I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN A CLOCK I ORDERED WITH A NAME PUT ON IT THE CLOCK PICTURED LOOKED PRETTY GOOD SIZED AND NO MEASUREMENTS WERE GIVEN THE CLOCK RECEIVED WAS SO SMALL AS TO BE EMBARRASSING TO GIVE AND SO CHEAP, YOU HAD TO TAKE THE WHOLE CLOCK FACE OUT OF THE CLOCK TO EVEN SET IT VERY CHEAP ! THE BATTERY HAS TO BE REPLACED BY A PROFESSIONAL OR A STORE iT WOULD BE MUCH BETTER TO CARRY A NICE SIZED FUNCTIONAL CLOCK THAT SETS NORMALLY AND CHARGE MORE FOR IT! THIS IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
AN EMBARRASSING DISAPPOINTMENT! THEIR SERVICE WAS GOOD, BUT WHY NOT JUST CARRY A CLOCK THAT PEOPLE WOULD BE PLEASED WITH?

I ordered a personalized product for my sister for ChristmasOnce received it was paper thin and the sleeves are shortThe item on their website had long sleevesI emailed customer service and I have been fighting with them about returning it and getting a full refundThey keep saying the item is correctly manufactured and will not be acceptedI am out 40$ and feel robbedThe robe wasn't even usedI opened the packaging to take a photo and that's itThis is *** ***!

I had been using this company for years so I've seen the tremendous decline in quality and customer serviceThe last and final order for me was when I placed an order and paid for expedited shippingIt was to be a wedding present for friendsThe item was supposed to get to me no later than Friday but never showed upI contacted the shipping company which then informed me that the driver claimed a delay with possible weatherThe shipper then stated personalizationmall.com already received reimbursement for the total amount for shipping therefor personalizationmall.com should in kind return my shipping feeWhen I contacted personalizationmall.com the customer service rep said they would not be giving me my shipping fee back no matter whatI explain what the shipping company said about them reimbursing them already and that they should do the same since I didn't get the order as expected and paid forShe refusedI then requested a supervisor to contact me to which they refused to contact meYou would think they would want to make a long standing customer happy, no they didn't careMy point of wanting my shipping back was due to the fact of not getting my order when I should have and considerable amount extra paid for and that they got reimbursed the money back from the shipping company! How was what they did fair?
Then the quality of the product when I received it the next week was not what was expected! Over the over years of being a loyal customer the products slowly became a hit or miss issueSometimes things came as expected and sometimes things were exceptionally cheap qualityThe last three huge orders I placed with them had items that were subpar quality and useless(they went in the garbage)The ability to get the items in a fast shipping method was worth the gamble this last time but then not even receiving it when quoted and not being reimbursed was the last straw! Buyer BEWARE! Also check out the reviews on glassdoor.com the owner/CEO seems unprofessional and abusive! Also the Yelp reviews are all too familiar, I wish I saw them sooner!!

PersonalizationMall sent me an e-mail (which I have retained) stating they will not issue refund nor replacement, AFTER my previous e-mail stating that this doormat looks horrible and will be thrown in the trashSo, they knew I was going to throw it away, now they offer me a refund, knowing I don't have it anymore to returnBoy, they are really somethingSo unprofessional! I have already received my full credit from *** and my credit card companyAlso, the photo of this mat on the website is about 1" big, so it did not show that it made so poorly, and not sold as having imperfections!

Wow - I wish I would have read all the negative reviews online firstVery poor image quality - I've several image items over the years with *** and *** which always come out very clearThis company is must use inferior equipmentWhen I called to let them know I was told it was a problem on my end and they offered a 30% discount on another itemThey take zero responsibility for the very poor items they send outDo not use this company!

We are sorry that the frames arrived with the incorrect layout.    These frames are manufactured using an automated process which is also why we are able to generate a preview during the ordering process.    We requested photos of the frames on December 14th for Quality...

COntrol to review and also determine if there was a file error at that time.    The images have never been received and phone messages were never returned to assist us in resolving this matter quickly.   Images can be sent to [redacted] and we will be happy to send new frames after QC review.

If something goes wrong with your order, the liability falls on you. You are taking a huge risk ordering from them because unlike most businesses they will not solve the issue. they will make it seem lie everything is your fault, even though the merchant is always liable for shipping. Further, if anything comes out wrong with what you ordered they will provide no remedy. I HIGHLY suggest you order from somewhere else. The products and service are not quality. Do not waste your time, energy or money.

3 hats were purchased for my triplet grandchildren.  I am a first-time purchaser and extremely disappointed.   The hats look like they have a piece of tape stuck on them, and the edges are poorly cut.   Plus the functionality of the tape will break down as the hat is stretched over a head.  This is a poor product.  I am also unhappy with the ink blotchiness. The company rep told me it is a distressed look, and was supposed to look that way. .  I fail to agree. That word covers for failure to ink properly on the product.  I have received paperwork and emails about how much I am valued as a customer, yet, I can't seem to get any satisfaction for my dislike of this product.  If I were a frequent complainer to the company, I might understand the unwillingness to make some concessions.   I am a first-time purchaser and grandmother of triplets who will always need items in 3's. I would be embarrassed to send these to my daughter-in-law.  They are of no use to me as they are.  The company refused to do anything about my disatisfaction after 2 calls, an email, and pictures sent for their review. Poor company. They do not care about customer satisfaction. Beware.

I ordered two of these boxes for my sons. One came back with a visible bar code, and the other arrived with fuzzy font. I spoke with two customer service reps who were both very friendly and apologetic; however, they are not the ones making the decisions for this company. I received word that they would replace the one with the barcode but that the other one was fuzzy probably due to "lint". I found it insulting that someone would think I can't tell the difference between lint and a fuzzy font. As a result, I mailed both back. When I presented the postal worker with my box, she rolled her eyes, and said, "Oh...I know THAT company!" Evidently a lot of these packages have come across her mail desk, and now I know why. Now I am stuck with $80 in store credit that I can't imagine using/wasting here. Please. If you are looking for something special for someone, RUN, don't walk somewhere else, anywhere else! I would love to include images, but they contain personal information.

I am a Real Estate Agent. I have been using Personalization Mall recently to order nice house warming gifts for clients. I recently ordered a personalized fall door mat for a new client. When the package arrived I unrolled everything and placed the mat in the extra rubber mat border I ordered. The internal personalized mat was cut to short and crooked. I immediately called the customer service number, sent them photos as requested and received an email back the next day that said they would be sending me a new mat. After a week and not having received the product I pulled my emails so I could check for tracking only to see they sent another email that claims the product is manufactured correctly and that they would not be replacing the product. I cannot give clients a less than superior product after they purchased a home with me. I have a 50.00 mat and border that is now trash and have to find a new gift. Bad Business Personalization Mall!

I called them today because my package looks like delivered but I didn't receive it. The woman on the phone was rude and nasty. She told me that people living in apartments should give a home address or have a P, O. Box so these things do not happen. Totally dumb and did not even apologize and immediately cut me off the call.

I have ordered from this company before and have never had issues with shipment or quality. However, I ordered two gifts on January 12th, did not hear anything about production or their being a delay in production. Called today (January 22) to find out the status and was told their was a delay in production and that they apologize. They pushed production today since they heard from me. Nothing was done to correct it, I needed this item by Sunday 24th. They told me I would have to pay to overnight the item and said because it was in the range of when it would be expected to arrive their was nothing they could do. Their range was Wednesday to Monday for it to be delivered if everything was scheduled without delays. However, I missed out on four days of opportunities for it to arrive and again was never notified of delays. I am not happy that they did not offer overnight option for free or that they did not notify me of delays. Customer service should have been on my side and offered a fix to this situation.

I ordered a gift for my sister’s birthday and it came out wrong. I triple reviewed the order and had someone else review the order as well because I had a bad experience with them on a similar order before. When I called to see about getting a replacement on my current order, I was told that they can only give a 30% discount because I should have reviewed the order before it was placed. I believe this company is deliberately defrauding the public or they have incompetent workers. I have read other consumer reviews where this same identical thing has happened to others. The lady in customer service was very rude, unprofessional and hung up the phone while I was talking with her. This is the worst service I have ever received from a business. The first time I ordered an item and it came to me wrong, I did not contact customer service even though I was certain that I had put the correct date on my order. I just reordered another one. This time I was certain that all the information was correct. They refused to refund my money and also refused to ship a corrected order. This is my advice to anyone seeking to order personalized items, “DON’T BUY FROM PERRSONALIZED MALL.”

WOW - look at all the negative reviews - wish I had read this before ordering. They have a horrible Customer Service Department. Forget trying to speak to a supervisor - that won't happen. PLEASE NEVER get anything embroidered - they do not know the difference between their O's and their A's. Then they are quick to tell you - YOU MADE THE MISTAKE - YOU APPROVED it, well maybe so, but the computer version and the actual embroidery do not look the same to me. Very inferior quality - totally ruined my surprise for my sister's 25th wedding anniversary. FOLKS BE AWARE when ordering from this company. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU - THE CUSTOMER.
