Tony did a great job for us again today. He replaced the filters and explained again how to tell when our purified drinking water is about to run out. Tony called to let us know he was on his way and arrived 10 minutes later. He's a pleasant guy and knows what he's doing!
Tom was very polite and professional. I remained in our home while he was here but I do not think it would have been necessary. Tom picked up after himself and left no trace of being here except--the requested big box for my grandchildren to play with. Thanks Tom
Tony K[redacted] installed our system in a prompt and professional manner. He didn't seem to mind that I watched him the whole time. We knew his family years ago as his sister [redacted] used to be our paper person.. and babysat our kids years ago.
I called your office after Henry left my home. I told the manager that he needed to clone Henry. He did an outstanding job!!! Very professional, polite a joy to converse with and extremely knowledgeable. Want him as my tech FOREVER!!!! do what you have to do to keep him on your staff. He's a treasure. My experience with Gordon water systems started out with a plus with Jason the sales person very professional and the installers both Chad and Scott were outstanding their knowledge was excellent answered all my questions explain what I need to know in order to maintain equipment .I would recommend Gordon water services to anyone needing an upgrade in what they presently have .
Tom from Gordon Water was extremely helpful; he was patient and took the time to explain exactly how my system worked and what I need to do to maintain it. He was calm and knowledgeable. Excellent service!
We have been very pleased with the service offered by gordon Water Systems-Grand Rapids. It started with an assessment of our needs as we planned a remodel of our cottage, continued with the installation of a system during the remodel, and has continued with periodic "preventative maintenanceP service to ensure proper operation since the completion of the remodel.

The staff that come into the facility are very polite each time, each delivery person that I have met has been courteous and very friendly. Issues that may come up are fixed quickly and any questions or concerns are also addressed in a fast manner. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a water provider for a business setting. Brian Z. has been very nice to work with also from a delivery standpoint!

I have had a Gordon water softener since I moved into my house 16 years ago. It has never had a problem until recently when I let it run out of salt, then I couldn't get it to regenerate. I was able to quickly get a convenient appointment. Tommy C[redacted] called ahead so I knew exactly when he would get here. He was professional and friendly and fixed the problem...and filled the salt bin before he left. great service and I appreciated it!

Gordon Water provides fresh bottled water that actually tastes good. Our sales rep, Brian Z., is prompt and friendly. He is always willing to lug the water bottles to the back of the office building. Great guy. We went through a rough patch (delivery wise) last year when the last regular sales rep left the company, but thankfully that has resolved.
