on March 16, 2016, Ms. [redacted] purchased a vehicle service contract from I[redacted] Group (“IPG”). IPG sells vehicle service contracts, processes down payments, oversees contract distribution, authorizes account cancellation, and issues customer refunds. To facilitate a resolution to Ms. [redacted] inquiry, we forwarded the contents of her complaint to IPG. IPG can be reached as follows:   Integrity Protection Group [redacted]   Ms. [redacted] has not previously contacted PayLink regarding her payment plan or items that were not covered under the terms of the vehicle service contract. As a courtesy to Ms. [redacted], PayLink has been in contact with IPG in an effort to resolve her concerns and IPG informs PayLink that it has engaged Ms. [redacted] on the issues she has raised.   According to IPG, it has cancelled Ms. [redacted] vehicle service contract and will issue her a pro-rated refund consistent with the terms of her vehicle service contract. Please follow up with IPG regarding any other details pertaining to the vehicle service contract.   As a result of receiving this inquiry, Ms [redacted] payment plan account has been discontinued and no further payments are due to PayLink.   For these reasons, we are considering this matter resolved as it pertains to PayLink.

PayLink Direct does not sell or administer vehicle contracts and is not a party to vehicle service contracts.   As a courtesy to Ms. [redacted] and in coordination with Integrity Protection Group (“IPG”)  who sold Ms. [redacted]no the vehicle service contract, PayLink will refund the three payments (each of $158.22) it processed on Ms. [redacted]no’s account and IPG has agreed to refund Ms. [redacted]no’s down payment of $150.00. The three payments of $158.22 will be refunded to Ms. [redacted]no’s credit card on file with PayLink. The down payment of $150.00 will be refunded by IPG pursuant to its own processes. Please allow 7-10 business days for these refunds to process.   If Ms. [redacted]no has any further questions regarding these refunds, she may contact IPG as follows:   Integrity Protection Group [redacted]

To facilitate your request, we forwarded the contents of your inquiry to VSC.As of today, our records indicate that the policy was cancelled in our billing system on January 11, 2018. Accordingly, no further payments will be collected from Ms. [redacted]. It is our understanding that VSC issued a refund of $100.00 to Ms. [redacted] on February 6, 2018 to the billing method on file. VPD processes down payments, authorizes account cancellations, and issues customer refunds.   To facilitate your request, we forwarded the contents of your inquiry to VPD. They can be reached as follows:   Vehicle Protection Department LLC [redacted] Santa Ana, CA 92706 [redacted]   Mr[redacted] service contract has been cancelled due to non-payment. VPD has informed PayLink that Mr. [redacted] was refunded his down payment of $100 to his credit card ending in xx6021 on August 8, 2017. In addition, Mr. [redacted] two installments which were paid on June 9, 2017 and July 10, 2017 for $124.45 each, were charged back to PayLink by Mr. [redacted] bank on July 27, 2017 and August 21, 2017, respectively.   Please have Mr. [redacted] follow up with VPD directly if he has any further questions regarding his refund or the cancellation of his service contract.   For these reasons, we are considering this matter resolved as it pertains to PayLink Direct.

They are very quick to take your payments but you have to send a notorized letter to request refund and they say it will take 6-8 weeks to receive a refund.However they withdrew money from my account immediately the day it was due.How come they can't immediately send me my refund? Very disappointed.Will spread the word.

In the ordinary course of business PayLink does not engage in collection efforts on behalf of itself or its clients. PayLink contacts customers in writing to inform customers of the status of their payments. If the customer received an incoming call regarding the status of her vehicle service contract, the call did not originate from PayLink.
Our records indicate that Ms. [redacted] purchased a vehicle service contract from [redacted] ("NVPS"). NVPS processes down payments, authorizes account cancellation, oversees collection efforts, and issues customer refunds. To facilitate your request, we forwarded the contents of your inquiry to NVPS. According to our records, on August 3, 2015 Ms. [redacted] made a down payment of $395 to NVPS for purchase of her vehicle service contract. On September 3, 2015, PayLink processed one (1) payment on Ms. [redacted]'s account in the amount of $241.50 that was subsequently returned unpaid by her bank. At this time, no payments have been retained by PayLink on Ms. [redacted]'s account.
On September 30, 2015, NVPS cancelled Ms. [redacted]'s vehicle service contract per her request. In accordance with contract cancellation, no payments are due to PayLink on Ms. [redacted]'s account and any notices previously sent to Ms. [redacted] should be disregarded.
Per her request, NVPS is issuing Ms. [redacted] a refund check for the $395 down payment they processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing and mail time.
Please be advised this Revdex.com notice is the first inquiry PayLink has received regarding Ms. [redacted]'s account. We have no record that Ms. [redacted] or her family members have contacted PayLink to request information or assistance.

I called this company to cancel the payment plan agreement and the lady who answers the phone call was very rude, her loud voice, and the sarcastic way she was talking to me.
I don't know if she was having a bad day or something wrong with her but I don't think this is a professional way to take care costumers.
