I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.The company reached out to me via phone last week and apologized. I was very happily surprised. They told me they would be sending out free product, which they did. I was very happy with it and impressed with the company's efforts to put things right.

You have mentioned that the name on the check is not associated with you, however, that is the name we have on your customer account (see screenshots). I'm not sure where the disconnect is because when my agent Baylee contacted you for the escalation call he ask if you were "[redacted]" and you responded, "yes". If [redacted] is not your name and you are unable to cash the check I do apologize. I'm happy to talk to our accounts payable department and see if we can make that change.
