I ordered a mirror It took days to arrive and it was the WRONG size I contacted them and got no response days later I emailed again and they finally responded - but only to ask what mirror they sent weeks later they have still not resolved the problem I wish I had checked their reputation before ordering from them I will never order from them again

Unable to reach company for refund which was supposed to be returned on the 14th of SeptemberThey got the item back on 8/30/18, and said they had a processed the refund on the 8/31/Contacted company numerous times and talked to a worker that always gave me a excuse of about my refund didn't post to my accountOther times I don't get an answer or they hang up the phone when I call

I ordered a mirror for my carEverything was fine placed my order 6/via email order wasn't processed until 6/I was fine with that even though I paid extra for first class delivery optionI received tracking information on my product up until the 17th of June after that nothing made several attempts to contact them via email and phone callFinally I went to the post office and spoke with a manager only to find out that Glassrack.net actually called to have it flagged and shipped back to them in CAI called and spoke with a customer service rep and she explained to me she would get in touch with someone in shipping to send me out a new product I waited hrs only to find out she never did it and told her I wanted my money refunded she explained to me she needed to talk to a manager to see how my money is going to be returned she said she would call me back never did .now when I call no one picks ups
