We are sorry that we were initially unable to make the correction on the ornament.   Customer was advised via email, the disclaimer always appears stating we can't change or cancel any orders once placed - even when using PayPal.

I am rejecting this response because: This company is playing games not to my surprise. This is exactly what they did on the phone and what they are doing now. I am not surprised after reading the many complaints building with Revdex.com that this occurs. I will now be filing a charge back complaint with my credit card company as I have tried repeatedly to handle this amicablly without resolve. The order in question is [redacted] and there is another order that was purchased to correct the mistake. This company completely disregards any responsibility to the fact that an order was placed and cards that CLEARLY do not fit inside of a recipe box were sent with a much smaller recipe box and all they do is pass the buck because CLEARLY they think this is good for business. Now I will file a credit card dispute and if this doesn't achieve results I will file a lawsuit in small claims court. I am not focusing anymore time on attempting to get a business to handle itself with integrity.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. I was hung up on three times after asking to speak with a manager each time to be told "they don't have time to speak with me". They shipped my product to an old address even though it was billed to the correct address that I entered and then told me that I entered the wrong address. I explained that I put in my new address to be billed and shipped and how could it bill properly but not ship properly. They wanted me to pay another shipping fee on an item that was supposed to be "free" which I paid a shipping for. So now a free item was going to cost me $15.

They would not refund my money but would only ship me my product if I paid shipping once again for their error. Luckily I did not pay the actual price for this item. I will never purchase from them again!

My experience with personalization mall has been horrible. I made an error in my personalization, realized it a few hours later, and they would not help me at all. They told me that my order was already in production. I asked if I could possibly get another for 50% off and they could stop making my first one. They said no but offered me 30% off after I kept pushing via email. I understand that I made the typo, but mistakes happen. My item was only $18. I purchased near a $60 order. They only would have lost a few dollars from me. Had they been understanding & flexible, I'd be giving them a positive review and would use them in the future. Now, I will get my wedding gifts from another company and will never recommend this company.

Customer Service at Personilization Mall sucks. I have been ordering from them for over 6 years and I have never had to be home to sign for a package... I paid $12 to ensure delivery for Mother's Day and never was it disclosed to me that I would have to be home for the delivery. Unfortunately, because this was not disclosed to me I was not home for the delivery and it was not here in time for me to give my mom her gift on Mother's Day. Despite the fact that I have been a long time customer and paid for shipping to ensure my delivery was delivered in time for the holiday, Personilization Mall would rather lose a long time customer by providing bad customer service and not refunding me the shipping cost I paid. I will never order from them again now.

Personalizationmall.com, Inc has a reputation on social media of dismissing customer complaints regarding the poor quality of items with the canned response of, "We have determined that item was manufactured correctly". It is my belief that their reason for doing so is because most customers are unaware of the recourse available to them via the Revdex.com. That, and most customers will give up, allowing Personalizationmall.com to continue their shady business practices. The item I purchased was misrepresented on the website. I certainly would not spent my hard earned money on a blurry canvas picture if I had been aware of the poor quality. Per their request, I sent several photographs with a dollar bill laying on the canvas that clearly illustrates how blurry the image is. I was given the same canned response they give all unhappy customers. Just because the company claims an item was "manufactured correctly" to their standards does not mean that the item is of acceptable quality. The item is misrepresented on the website. Even when clicking the "enlarge" button, the image appears clear on the website. The item that arrived to my home is extremely blurry. It is obvious that Personalizationmall.com expects to continue getting away with this. There are MANY customers who have reported the exact same issues with this particular item to Personalizationmall.com; most of which are buried in the last several pages of reviews. The item was misrepresented. I am requesting the return of the purchase price + initial shipping. I kept the box and will gladly ship the canvas back to Personalizationmall.com if they pay the return shipping charges. To that end, all will be restored, and this unpleasant situation can be concluded.

The customer will be refunded for the item only once the item is sent back to us. Due to the 4.5 star rating and vast majority of favorable reviews we are unable to refund any shipping as previously stated. We regret that our customer is unhappy with their purchase but will process the refund immediately upon receipt.

I purchased a personalized door mat for my son's first home (he just bought a house). I submitted a picture in black and white. I received the door mat, it was brown and green.

I sent an email back on the order confirmation email with the details of the erroneous color. I received no response. I then called, I was told to send pictures to "BenH" for review with the quality people. The next day I received a very disingenuous form letter email for customer service, blaming me to the color mistake.

I had not even sent the pictures yet, and they told me it was my fault. I was not happy. So I forwarded this ridiculous customer service response to BenH with the new pictures. I have followed up for the last 3 days trying to get a response, nothing.

Today I threatened if I didn't receive a response today I would file a compliant with the Revdex.com and a dispute with my credit card company. I also demanded the name of the manager. Shocking, I literally received a response within the hour.

Of course the response was again, it was all my fault. Not sure how it's my fault when I provided a black and white picture, and the door mat was created brown and green.

And the quality, it is the cheapest rubber mat I have ever seen. Very disappointed with the experience as a whole.

I typically never leave bad feedback, but in this case, it's a must!! I feel The need to warm folks of this little scam they have going on, so you don't fall for it too. The ornaments I got were tiny, but correct, however,then they suggest you get this stand with the ornament. Unfortunately, they will take you for a ride here because these stands don't work for the ornaments. You end up putting a 2" ornament on a 10" stand that doesn't even fit. I also paid for gift wrapping of the ornament and stand. Guess what? They don't wrap the stand either, just the stand, but will let you believe they are wrapping both. They will reimburse you for the stand if asked, but you have to foot the bill to ship the items back, and they won't reimburse you for that, or the cost of the gift wrapping they say they will do, but don't actually wrap. These people will steal your money in any form they can. They know it will cost you more to ship The items back than what you even paid for them. The manager, Judy, was even ruder than the customer service lady. There are plenty of other personalization companies who actually do value their customers and won't rob you blind! Try them. I'll never give these people my business again.
