I ordered a replacement mirror glass for a Subaru this past December In a reasonable amount of time I received a package--which contained windshield wiper blades NOT what I ordered I tried their website's online chat -- it was dead I emailed and did receive a response -- "mail your mirror back to us." This obviously did not address the issue Subsequent correspondence went unanswered

I ordered a replacement mirror for my MercedesAlthough the incorrect one initially came due to it being mismatched online, I was able to chat live online with Glassrack and easily resolve the situationGlassrack took care of the shipping to return the original piece and sent me the correct piece of glass within a couple of daysIt is perfect and I am really happy with itThank you, Glassrack! I would definitely do business with them again

I ordered a car passenger side mirror on 7/31/3018, and received a mirror that didn't fit my carAfter going back and forth via email to determine how to return the mirror, I finally just mailed it at my expense (no problem) and requested a different mirror, one that was shaped exactly as the one on my carWhen I received the replacement mirror, it was virtually identical in shape as the one that I returned, i.e., somewhat triangular and not at all oblong like the one pictured on their websiteI sent an email to them on 8/18/2018, at 11:AM stating the following:
"I received the replacement mirror yesterday but it is the exact same shape as the first mirror that you sent meThere was no information in the box to identify the mirrorAre you sure that the replacement mirror was Item ***, which is what I requested? it was supposed to be oblong shape, not the triangular shape that I receivedWhat I received is pictured below." [Picture of what I received was included here.]

I ordered a passenger side view mirror for a *** Murano The mirror was not the right model and could not be installed I ordered the mirror based on the company's website advertising that refunds would be issued upon return if there were any issues I returned the mirror via USPS on April 18, via insured mail and received confirmation the mirror was received April 20, I have reached out to the company on several occasions via phone and email seeking a refund and get no response Attempts to contact the company include 6/29/16, 8/27/16, and again on 11/7/

After receiving a side mirror from GlassRack, I notified them that I had accidentally damaged it when pulling it out of the package They delivered me a new one without hesitation Good customer service

I ordered a product online and the product has never been delivered Attempts to contact business, which are two by email and five by phone, have been unsuccessful By the reviews on Revdex.com, this doesn't appear to be a legitimate business

In reality ZERO STARS for this sham businessClearly these guys "don't do refunds"They will steal your money

I purchased a window for my truck and it turned out that I did not need oneI returned it unopened within days of purchase dateThe purchase date was Julne and returned and received by them on July I was told a refund was to be recieved 3-business days after they recieved the productI did not get a refund until august when it had apperead as a pending order in ***days after this the payment was declined by their bank and I never recieved my refundI contacted them multiple times about the issue and they stated they had reissued the refundThis was on September It is now September and have no pending refunds or transactions in ***

I ORDERED A REPLACEMENT PART FOR MY CAR ON JULY 12, THEY SENT TO ME TWICE, BOTH TIMES HAD TO SEND IT BACK I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION AND EMAILS CORRESPONDENCE WITH THEM I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND IN THE AMOUNT THAT I PAID $FOR THE REPLACEMENT PART IN WHICH I COULD NOT USE, AND SEND BACK TO THEM I KEEP GETTING THE RUN AROUND OVER MY REFUND THEY CAN SEND IT TO MY HOUSE IN THE FORM OF A CHECK $399.49!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a replacement mirror from glassrack.net on Wednesday July 12thOn Thursday July 13th I received an email from USPS showing a tracking number from a company known as EAG EAGI followed the tracking number on Friday July 14th and Monday July 15thEach time I checked the USPS site all I got was “PRE-SHIPMENT INFO SENT TO USPS, USPS AWAITING ITEM”On the morning of Tuesday July 18th I sent out an email to glassrack.net customer care questioning why USPS didn’t show possession of my packageI received this response later that day

I called their customer service line the same day and was assured another mirror was being shipped but I would need to return ship the original mirror that was supposedly shipped previouslyOn Thursday July 20th I still hadn’t received a valid tracking number for any of the supposed shippings I telephoned customer service again starting in the morning and finally connecting in late afternoonThe person who answers the phone is always the same and will never give his nameHe doesn’t have tracking but assures me that it was shippedI asked for a refundWas told that it would take 3-business days for a credit to show in my bank but I would need to return the shipment if it arrives to get refundedAgain this is Thursday July 20thI left for a trip on Thursday July 27th and find out the package arrived same day as the one I ordered Friday July 21st from a different siteWhen I return home on Saturday July 29th I notice both packages were shipped on Monday July 24th(days after I asked for a refund)I called their customer service again on August and was told it wasn’t their fault for shipping after the date cancelled and I couldn’t receive a refund until they received the merchandiseI brought the unopened box and have a receipt for reusing delivery and returning to senderIt was received by OverDrive Brands on Friday August 4thOn Wednesday August 9th I still showed no refund in my account and called talking to the same man in “customer service”He told me again I would have the refund in my account within 3- business daysIt is now a full week from the time I was promised a processed refund within 3-days from the same man that won’t give his name
Update- had to have my credit card company back out the chargesAfter three months Glassrack and their bank did not reply torequests for refund by me or my bank

I have been emailing this company for months to get my refund All I ever get in response back from the company/customer service is:

Nothing has happened at all Never have I heard of a credit card that doesn't expire till expiring on their end for a refund
This is for a mirror that came with no clips to put on and even though I kept emailing asking for them there was never a response back to get them I tried different places to buy the clips and no one sold them so I sent the mirror back, Worst customer service

I ordered a replacement side mirror glass It arrived shattered and I contacted them to return for a new piece There were no return instructions or shipping invoices to send back with the itemThey did give me the address and I received the new piece but at that time I realized it was the wrong size I contacted customer service again and they assured me I could return for refund I have made at least online attempts and phone calls over the last 1/months and keep being told the same thing - they are sending over to the finance department and will refund as soon as possible The call required that I leave a message which was never returned I have tracking info to prove item received back to them in good faith, but they have yet to return my money Very unprofessional and a scam in my opinion Consumers should stay away from this company It is worth it to spend a little extra for a product from a reputable company that you can trust

Took payment and did not ship product, there is no customer service It just goes to VM and no response to multiple emails for update

purchased an item on their website and quickly afterwards determined that I had chosen the wrong part So, I attempted multiple times (attempts made the same day as purchase and attempts made multiple days afterwards) to reach out to them and ask how to return the item I received no response over the course of a few months Finally, I did get in contact with an online chat person who indicated that yes they received all my messages but now that the return period had lapsed there was nothing they could do about returning the item I asked to speak with a manager who did call me and gave no logical reasoning as to why they had not returned my messages He said they had no customer service policy The manager then hung up on me
