I am very happy to have found a hard to find perfume at perfumebff. I got lucky because it was the last one and my aunt was very happy with her gift.

I received a free upgrade to USPS priority mail from Perfumebff customer service.

This was my first order buy I will definitely be ordering again soon.

0 stars. Fraud and scam. I purchased perfume Sep 12th, waited for 2 months, nothing. Put my charges on dispute, after week got a wrong perfume size, didn't open that. Requested return label. Nothing. Called 10 times, emailed 10 times. Nothing. Sent it back, paid $10. SCAM, all of us need to seek a legal actions against the SCAMMER.

Review: I placed an order online with PerfumeBFF for a cologne for my husband for his upcoming Birthday, I ordered Creed Aventus 4 oz for $179.99 on 11/**/15 and I received in 2 days, however I found this cologne of such a good deal, since they sell it at [redacted] for $380, I did not open the box since it was a Brithday gift for my husband and his birthday is on 12/** until I was online and a message poped up with do not order from Perfumebff is a total phony, I read it and I ran upstairs to open the box without my husband's knowledge and sure the cologne has leaked into the box, the bottle was 3/4 full and it did not smell like Creed at all not even close it smells like Alcohol. We have bought Creed Aventus from Europe and we have a sample from [redacted].

I sure was very upset I never complain about purchases and I do order items online but never encounter this kind of problem, I felt like I was deceived by false product, I tried looking up their phone# so I can contact them, I sent an email on November **, 2015, I checked next day no reply, I sent another email on Dec *, 2015 asking for someone to call me since I called the number listed on their website, no live person answering the phone there was an answering machine asking to go to their website and file a return. I did so on 12/*/15 and I received a message from them as follows:

I did send them a message from the beginning that I am demanding full refund. I did ask my husband to mail it to them, he did mail it back with priority mail 2 day with a confirmation of receipt, and he paid $14.55 for shipping.

I read their policy, and their policy saysm they will return teh item withing 15 days, they will deduct 10% for unopened package and 20% for opened packages, howver in my case I explained it several times for you and for them whey I did not open and return, I do not need to repeat myself, I did have to open the package to check if the cologne is real or fake and sure it was fake first and the cologne was 3/4 full and it had leaked in the box. I do not understand how these people are in business untill now. I also paid $14 to $15, I do not have the receipt with me right now, but I do have it at home where they should have offered to pay for the shipping and they did not per their message, but asked to ship to them. the money deducted from is neither 10% nor 20%, they deducted almost $30 and I also paid almost $15 for shipping. I still need my full refund back

Review: This company is a total scam!!! They claim to offer Brand Name/Designer fragrances at discounted prices. I purchased two 3.4 oz bottles of J'dore- by Christian Dior and they sent me cheap knockoffs of the original. The packaging appeared to look like the designer perfume, but upon further inspection of the bottles (and by the scent), they were clearly fake. They were cheap misrepresentations. Not only were they fakes, but one of the bottles leaked almost an ounce by the time I received the package. They will not respond to my emails regarding a refund and the phone # listed on their website goes straight to a generic voicemail. DO NOT do business with this company!!!! What a rip off. I spent hard earned money on what was supposed to be designer fragrances. I will do everything in my power to shut this company down for fraud.Desired Settlement: COMPLETE (immediate) refund of the PURCHASE PRICE- $119.98

Review: This company is selling fake high end colognes as the real thing. They even try to make the packaging look authentic. There are several complaints on the [redacted].

When people can tell the difference of them being sold fake items, they return the product, which costs the buyer to return and then PerfumeBFF keeps part of your money as a restocking fee. They cannot charge a restocking fee, when they did not fulfill what they said they would sell and this is a win win situation for them. For everyone that returns, its a profit. For everyone that does not notice the scam, they are out all of that money as well.Desired Settlement: I want the remainder of the $14.00 that they have kept credited back to my credit card and I feel this company should be put out of business. Even the phone number that shows up on my credit card statement is going to an unknown person. Fraud all the way and needs to be stopped.

Review: I have been purchasing the perfume, "Hypnotic Poison" by Dior, for years. It's a somewhat pricy perfume so I was looking online for a better deal. I stumbled upon www.perfumebff.com and found what I was looking for. However, when I received the product, it was clearly fraudulent. The box appeared to be the same box but once I opened it, the bottle was not the same, it had the name of the perfume stamped on it (which was crooked), and it smelled nothing like the perfume. I immediately emailed the company. They stated that I could return the product for a full refund. According to their policy, it says that they will charge a 20% restocking fee for a opened product. Of course I had to open it to find the fake perfume within the real box. Also, they stated that they would refund the shipping cost if it was their error. Of course I find this to be their error since it was a fraudulent product. I have yet to be refunded for my shipping or the 20% restocking fee so I am out almost $20 for nothing but headaches and time spent at the post office.Desired Settlement: I would like my $16 back ($3 for the restocking fee and $13 for the shipping). I will not even mention the gas money I spent to return the perfume and the cost of the packaging supplies to ship it (box, shipping tape, bubble wrap).

I was refunded for the perfume, but their "policy" said that you wouldn't be charged for a restocking fee if it was their fault. Review: Perfume BFF is selling fake perfume on line. I purchased "ADDICT" by [redacted] which I have worn for years and know the scent and how it wears and lasts on my body. [redacted] confirmed that Perfume BFF is NOT authorized to sell their perfume, and what they are selling is NOT manufactured by [redacted].

The [redacted] was difficult to deal with, as they offer returns for "unopened, unused" product. How would one know that it is fake without opening/using the product? I offered to return it only if they would pay for the return, as I do not want to risk paying for return and losing that money also.

The cost of the fake perfume purchase was: $67.49 which I would like to be reimbursed for, and I don't think this company should be permitted to remain in business and continue to rip off others.

Simply stated, PerfumeBFF sells counterfeit products, commits consumer fraud and violates intellectual property laws. I ordered Creed Aventus from PerfumeBFF. I was shipped Creed Green Irish Tweed. I did not open the package, as I expected I would have to return it. When I pointed out the error, the company said the correct product would arrive in a week -- they did not even ask me to return the original shipment. That made me suspicious about this company. After doing some research, I found scores of complaints against this company and its products. Sure enough, when the Creed Aventus arrived, I opened the packaged and quickly determined it was a counterfeit. The packaging did not match proper Creed packaging (the label was even peeling off) and the cologne itself smelled absolutely terrible -- like lighter fluid -- nothing at all like real Creed Aventus. The company only replied to my complaint with an email to return the product -- no mention of refund or otherwise. I will not pay to return a counterfeit product to this company. If the company wants the counterfeit product(s) back, it should send to me prepaid shipping materials. In any event, I expect a full refund immediately, whether the product(s) are returned are not. I have filed complaints with Creed (to enforce its rights) and with relevant law enforcement agencies. This company and Ed R[redacted] need to be shut down, at the very least. More appropriately, further action should be taken against them.

Review: I purchased a product from this company based on the picture they had on their website. When I received their product, I noticed it was not the same product as they advertised (they are using an old picture of the product, but sent a newer version that I did not want). I contacted the company and asked for a refund. Their response was to send the product back to them and they provided an address. I informed them that their return policy states that they would pay for the return if it was their fault. They sent me the wrong product based on the picture they show, so it's their mistake (sent message on 04/**/15). Their response was that I would receive a return label within 24 hours (did not happen). They finally sent a return label two days later at 6:18 p.m. (well after all the post offices in my city are closed). They send the return label with an expiration and I cannot print it on Monday when the post offices are open again. They do not disclose the expiration label in their return policy. Seems it's just a scheme to discourage customers from return a product.Desired Settlement: I would like to return this product and receive a full refund, including shipping cost, since it was their misleading picture that prompted me to order the product.

They have not provided a return label since they sent one that expired before I could take the item to the post office. They state they would send a label within 24 hours of my request. It took them over 48 hours to send the label, and they send it after all post offices are closed so that the label expires when you attempt to print it once the post offices open days later. This Business Owner is clearly taking advantage of costumers selling counterfeit products as original. On his website it clearly states that all products are original. I have been advised by my credit card company and by the attorney's office not to return the products as it might became evidence in case I proceed processing the business. Review: I bought a bottle of "original" Idole Armani from this website [redacted] When I received the product it had not only leaked out of the bottle during delivery it was also fake. It was the Armani's original box and bottle but the label was a sticker and peeling off. original Idole does not have a sticker as the label. I called client and the phone when strait to voice mail every time. When I emailed to asked to have my money returned the company adv I would need to ship back the bottle to them,I asked for a return label it was not offered. They sent me an email that I would receive my return label in 24 hours, 2 days later I received a returned label that was expired, advising if the label expired I would have to return the item at my own expense. PerfumeBFF is sent a return label that expired in less than 24 hours and then wanted me to pay for return shipping on a fake, leaking crap product. I will not send that back to him because I will not lose any further money on this company. They also want to charge a 20% restocking fee to take the product back. PurfumBFF is worst company that I have every worked with and have the same complaints and situation on the web almost down to the letter. All I am asking for is my money back on a fake bottle of perfume so that I can purchase a REAL bottle.
