redacted] and showed him the car,and told me they are willing to exchange the car at the book value which means I will lose money instead of being compensated for their unethical business by not telling me they painted car. I know for sure they paint the car and resell them without telling the consumers because I traded my car with some damages on it and when I went back after a week I saw my car , the car had been painted all over. I showed and talked to one of the [redacted], he would not accept full refund or partial refund, Only exchange to something else at the book value not the money I paid a week or two ago. Not fair, if had I known the car had been painted over 75%, I would then decide on the purchase accordingly. At this point I know the car is not worth what I paid for with all that body and paint work that has been done on it. I would like a partial refund from them towards the car and they should stop practicing this kind of business. I have asked to speak to higher management regarding this , but no one ever calls me back accept the same [redacted] who refuse to do the right thing.Desired Settlement: I would like a partial refund to take care of the paint work all over the car by a profeesional body shop to fix the lousy job they did . I know the car is not worth the money I paid for now. I told them a partial refund of $3000 would maybe be able to fix the paint job

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]

THE BUSINESS ACCEPTS THE PAINT JOB IS POOR QUALITY AND I HAVE GIVEN THEM AN ESTIMATE OF $1432 TO FIX THE PROBLEM WITH MY BODY SHOP, HOWEVER BUSINESS STATES THAT IT WILL COST THEM 800 TO FIX THE PAINT WITH THE SAME PEOPLE WHO DID THE POOR JOB AT THE FIRST PLACE. IT SHOWS WHAT KIND OF JOB HE DID FOR 800 AND THAT IS WHY I WANT TO HAVE IT DONE AT MY BODY SHOP THE RIGHT WAY AT THE RIGHT PRICE WITH QUALITY WORK. BUSINESS DOES NOT WANT TO ACCEPT THAT AND I DONT ACCEPT THEIR OFFER. UNFORTUNATE THEY WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS WITH THIS KIND OF BUSINESS PRACTICES
