Sadly, I left Amazon website to the Perfumebff site, and ordered the product (Black Opium). After several weeks, the product arrived and was given to my daughter as a gift, to replace one that was nearing being emptied from use. I ordered the product on 5/25/18 and it was shipped after several delays, on 7/8/2018, nearly a month after her birthday. She opened it later, after using up her initial bottle purchased at a retail store, only to find that it was not the same perfume. It smelled of alcohol and had not scent that approached the actual Black Opium. Not wanting to embarrass me, she bought another bottle from a retail store and did not mention it until recently. I hate being duped and having paid $79.99 for what I thought was a true bottle of Black Opium, I am registering this review. I plan to further notify Consumer Affairs personnel in the State in which this company is registered. Do not purchase products from this company. It is a sham, a fake, a company of dubious character and ill-repute

Issey Miyake pour femme is a very pleasant fragrance. I wish all women could experience. Definitely in the edp version

I’ve never been a huge fan of Gucci perfume but I find Gucci Eau De Parfum II to be an adorable fragrance. Fruity and fresh floral that smells

My husband bought me Kenzo Flower Perfume. Lovely fragrance that smells very naturally amazing. I love it and directed him to buy it here at perfume Bff

The return policy states they accept unopened/unused product return within a designated time frame which has passed, as I was expecting my credit card company to handle this They also charge a restocking fee So, I would be incurring additional charges to return an illegal, counterfeit bottle of perfume I had offered to return it is he sent a pre-paid label, which he refused to do Also, I do not trust him to apply any credit if I return the fake perfume This company is shady

I ordered and paid for 2 3.4 oz bottles of perfume. Received 2 2.5 oz bottles. I called immediately but the voicemail says to email. Over a two month period I emailed at least 10 times, even sending proof of my order and it saying 3.4 oz but did not hear one word back. I gave them chance, after chance, after chance to make it right and they chose not to. It was even as simple as them sending me one more 2.5 oz bottle to make up for the mistake and they did not even opt to do that. Very very disappointed, like our product we received, but unfortunately, will never ever purchase from them again, and definitely do not recommend them to anyone else!

I was refunded for the perfume, but their "policy" said that you wouldn't be charged for a restocking fee if it was their faultI feel like it is their fault because I was sent a fraudulent perfume which was not what I orderedI should not have to pay for a restocking fee for that and pay to ship it backThey're just ripping people off

I first bought Vera Wang Princess when I was in my first year of high school 10 years ago because it smelled really nice. To this day I still wear it. It has become my signature scent The only difference is that I used to pay retail at Macy’s but now I buy the exact same perfume for about half the price at perfumebff. I like this site. Great prices and fast shipping.

I have always purchased Dolce Gabbana Lt Blue Perfume. It’s always been my one and only fragrance but I didn’t always buy it from perfumebff but since finding perfumebff I have been a loyal customer. They have great prices and It’s always been a smooth transaction.
