Tony was extremely polite and professional. When Tony was done with the service, he left the area clean, if not cleaner, than when he arrived .

Service rep., Tony K. was very helpful in taking his time to go step by step checking the water hardness at our kitchen. He determined that it might be the brine tank and he cleaned it. Then gave step by step instructions on how to check if the whole system is operating correctly.
