I had bought some stone coasters and uploaded an image as suggested for Valentines Day giftsThe picture was printed on the stone and was done so poorly that my daughter's teeth looked blacked out and the gray lines in the stone caused a veining look that really made her look creepy- very disappointingWhen I contacted customer service, they said it was manufactured correctly and there wasn't anything they would do about it! I was a long standing customer and after them not willing to do anything to make this right, I rather move my business somewhere elseI'm so disappointed!!!!

I purchased kids beach chairs with umbrellas from this site When I received them I saw they were very poorly made and not as described I called to tell them I wanted to return them and they refused to take them back They said since they are personalized they cannot be returned They then offered me a 30% refund which I accepted and received a confirmation email saying that they had refunded me the 30% I never received it When I called them they said they changed their mind and I can return them for a full refund I don't have the chairs anymore since they did break immediately during the first use I already thought the 30% refund was processed so I chucked them at the beach the day they broke

I have been a customer for this company for yearsI have recommended them to others and purchase products over the years for my family and friendsI have never had such a horrible customer service experience as I have this past few daysOn November 27, my husband and I made the decision to do all of our Christmas shopping on this website this yearOn one of our items my husband typed in the wrong personalized dateHe called the company and they were more then happy to change the date for himMind you this was a few weeks agoI received an email today regarding our order which has been sentThe item still had the wrong date on itMy husband called the company and they told him they would not return the wrong date item but he can repurchase the same item with the correct date if he wants the item to be correctI think that is ridiculous business practiceWe however did receive other items from our order and the quality is extremely poorI am embarrassed to give these items to my family members and our Christmas present experience has been ruinedI will always tell people of this experience and I hope this company steps up their quality and customer service for their own businesses sake

Ordered an item on 12/Paid $for "priority shipping", which is supposed to be daysDidn't get item on 12/22, the 3rd day from when it was shippedCalled company on 12/Rep was extremely rude and told me I wasn't due a refund because priority shipping only guarantees delivery by 12/About AM on 12/24, I check *** tracking info and discover delivery date is now pushed back to 12/Company absolutely owes me a refund for the shipping, and quite possibly a full refund for the order itselfCalled company again, and they're closed until 12/Seems I'm stuck with no other recourse, and I'm extremely *** off because this company clearly doesn't care

TERRIBLE! CROOKS! customer serviceI placed an order for two personalized christmas stockings for my dogs at 5:PMminutes later at 5:I emailed this company, because their office was closed for calls, informing them that I mistakenly ordered of the stockings as a kitten stocking and not my intended two dog stockingsNot asking to cancel my order, but to have them make me two dog stockings and no kitten stockingsThis morning I wake up to an email back stating the item had already been produced and they could only offer me a 30% discount toward the purchase of another item
I called them to ask what could be done, and I believe a lady named Kay was on the phoneShe immediately got an attitude with me when I was simply trying to resolve the issue for an item that takes 1-days to produceNot to mention, I caught my mistake minutes after ordering it!!! Time stamped emails, and her explanation was "there are way too many emails that we receive here to sort through them with as few customer service reps as we have." I was at a loss for wordsNot to mention, when I ask for a manager I am told "you will be waiting all day on the phone because there is not a manager available to talk to you." I told her "I was comfortable waiting for a manager." She placed me on hold, and after 3-minutes she got back on the phone and said "sir the manager isn't available to speak to you, so I am going to have to let you go."
I am seriously at a loss for words, especially when I didn't wait to reach out to them to help me fix my mistakeThis is a terrible business, and I honestly feel like I have been stolen fromI really can't believe the type of service I gotUNBELIEVABLE!

I am rejecting this response because:
The preview I had seen was legible, which I have stated several times. I also had nothing that was obvious at least, that told me to not use caps because of issues with legibility. Again, the item that came to me is damaged so to reorder it and have to pay for it again is not an appropriate response for a business to use

This company has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT I have ever dealt with I ordered six beach towels with my kids names on them They were the poorest quality, thinnest towels I have ever seen All the towels were pilled with white fur, as if they had been used and washed for years They were so thin, they looked like they would fall apart after one wash The towels were such poor quality, I could never give them as a gift! I wrote to customer service, who requested I send pictures, which I did The quality assurance team determined the towels were "manufactured correctly," therefore they would not accept a return nor give me a refund I threw the towels in the trash as they are not even absorbent enough to qualify as a rag I will NEVER do business with Personalizationmall.com again

I was cheated by this companyI ordered as I do quite often, personalized mugs one for my sister and one for my Aunt for Russian Christmas in which was this past SatWell I couldn't view the dog mug I ordered for my aunt after with the tracking and after a few days when it said shipment was on its way I could and it was the same exact pics as the mug for my sisterI emailed them explaining their mistake and my demand for the correct product and express shippingI was told NO it was my fault even though I had a picture of the correct product still in my shopping cart so indeed it was their mistakeI received an email that said purchase it again and they will refund me 1/2, well needing this special gift for my aging Aunt I did it and now the price had more than doubled and I had to pay shipping for a mistake I didn't makeThey gave me back and pretty much said tuff luck that is all you are going to getIt cost when in fact the original was with free shipping as my order was I was duped and robbed and will never order there againI am trying to reach the Business Management Ms*** *** customer relations mgrwith no luckStill no mug and Russian Christmas has come and goneThey don't care about their customers as I can see I am not the only customer that has been ripped offSuch a shame will never use them again

I sought far and wide for the perfect wedding gift for my close friend and his soon to be bride Knowing exactly what I was looking for, I finally found perfection on this company's website Of course the first thing I did was check to see if they were Revdex.com Accredited - what shocked me was that there was nothing but negative reviews about this company This made me skeptical of using their servicesI waited several weeks before I finally put it to rest - this company is a Revdex.com Accredited Business! They could not be accredited if they were bad! I decided to trust them
I placed my order, and a couple of hours later I got the confirmation that my order had shipped! WOOHOO! .........wait..........uh oh....with all their hundreds of daily orders, how did they engrave, print, and ship my items so quickly?!? I will admit, I got a bit nervous....I started thinking about all the negative reviews about things being misspelled, etc Would that happen to me? Would my order be "shipped" and never arrive??? All my concerns were laid to rest a couple of days later when I finally got my package I immediately opened the box to find - PERFECTION!!!
I know a company can't get every order right every time....but mine was....my experience with this company is 100% positive I will order from this company again and I am confident that they will live up to my expectations

Buyer beware I ordered a Baby's First Christmas ornament as a gift just after Thanksgiving(Tues Nov 29)Received an email with shipment confirmation the next evening(Wed Nov 30) After checking on the shipment a few days later, I found that the item, a 2oz ornament, hadn't actually moved yet at all I waited through the weekend & finally called on Tuesday What kind of response did I get from curt Mary? Cheap, huh? $shipping for a 2oz item & I had to pay $extra for the box So almost two weeks & $to send an ornament that I just saw at *** for $4? Top that off with a rude Cust Svc deptI then told her I'd like to speak with her manager about the way she is treating customers She said no & hung up on me Buyer BewareLive & Learn I guess I will NOT do business with this place again
