NON PAY of my refund for returning a rear view mirror that did not work on my car
My refund request for returning the item originated in Michigan where I ordered the item online
I have been have a back & forth with Glassrack since 2015, first promising my refund, then processing my refund and then denying my refundThey scammed me of my refund
I have supporting emails from *** *** that they issued me a bogus refund ID and return shipping support
I am seeking a full refund check for $to be mailed to my address below

I ordered a window for my car about a month agoThey have still not shipped it, and I have left them over voicemails and emailNobody every gets back to me, nor can I ever reach anybody thereI am out over $on this

I ordered a mirror on Friday June 23rd of They immediately took $out of my accountI just called them to check the status and they said they couldn't fulfill the orderThey will not return my money

They are a SCAM companyThey sent the wrong partI returned the item and they claimed they “never received it OR it came back damaged”The postal carrier spoke with them twice stating it was deliveredWe emailed them numerous times and we continued to get the Ron aroundFinally filed a claim with PayPalDO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I ordered two replacement side view mirrors for my *** in early August When I hadn't received it after a week, I called the customer service number provided on my electronic receiptAfter calling exactly times and receiving either a busy signal or an out of service message, I emailed with my concernsI never received a replyA week or so later I contact PayPal to assist with the refundThe company provided a tracking number for USPS but again, I explained that I never received the packageOn Sept8th, 2017, I finally was able to get through to the customer service numberThe employee and business manager were both very rude and refused to assist in resolving the situationI just want my money backThat is it

Item was correct except adhesive strips were applied to the product by manufacturer or shipper, not sureExtremely difficult to remove, had to leave on for fear of breaking mirrorHave heated mirrors, but does not make contact now due to eighth inch think double sided adhesive strips pre-stuck to mirror back

In July I purchased a replacement driver side mirror for $through www.glassrack.netWhen received, the mirror did not fitIn accordance with their return policy, I informed them of my intent to return, received a return mailing address, and mailed the part back at my own expense (approx$shipping w/ tracking number)According to the tracking number, the return was received on August 3, and I received confirmation from the customer service email address stating that the refund was in progressSince August, I have exchanged multiple emails and called this company times (there were other attempts when nobody answered the phone)Each time I am told that the return was been received and is "with finance department" and the employee with whom I speak states that the amount of time this is taking is ridiculous and that they are issuing an expedited refundThe last call was made on Tuesday, Nov when I was told that the refund will be in my account by Friday, Nov

On Friday June 9, I ordered a car window from Glassrack About ten minutes after ordering the window I realized I mistakenly ordered the wrong window and the one we needed would cost a lot more I decided to go with a local vender to have the window purchased and installed I called GlassRack immediately to cancel the order, my card was processed and I was told it would be four days before a refund was issued After repeated contact with them and assurances that I would receive a refund, nothing has been done

I ordered a side window for my vehicle from glassrack.net on 11/11/for $The glass arrived brokenThe packaging had no damage
11/26/I contacted the business via email with photos attached of the damaged product for a refund as I do see that they have a refund policyThey did respond asking for more photos
12/7/17they responded with "Thank you for getting in touch with us,the invoice has been forwarded to the finance department and should be refunded as soon as possible.Immediately it is done you will receive a confirmation email."
12/29/I emailed themThey did respond to this email and said they were having trouble with my card but would contact the bank
1/27/I emailed them to follow upThey responded saying they have"forwarded the invoice to the finance department"
2/17/I emailed them to follow upThey did not respond
3/20/I emailed themThey have not responded
I have also been unable to reach them by phoneThey have not responded

3/5/18: ordered what ended up being the wrong replacement glass Ordered correct glass, received promptly
3/20/18: returned incorrect part via chat instructions from *** 3/22: USPS tracking confirmed receipt@3:58pm at front desk/reception, Sacramento, CA
4/3: no credit on *** account, left message on voice mail - no return call
4/9, 12:50pm CST: chat online with Vyolah, "Put n invoice for refund, should receive in 4-business days"
4/23: still no credit in *** account; chat with *** again@3:50pm CST: "Forwarded invoice to department in charge of refunds, should the it done as soon as as possible; further requests for time line or different contact person were left unanswered

Sent wrong item and also sent to wrong addressPaid for day priority shipping waited for days on tracking number before I calledThey claimed to have “lost it or looked over it” once they finally sent my item it went to my billing address miles awayI called them and they claimed to be refunding me on my shipping and that never happened eitherIt took over weeks before I received the wrong itemTried to get a refund, apparently I have to send the item back which I refuse to return the item until I’m reimbursed for the shipping

My mirror glass is excellent quality and an exact fit - as advertisedIt was simple to replace, by following clear and concise instructionsI am quite pleased with myself for completing the repair and you will be too!

Glassrack owes me for a mirror I purchased and returnedThey have not provided a refund

Probably a scamWait forever on order being processed then look and see that it was cancelledNo refund thoughContact them, get told il get a refund them nothingI am having the bank take care of my problems since they cannot fix their mistakes themselvesDont but anything from this "company" (scam)

Placed and order back on December for two glass pieces for side mirror of a TacomaThe first issue was that only one part was mailed I contacted the seller and the second part was mail out a few days later the next problem was when I went to measure the new and the 'replacement parts and notice that they were not oem or the same sizeI have contacted the seller via email and phone but was not able to get in contact with any one I have just left voice messages and emailI have provided pictures wit the old and new parts and indicated the areas where the glass is to big no further reply from seller

I bought a rear window for my Toyota RAVfrom these guys, when I received it it didn't include all the parts I needed So I called and asked if I could send it back for a refund, they said yes
They have had my window in their inventory for over a month nowI have called emailed and waited patiently and they still haven't issued me a refund They have promised to send it back several times and still nothing

I ordered a part from this company, the part never arrivedI've asked several times through email for my refund and they keep saying the following:
"Thank you for getting in touch with us,the invoice has been forwarded to the finance department and should be refunded as soon as possible.Immediately it is done you will receive a confirmation email."
It has been over a month since I've requested my refund and gotten this response twice

I ordered a part online for my wife's car side mirrorThe next day I fixed the issue so I went online to cancel the orderBut there was no option to cancelSo I emailed the company to tell them to cancel itI was sent an email in return with shipping informationSo I figured I could return the item when I got itA few weeks went by and I checked the status of the shipment and no information was providedI emailed the company and they said my address was invalid and they will forward the billing to the correct departmentIts been back and forth saying they will check again and me asking where it is
No progress has been madeThey said though that my information has expired and they are working on itBut they stopped replying to my emails when I'm trying to figure out where my money isThey only owe me $but that's still money I can useI gave them money for an item and they did not give me an item, or my money back

Glassrack said to send parts back and give them a confirmation number, Did as told and still haven't received a refund like was promised

I ordered a replacement glass for my vehicle on 3/13/Glassrack shipped the wrong glass for my vehicleI informed them and shipped the glass back to them on 4/19/As of 6/2/i have not received the refund for the wrong glass of the $it cost me to ship the glass back to them
