satisfactory to me I have been a loyal M&T Bank Member and hope that those who handled my case are properly reviewed It was very unacceptable that my case had to be escalated to this level in order to be resolved and that I had to spend hours resolving this issue I particularly found it unprofessional how Francisco addressed me as "Mrs Hill" in his first email on 5/11/17, and how Karen abruptly closed my case based on misinformation on 5/24/

Since Nov of last year, M&T has provided payoffs in the amount of roughly $170,to me and my attorneys for my mortgage that was allegedly modified thru the Obama restructuring program while I was going through my divorceI continued to ask if that amount included everything as I could not
stand to lose any money due to the sale of the house or divorce. I sold the house and nothing showed on any of the payoff statements until the title company closed the sale and ran title, nothing was even showing on my credit report regarding this additional lienThere was an additional lien on the property by NOVADNovad had said that M&T sent the balance of the restructure loan to themNovad said what was not valid was that M&T bank made an error in the payoff figures and it was M&Ts responsibility to notify me of the amount, not Novad'sI am requesting from M&T that they stick to their word and confirmation of original payoff amounts given just prior to the sale of my property and closingNovad said M&T should have notified me of the second lien and who to contact in regards to this payoffM&T continued to maintain that no loan modification was ever made

My response is can you tell the lady that's in charge of the m&t that that's not the conversation I was referring to and also I'm closing my bank account
very soon anyway just to much going on and to keep up with and I'm not satisfied and I want that fee of the other away as well because even in the terms it says it won't give you a over draft fee for something that is dollars and I don't remember ever doing that transaction and this is the issue things get refunded and really added back like my amazon purchases I can show what day I ordered it and amazon been shipped my items it will have two different dates on it that's why I think the other overdraft fee shall be gone as well

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaintMs. *** acknowledges my letter to Mr*** and states that I raised additional points in the Revdex.com complaint. That is not entirely correct. The letter to Mr*** expressed our concern that the commercial loan agreement was negotiated as a package, and the business LOC was part of that package. By M&T bank unilaterally closing the LOC significantly changes the terms of the commercial loan agreement. Furthermore, Ms*** states that the LOC was closed on December 4. I was never notified of this and only came to find out about it when the LOC check that I deposited in the M&T checking account bounced. In fact the letter received in January notifying us hat M&T is closing the checking and savings accounts did not mention anything about the LOCFinally, Mr*** states that M&T responded to my letter to Mr***. This response came to us after we filed the Revdex.com complaint. Regardless, the letter did not address the main concerns we raisedRegards, *** ***

I am not satisfied with the response given by M&T Bank and am requesting more time to respond to their letter. I have over years of
documents to research before an accurate response can be written. I will have a response available by march 31, Please inform me immediately If this is not acceptableThank youM&T bank has responded to my complaint with basic information, dates and dollar amounts, but has not provided explanations, answers or solutionsMany details are missing, do not make sense, or are not true. The response letter recently received mentions Net and Gross Income Modifications. M&T Bank mentions my Loan To Value being under 80% but I have offered to put $20,down at the time I am excepted for modificationI am requesting a more descriptive answer as to what Net and Gross Income Modifications are and if any other options may be available to meI am also requesting an answer as to how the Loan To Value can be under 80% without an interior evaluationI am requesting a copy of all interior evaluations, exterior evaluations, appraisals, or any other process used to figure the value of said propertyM&T Bank did correct the issue in concerning the money taken from escrow and recently correct the $Recoverable Corporate AdvanceHowever, it cost me a lot of time and money that I can not recoverAlso, I was told several times by M&T Bank, they would not have taken it unless it was a legitimate payoutAnother time I called, I was told it was under my parcel number, so it must have been for my propertyNo one would look into it or do the researchThis should raise much concern about the activities of M&T BankI am requesting a response as to why M&T Bank is not responsible for the time and money I had to put out to correct their mistakesI am told time and time again that I have a Single Point of contact, yet that person has changed several times and every time I call I have to leave a messageEvery time I call, or receive a call, it is by someone different and I have to explain my situation over and over many times which frustrates me before I even get to the reason for the callI am requesting the names and extension numbers of all persons involved in my Single Point of Contact group.M&T Bank did not mention the employee (Michael *** ext***) that said, if I say I am recording the conversation that it is M&T's policy to immediately hang upI am requesting an answer as to whether this ispolicy or not, and if so, than why is it a policyHowever, if it is not policy, how the employee was handled so this does not happen in the futureM&T Bank continues to do, say and act as they please withoutreprimandI do not believe this was a valid attempt to rectify the situation and M&T Bank should be accountable for there actionsI am requesting an answer as to how the actions by M&T Bank will be handledand prevented in the futureThank you, *** * *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** ***

This message is pertaining to Complaint ID #*** against M&T Bank.They have requested an extension until March 8, and this is not acceptable because they are closing the bank account on February 26, and this delay tactic is a deliberate attempt to render this complaint irrelevant.

I am not filing this complaint in regards to the actions taken on my bank account by M&T BankI am filing the complaint to make known how poor the customer service experience was while resolving this matterI was treated more rudely by the customer service representatives, especially the "supervisor" than I have at any other institutionThat is what I wanted addressed at this time
