The violation has been paid. Unfortunatly there is no reciept that FasTrak is able to email/fax over but they were able to confirm the chek was recieved 6/15 and provided a Transaction# [redacted]. Thank you.

Mrs. [redacted], we are in the process of locating your file from EZ Auto Solution, they have been out of business since January 2013. You purchased your vehicle from them on 11/23/2012.  We have recently moved our Corporate offices and are in the middle of moving to the new location.  As soon...

as I receive the file and I can pull the necessary paperwork I will be able to further assist you in this matter.  Please in advance accept our apology.

I am rejecting this response because:I have copies of all the paperwork that was provided to us. They did disclose that the auto was a rental. Not once the dealership disclosed the auto was in a car accident, repairs were done, etc I would've never purchased an unsafe car, specially having 2 small kids at the time. But thank you for making it public & acknowledge that Paul Blanco sold us an unsafe vehicle, that was totaled, just to make profit. Our lawyer should be in contact with the business soon.We need this loan and what we paid for the car returned to us.There is one picture attach to this response, we have plenty more from the adjuster. There is no way a person in their right mind would've purchased an unsafe vehicle like this one.

I am rejecting this response because:The business had plenty of time to research. My insurance USAA makes business with enterprise. The car was previously a rental from enterprise.I have documents showing the car was impounded 2/14/12.And then sold at auction. How convenient that my insurance can dig and find more information than the business that is selling cars that are not safe todrivelegal council has been obtained.

I am rejecting this response because: The issue is not resolved.I was the only person on the loan. VIN #[redacted]2009 [redacted]Date of Purchase: 04/09/2012Salesperson: [redacted]

Revdex.com:

Ms. [redacted],We appreciate your willingness to speak with us directly.  We would like to resolve your concerns as best we can and right this situation for you.I have submitted a request for your file in order to make an informed response.Thank you. Regards,[redacted]

Thank You for your Positive Feedback.   We are trying to look in this situation right now, however we have not been able to find your name in our system.  We need a little more information so we are able to assist in this claim.   We need to know if there was any one else on...

the deal, please provide their name or the VIN# (Vehicle ID Number).  If you can provide us with this information, it could help us spend up the process.   We will be waiting for the answers.   We Thank You again for your Positive Feedback and hope to come up with a solution soon.

We have received the following complaint.   We are in the process of looking for the Deal involving this Customer.   This may take about a week to receive back due to my office is in one location and the information documents are in another.   Once I receive them, I will be reviewing it with Mr and Mrs. [redacted] before submitting a Formal Response.   We would like to thank the Customer for the Positive Response and will respond soon

I am rejecting this response because: I feel I have given you reasonable time to review my documentation.  You received my documentation on 1/9/15 and it has been almost a month in which you are now requesting additional time to review.  I would like this matter to be handled in a more timely fashion and I would like a response as soon as possible so that I can have closure on this matter.

Good morning, Ms. [redacted] -I have unsuccessfully tried to reach you at both [redacted] and [redacted].It is my understanding that the following has already been put in motion to resolve your complaint:The car was returned to the dealership. You were provided with a loaner vehicle. You are working...

with Paul Blanco's Good Car Company Sacramento to gain loan approval on comparable vehicle.Thank you for allowing us to shed light on this matter.  It is my hope that this matter is now resolved.  Kind Regards,[redacted]

Lending institutions, [redacted] in this particular case, most always require initial investment (down payment) in order to approve the purchase of a contract. as they did  here.  And in some instances they require more funds invested than the consumer has available at that...

time. This particular contract was one of those times. Fortunately for our customers we offer a deferred down payment program whereby a buyer can delay payment of a portion of that lender required investment 21 days. That is the case here as Ms. [redacted] choose this option.  Again this was a lender required initial investment.Ms. [redacted] has had ample opportunity to repay the $1000. She choose to defer as shown by the following sequence. 1. She was aware as her signature indicates that the original due date for her $1000. deferred down payment was May 29, 2015. She didn't comply.2. We then made further arrangements for her to pay $500 on June 1st, 2015 and $500 on June 29th, 2015. She again failed make the initial $500 payment on June 1st.3. We offered and she agreed to a third opportunity to pay $500. on June 17th, 2015 and $500 on June 29th.On each occasion Ms. [redacted] indicated she would be prepared to pay the amount due but to date she has failed to fulfill her obligation. A pattern has been established.Ms. [redacted]' latest proposal is for us to wait 6 more months with no guarantee she will be agreeable to meet her due date at that juncture.  We find this unacceptable. We feel we have been more than fair trying to work with her to satisfy the lender dictated terms. We are reaching out to her with our last and best final offer and that is for Ms. [redacted] to pay $500 on July 1st, 2015 and the remaining $500 on July 15th, 2015. This is more than fair. If Ms. [redacted] fails to meet those terms we will unfortunately be forced to seek relief through small claims court.

Good afternoon Revdex.com and Ms. [redacted]: Attached, please find our reply and supporting documents. Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: I bought the car from paul blanco. I told him I did not want any optional coverage of any type. I was surprised when the finance manager told me that its actually included in the price. I was amazed I know those extended warranty contracts are pricey. I asked multiple times about how the extra coverage was part of the price of the car and I was really happy. When I went to sign the contract I looked it over and noticed that gap cost 500 and 2500 for the service contract. I said to the lady Mercedes that I was told that the coverage was included and was part of the car and she said no it wasn't, I then said its ok just take it off and ill continue to sign she refused. So I wasn't going to sign nothing that is optional and was promised to me that it was part of the sale of the car. So she made me talk to some Asian gentleman who was very nice but only offered a roadblock by saying the I was unable to take off optional coverage that I can opt out of. So basically he was saying that I cannot OPT OUT OF A OPTIONAL PART OF THE CONTRACT. So maybe he must think I'm dumb. Anyway I said no sir here is your keys I will not sign and you have the keys so I took all my stuff out of my car. by the way all this is happening while I am caregiving for a 5 year old girl and a 3 year old boy that were by my side. The Asian guy would not remove the optional coverage I told him I would sign the contract with out the gap coverage he refused. What hurts the most is that I bought a car from you back in 2010. This is how you treat your customers. You told me that the coverage was part of the car price and you lied to me. As I was leaving a BIG white genteleman with a orange complection told me how happy he was that I was returning the car because I was saving him money; he was basically trying to shame me in front off all the customers and employees. How rude. I was lied to and then you get mad when I read the contract and defend my right to have optional coverage. Really Paul Blanco. YOu should be ashamed.Desired Settlement: I hope that they don't ruin mycredit report by saying I didn't pay for the car. I already returned the car and I never signed any paperwork and they also never took my information regarding my bank account or debit cards. Extremely unprofessional. SO I don't want any charges and the ability to purchase a car with a different car company. I don't want any accrued fees for the 100 miles driven in the ten days that I had the car. They let me leave the lot without signing the paperwork for the car

In response to Revdex.com Complaint Case #11628487

Review: On July 3rd 2016 I went to Paul Blanco to buy a new car. They got me approved for a 10,000 car loan and sold me a 2012 Ford Fiesta. At the end of the sale after signing all the paperwork they them told me about the recalls on the vehicle. During the sale I asked the sales agent that if there was any issues with the vehicle can it be exchanged. I was told yes by the sales agent and the finace agent. Within 48 hrs of having the car the transmission starting having problems. I took it back to them and asked to have it swapped out for another one and they refused. They took it over to [redacted] to have them fix it. After a week I got it back and it was still having issues within 2 hrs of getting it back. I told Paul Blanco once again to swap it out like they said they could. Once again they refused. If you go on to Google and look at the reviews for them you will see that im not the only person they have done this too. They state that the vehicle past all saftey checks before selling it but this cant be true because the transmission is a major recall. Other people that have one of these vehicles have had accidents because of it and all kinds of other issues. I am asking that Paul Blanco honor what they said the would do by saying they would swap out the vehicle or they should give me back my $1750 down payment. If this doesnt get resolved by contacting the Revdex.com then I will be starting a classaction lawsuit against them because im not the only one out there that has been ripped of by them. The sales agent also tried to steal my debit card. Im not joking.Desired Settlement: I either want my $1750 down payment back or I want the vehicle swapped out for one of equal value and year of make.

We have prepared a draft response and will post once it is approved by the owner.

Response:

We would have no reason to sell Mr. [redacted] a vehicle in the first place if at the time of negotiations we promised to "SWAP OUT THE VEHICLE". It makes no sense to sell a vehicle if the customer states a desire to swap the vehicle out. In the event that Mr. [redacted] anticipated a "worst-case scenario" during sale negotations, there may have been some discussion as to whether or not the dealership would replace Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle if there were some unanticipated and unresolvable problems with it. However, Mr. [redacted] most certainly misunderstood if he believed we would blindly replace his vehicle without sufficient diagnosis and reasonable attempts to resolve his concerns.Mr. [redacted] has refused to cooperate with our recommended steps to try to resolve his concern. Furthermore, Mr. [redacted] has refused to accept one of the offers he himself stated in this complaint that he wanted (a refund of his down payment). We have nothing further to add.

Review: November 2011 I purchased a vehicle from Paul Blanco Fresh Start I was trying to establish credit since I lost my job and I was on disability. I paid $2000.00 down with a promise they would refinance the contract after making payments for a year. In 2012 I went back to dealership to refinance my contract, they said my credit score is too low. I have tried several times to ask them to keep their promise. They prey on people with low credit scores. I researched this company and they have more than 4000 complaints. Something needs to be done about this companies practices.Desired Settlement: Something should be done about this companies broken promises.

Response:

Mr. [redacted] purchased a 2005 GMC Envoy almost 5 years ago on November 17, 2011. We have only one record of Mr. [redacted] having come back to visit us on December 11, 2012. During his visit, our salesman reviewed Mr. [redacted]' credit profile and financial circumstances and logged a note in our CRM (customer retention management system) as follows:

Sacramento location.

My ex and I got a car from Paul Blanco in June 2015, that day we were told that they wanted a year of the high (445) payments and that it would go down to 225 in July 2016.

It was a lie! My ex abandoned my son and I and left me with the car.

I can't refinance, and can not afford these payments on my own.

The lease was for 16,856, 6 year term.

23.75% interest rate.

Over the life of that 6 years I would pay well over 32,000.

It's unbelievable how they think they can lie to people and screw them over like this! They prey on people with less than perfect credit.

I called to complain, was given a phone number, no one answered and the answering machine was full.

My only way out from under this mess is reposession.

This place is a joke.

I am very unhappy.

Overall I feel they cohearsed my husband into a dirty deal, and even if we had thousands saved up it would be the same but they made us feel oh so special gave lots of bonuses and protection, praise so we could drive off and then the bank denies our loan. Plus they didnt take our deposit from our account so im confused but I do know we have rights too and we proved ourselves thats why they made a deal and signed it. Hopefully they can find another bank and if so we want lowered payments and extra coverage.

Review: At the end of March 2015 I purchased a 2014 Ford Fiesta from Paul Blanco. My credit is poor and they seemed to be the only option. At the time of sale their representative Mr. [redacted] went over all the paper work with me and explained it very clearly before having me sign many forms and agreements in our purchasing contract.

One of the contract stipulations that I signed, and the salesman guaranteed this verbally in his explanations, that in one year's time to come back to refinance my auto loan through the company so that my monthly payment would drop to $208.00 from $408.00 as long as I never defaulted on my loan or was ever late with my payments.

After a year had passed, recently in March 2016 I called to schedule an appointment to refinance my loan for that guaranteed price drop as I met my monthly payments without fail or ever being late, I was told that they no longer refinance any auto loans. I got the run around from one of their agents, got transferred to a manager that refused to honor the contract stipulation that we entered into despite being a signed document.

I was never informed of their decision to not refinance vehicles that they had previous sold by phone, mail or email nor did I ever get a direct response to my inquiry on when their company made this decision.Desired Settlement: I would like them to honor the contract stipulation as I have honored their guidelines, as this agreement was definitely made before their company made the decision to not refinance for previous customers.

I was guaranteed the new monthly price drop of $208.00 & for them to re-finance my vehicle loan as stipulated in our contract.
