I canceled the contract and they keep calling me everyday and harassing me. I do not want anything else to do with them ever. Stop calling.

I purchased a warranty plan from Paylink in January, 2015. I paid $3,200 for a plan that covered 48 months or 100,000 miles. I've only had the plan for 15 months. My car has 68,000 original miles. I had the car in for service. I was told Paylink cancelled my warranty contract. They said they paid out more claims than the car was valued. I should have used the $3,200 to pay the repairs myself. I would have been further ahead. I will not recommend this company to anyone. I have told people of my experience and advised them not to waste their money.

This business was contacted on February 3rd in regards to the contract/policy with a request to cancel such services. I was given three different numbers for cancellation services and finally was told by one of the 'customer service' representatives that it would be at least three to five days before I would get a return call. On February 9, 2016, today's date I finally received a return call and explained to the caller that I simply did not desire the coverage and the individual, he was insistent on knowing "why" I wanted to cancel and wanted me to continue the service. I finally had to stop him and repeat that I no longer desired the service and that was all of an explanation that I needed to relay to him, and simply need the address where the "cancellation letter" need to be mailed. In my opinion if filing a claim would be as difficult as contacting someone for service, the viability of the service is void.
