Mike was very professional He didn't come in my house wreaking of cigarette smoke He addressed me with politeness and called me ma'am (being from the south, that's important)He was quiet at his work He was also mindful of my floors and changed his shoes so he wouldn't track in snow and sludge He also went above and beyond with my remaining salt and left his work area in our basement clean and tidy
I am very pleased with the promptness The sales rep was very nice and helpful Spencer the delivery guy answered all my questions and was willing to go above an beyond to make sure I was going to be satisfied

I called Gordon Water on servicing my Kinnecto unit Henry Leang the service tech was the best He was very patient and informative with all the questions I asked He was a very well trained and intellegnet service tech Kudo's to whom ever trained the young man I would certianley recoomend Gordon Water to anyone
Tom did an excellent job installing our water softenerI was not home at the time but my wife was, and she he was very helpful and professionalShe told me to give him a very good review
