We have researched this and there is no insurance information on file with the original creditor listed above.[redacted] did send a letter to [redacted] on January 6, 2017. That letter provided the same details regarding this account as well as the process to dispute the bill or ask for further validation. We would suggest you contact your insurance company to ask why this had not been paid. If the option to rebill your insurance Company is available, please contact [redacted] with the insurance policy details. I am rejecting this response because:I never received communication regarding this bill in order to prevent it from reporting on my credit report. Had I received proper documentation, I would not be in the position I currently am in.

[redacted] services provided on 8/19/16.  These services where provided to a person identified as [redacted] providing the same telephone number you have provided in the complaint. They also provided an address of [redacted] Littleton, CO. The notification you received was from a collection agency we placed this account with. As a result of your telephone conversation with them on 10/2/17 they have requested an itemized billing statement from us and will be sending that directly to you.Once you receive it please contact them to explain why you feel you are not responsible for the balance or to discuss affordable repayment plans.  This account has not been reported by us or the agency to any credit reporting agency at this point in time.

9/13/11 and 7/5/13. These debts have been acquired by PCPII in February of this year and have not been resold. They were simply placed with collection agencies to help you set up an affordable repayment plan. We have researched with the original creditor and they have verified that there have been no payments made on either of these accounts. Perhaps your statement that you were “contacted by a collection agency and/or had a garnishment placed at my employer, which is when I promptly paid each bill” was regarding a different account. If you still believe that these accounts were paid in the past please provide evidence of these past payments to Affiliate Asset Solutions by contacting them at the address or telephone number they have provided you.  Otherwise please contact them to set up an affordable repayment plan. September 22, 2016Dear [redacted], Pendrick Capital Partners, LLC (PCP) acknowledges receipt of the above mentioned complaint and consumer response of 9/21/16 and will address [redacted]'s continued concerns.As stated in our previous response the creditor above does not show the payment received that [redacted] made to [redacted]. PCP has no affiliation with [redacted] so we can offer no other insight into that payment. Regarding the statement by [redacted] that Pendrick Capital Properties, Commonwealth Financial Systems, [redacted] and [redacted]. All four of these companies inaccurately reported false information to all 3 credit bureaus;  • Pendrick Capital Partners LLC has never credit reported this account as we are not a data furnisher as outlined by the FCRA.  • Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc. did Credit report this account based on the original creditors system of record which shows that this is the correct and valid balance.  • We cannot speak to the claims made against The Original Creditor or [redacted].Based upon [redacted]s claim that she paid [redacted] and they failed to report the payment to the original creditor it seems that her complaint is actually with them as opposed to Pendrick Capital Partners. Should she be able to provide us with a copy of a cancelled check or some other evidence of payment to [redacted] we will be glad to reopen the investigation to help her resolve this.There is nothing else that PCP can do at this time. As previously stated this account will remain in a disputed status withno further collection activity. phone call or written communication. The written and verbal communications referenced in this complaint were with a licensed collection agency that Pendrick has placed the account with for collections.Pendrick Capital Partners has contacted [redacted] regarding [redacted]'s account and they have verified that to date they have received no payment on this account.Regarding [redacted]'s request to have the account removed from Pendrick and the bill adjusted; This is not possible as Pendrick Capital Partners, LLC. is the current owner of this account and based on our investigation the account balance is valid and outstanding.Should [redacted] be able to provide proof of the payment she claims to have made we will reopen the investigation based on that evidence.
