I have been emailing this company for months to get my refund All I ever get in response back from the company/customer service is: Thank you for getting in touch with us, kindly bear with us, your credit information expired on our side and so we are working with the bank in order to get the refund done as soon as possible I apologize for the delay, immediately it is done a confirmation email will be sent out to youI have gotten; Thank you for getting in touch with us the invoice will be refunded soon, it already with the finance department I will follow it to make sure it is done Nothing has happened at all Never have I heard of a credit card that doesn't expire till expiring on their end for a refund This is for a mirror that came with no clips to put on and even though I kept emailing asking for them there was never a response back to get them I tried different places to buy the clips and no one sold them so I sent the mirror back, Worst customer service

I had two products returned to them over two months ago and never got my refundThey shipped the wrong part Got no return calls and spoke too multi persons on the phone promising me my refund will be credited to me in to Business days never now I try to call all I get is the same talk over and over again

I ordered a replacement mirror from glassrack.net on Wednesday July 12thOn Thursday July 13th I received an email from USPS showing a tracking number from a company known as EAG EAGI followed the tracking number on Friday July 14th and Monday July 15thEach time I checked the USPS site all I got was “PRE-SHIPMENT INFO SENT TO USPS, USPS AWAITING ITEM”On the morning of Tuesday July 18th I sent out an email to glassrack.net customer care questioning why USPS didn’t show possession of my packageI received this response later that day Hallo Thank you for getting in touch with us .I apologize for the delay in getting your mirrorI have contacted the shipping department and they have told me that the mirror was already taken to the post office it should have been delivered by nowI am following this up with the post office to find out why it hasn't been delivered yetI apologize for the inconvenience which this delay has causedI will have another item shipped Today Thank you Customer care I called their customer service line the same day and was assured another mirror was being shipped but I would need to return ship the original mirror that was supposedly shipped previouslyOn Thursday July 20th I still hadn’t received a valid tracking number for any of the supposed shippings I telephoned customer service again starting in the morning and finally connecting in late afternoonThe person who answers the phone is always the same and will never give his nameHe doesn’t have tracking but assures me that it was shippedI asked for a refundWas told that it would take 3-business days for a credit to show in my bank but I would need to return the shipment if it arrives to get refundedAgain this is Thursday July 20thI left for a trip on Thursday July 27th and find out the package arrived same day as the one I ordered Friday July 21st from a different siteWhen I return home on Saturday July 29th I notice both packages were shipped on Monday July 24th(days after I asked for a refund)I called their customer service again on August and was told it wasn’t their fault for shipping after the date cancelled and I couldn’t receive a refund until they received the merchandiseI brought the unopened box and have a receipt for reusing delivery and returning to senderIt was received by OverDrive Brands on Friday August 4thOn Wednesday August 9th I still showed no refund in my account and called talking to the same man in “customer service”He told me again I would have the refund in my account within 3- business daysIt is now a full week from the time I was promised a processed refund within 3-days from the same man that won’t give his name Update- had to have my credit card company back out the chargesAfter three months Glassrack and their bank did not reply torequests for refund by me or my bank

They stated card would not be billed until the items shippedCard was billed days before item was shipped Item was to be shipped usps first class mail, the used ups ground I left at least voice messages that were not returned The answering service stated prompt return of voice messages Additionally the first person I actually spoke with was rude, wondering why I called to find out any kind of information about my orderSee first complaint

I ordered a mirror for my car from this siteI paid and never received my productI tried calling the number on the website but never received a answerI also emailed them and also never received a answerI finally got someone to answer using their chat feature on the website and they stated that they overlooked the order and will mail outAfter this I still haven't received my product and they will not answer and method I choose to contact themI am very angry because I paid extra for express delivery and I think this company just scammed me out of my moneyBuyer please beware

I purchased a window for my truck and it turned out that I did not need oneI returned it unopened within days of purchase dateThe purchase date was Julne and returned and received by them on July I was told a refund was to be recieved 3-business days after they recieved the productI did not get a refund until august when it had apperead as a pending order in [redacted] days after this the payment was declined by their bank and I never recieved my refundI contacted them multiple times about the issue and they stated they had reissued the refundThis was on September It is now September and have no pending refunds or transactions in [redacted]

I bought a window for Kia sportage my window arrived damaged the company sent me a new one in less than a week
My experience was fine I recommend

I was told I would be able to return the product with no problem after receiving the wrong oneThey had me ship it back and they would refund memonths later and no refund

This website is a scamThere are plenty reviews that show that they NEVER deliver your product once you payNo one replies to emails, and no one answers the phones

I purchased a replacement mirror $f a ChevyTahoe driver side on 1/16/18Company shipped wrong mirrorReplacement mirror was shipped n wrong minor was returned.Replacement minor did not work either 2/12/Attempted multiple calls to company n then sent SEVERAL emails w/o any reply from company f a shipping label f returning minor(All email are available for your review) Finally I paid to return the 2nd mirror n waited f a credit on my visa on 3/30/ months later I email again w proof of them receiving the mirror from *** on 4/5/At that time they say they would issue a credit.Thereweeks later I email that I still haven’t receive credit n I was told they would send it the credit with a follow up emailI waited another billing cycle of my visa n still no creditAll I want is the $credit to my visa r a check in that same amountThank you

I have sent back the product for a refund since it didn’t fit according to their guaranteed satisfaction that it will fitI requested a refund but no responseThey never answer there phone and if they do they say you will get a refund in to business days it’s already going on months

I ordered a headlight from GLASSRACK.NET on June 9, It never showed up and I was forced to call them and e mailAfter failing to hear back from them I called them today and finally talked to someone there They said they wanted $more dollars on top of the $I already paid I asked if the advertised price was not good And she just said she needs $more to shop the item I asked for a refund We will see if they refund the money

I ordered a replacement mirror for my carIt took almost a month to come, and I didn't receive any reply to my inquiries about when it would shipIn addition, the part I paid for specifically said it came with detailed installation instructions, but there was absolutely nothing in the box other than the mirror, not even a packing slipThe prices at Glassrack.net are about the same as everywhere else, but they are not a good company to do business with
