- your personalization had 19 with the Y left off when the order was submitted.   Our Merchandising Dept. tests each item to accomodate as much personalization as possible.   There is not a way for this to be corrected - we do apoligize.   If you wish to select a different ornament, we will be happy to extend a 50% discount.

This company has promised delivery of items with the extra payment of Holiday shipping. There are dozens of consumers, including myself, with complaints on their Facebook page with the same problem I am experiencing. The company sent our items with regular mail, not expedited. Therefore items will not be delivered before the holidays. Instead my item will be delivered 9 days after ordering.

Total dissatisfaction! Ordered a personalized towel for my son for a special occasion. The towel arrived with my sons name spelled wrong. I checked the proof thinking I made the error but the proof was correct. They made the mistake in the printing. I asked for a refund. First they wanted me to pay for the return, wait til they analyze it then maybe I will get a refund. It has been an ongoing email game til I filed a refund with PayPal. They proceeded to bombard my inbox with advertising. In the end for some reason I have yet to figure out the dispute was closed and dismissed. So I'm out 40 dollars with a towel that's misspelled.

I came across the PersonalizationMall website in a [redacted] search and went to the website. While browsing the site I never provided any personal information. Less than 30 minutes later I received an email to my work email address (which was open via [redacted] at the time I visited the website) with a message asking me to complete my order of the product I had been viewing on the website.
They have effectively stolen my personal information without my consent. That's a very ugly way to do business. Revdex.com, please do something about this.

We do need to adhere to company policy - the order was filled correctly and the new order does not have the correct cards purchased.

This place is a joke. I ordered Christmas cards on 12/7 and they didn't make it to my house until 12/23, even though they sent me a notification that my order had shipped on 12/8. What am I supposed to do with Christmas cards that NEED TO BE MAILED on 12/23? And, they sent out the order with NO ENVELOPES. Who sends out Christmas cards without a [redacted] envelope. It's very obviously a necessary part of the card giving experience. These were not only Christmas cards, they were a Christmastime announcement of my wife and I expecting a child. RUINED. LAME. Personalization Mall, you suck!

I am rejecting this response because:THE 3 PHOTOS THAT I SENT SHOW AN OBVIOUS PROBLEM WITH QUALITY CONTROL!!!! IT IS DAMAGED BECAUSE THEY PUT IT IN THE WRONG SPOT AND NOW THE MAGNET WILL NOT STICK. THE RUG HAD BLACK MARKS ALL OVER IT AND THE SIGN CAME PURPLE AND DOES NOT MATCH THE OTHER GREEN ITEMS!!!!
