I called last week and tried to cancel this service and thought it was cancelled but Today (01-25-2016) I received a bill for the service , so I called and tried to cancel again but the man I talked to would not listen to me and kept trying to get me to renew the service and I had to yell at him to Cancel the service and he kept talking and still would not listen so I told him to Cancel the service again but he kept trying to get me to renew and would not hear anything else so I yelled to cancel I Do Not Want the Service and Hung Up and He Called me seconds Later from *** at 3:19pm on Jan and tried to get me to renew again so I Hung UpI Do Not Appreciate being Harassed about their service and still do not Know If They have Cancelled the Service or have they just ignored me and will they send another Bill

indicate that Ms. [redacted] purchased a vehicle service contract from Integrity Protection Group (“IPG”) on August 21, 2017. IPG sells vehicle service contracts, processes down payments for such sales, authorizes account cancellations and issues customer refunds where applicable.   To facilitate the resolution of Ms. [redacted] complaint, we forwarded the contents of her inquiry to IPG.   Ms. [redacted] contacted [redacted] on September 21, 2017 regarding her policy and was directed to IPG for more information about the coverage. Based on what we assume were subsequent conversations between Ms. [redacted] and IPG, Ms. [redacted] service contract was cancelled that same day.   IPG has informed [redacted] that Ms. [redacted] down payment of $150.00 and installment payment of $136.44 have both been refunded back to Ms. [redacted] via her [redacted] ending in xx[redacted] This process began on September 26, 2017 but may take as many as 3-5 business days for processing.   For these reasons, we believe that [redacted] and IPG were both responsive, and in a timely manner, to Ms. [redacted] concerns.  Please have Ms. [redacted] follow up with IPG directly if she has any further questions regarding her refund or the cancellation of her service contract.   For these reasons, we are considering this matter resolved as it pertains to [redacted] Direct.

Please be advised that in the normal course of business, PayLink is not a party to the vehicle service contract and is not involved in the cancellation and refund process for the customer’s vehicle service contract.   In this instance, as a courtesy to Mr. [redacted] and his employer who had sold him the service contract, PayLink attempted to facilitate the process for the service contract administrator’s payment of the refund to Mr. [redacted].  Unfortunately, that process was lengthier than the parties expected.  PayLink has apologized to Mr. [redacted] for this delay and is pleased to note that Mr. [redacted] has now received the full amount of the refund due to him from the administrator.   If Mr. [redacted] has any further questions regarding the refund associated with the cancellation of his vehicle service contract, he should contact the administrator of his service contact.  The administrator is [redacted] Warranty Services and its contact information is below for Mr. [redacted]’s convenience:   [redacted] Warranty Services [redacted] Grapevine, TX 76051 ([redacted]   For these reasons, we are considering this matter resolved as it pertains to PayLink.

To facilitate a resolution to Ms. [redacted] inquiry, we forwarded the contents of her complaint to EP. EP can be reached as follows:   Express Protect LLC [redacted]   Ms[redacted] has not previously contacted PayLink regarding her vehicle service contract or any related concerns.  As a courtesy to Ms. [redacted] PayLink has been in contact with EP in an effort to resolve her concerns and EP informs PayLink that it has engaged Ms[redacted] on the issues she has raised.   According to EP, it has cancelled Ms. [redacted] vehicle service contract and will issue her a pro-rated refund consistent with the terms of her vehicle service contract.
