I had a scheduled delivery appointment and the company failed to deliver my goodsI am sitting in a place with no bedding and nothing to cook with I had a scheduled delivery of ONLY 500lbs of household goods today July between 0800-I got a phone call from some it a saying his truck was broken they were not comingThere were several options available to the it at this company available, for example they could have rented from [redacted] , ***, [redacted] , or any other rental agency for a small moving truck to deliver my items today! I have had zero customer service

We have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Allied Van Lines, both in Chicago and in FloridaOur move from Chicago to Orlando was absolutely seamless (even in the middle of a hurricane!)They were completely communicative with us the entire time, and they made the entire process feel easy and free of stressIn Seminole County in Florida, I'd like to specifically mention Todd, who was an excellent help for our next move--communicative, professional, on-time and trustworthyYou can't pick better or more reliable movers

The movers from Coleman damaged the wood floors of my house and are refusing to repair them despite me paying for "insurance" I moved from Marietta GA to Calhoun GA using Coleman American moving services (located out of Fairborn GA) on 9-17-The moving sales man name is [redacted] I purchased moving "insurance"The movers damaged the newly refinished floors in my year old houseI called immediately to discuss damage to my floors as well as to personal property damaged in the moveI was given a form to fill out regarding personal property damage and was told not to include floor damage on the form as that would be handled by their "in house floor people"I sent in the damage claim form to Eagle Claims Service (insurance company that I paid for) and never heard from either them nor ColemanI initiated all contact with Coleman - speaking with [redacted] and [redacted] with Coleman movingI called multiple times and sent multiple emails regarding repair/reimbur

I had watches and a necklace stolen by employees of the company when performing packing services I hired Coleman Allied to assist with packing and moving my belongings from Houston, TX to Irvine, CA on Sept26, I was informed by the company that items within drawers would not need to be removed for the transport I had Movado watches and a necklace within my nightstand prior to the packers and movers arriving to my residence When my items arrived in Irvine, CA, both watches and necklace were missing, but their respective boxes were still within the nightstand I filed a police report as well as claim form to the company but for some reason no investigation into this matter ever occurred Coleman Allied is refusing to take responsibility for their employees stealing my watches and necklaces and I haven't received any compensation for my losses

Our experience with Coleman/Allied Worldwide handling our cross-state move (Alabama to North Carolina) was riddled with problemsWe have moved multiple times with other companies and never had issues like these Our household goods were loaded appropriately onto a truckI was told at that time that this truck would be driven to our new location and unloadedHowever, this truck was unloaded into a warehouse without our consent, our items stayed there in the heat for an undisclosed amount of time, and most of our items were reloaded onto another truck holding another family's goodsSeveral of our items were left behind, including a queen Tempur-pedic mattressAlso, due to the size of this second truck, many of our items did not fit in the trailer, so they were loaded into the cab of the semi with the driver, who is a smokerAmong these items were couch cushions, the top-half of a recliner, and children's toys Because of the multiple times our household goods were handled, our new sturdy moving boxes were smashed, crushed, and had large holes poked in themFurniture was banged up with very large marks left in wood and leatherItems not covered or sealed in boxes were dirtyBoxes that were opened allowed dirt and debris in with our packed goods I followed the directions given to me to submit claims, which I didTheir online system, by the way, is extremely glitchy and frustratingOur mattress ultimately was located but confirmed damagedWe were given a check to purchase a replacementAs for the other items, we had to wait for a contracted inspector to come out to verify the damageShe did not confirm the smoke damage, and initially it was dropped from our claim, despite the driver admitting what he had done already(Why would that need to be confirmed weeks later by a third party?) We had to do much back-and-forth to get the amount of our claims checks to be respectable for the items that we are now in the process of replacingIt was a very time consuming and stressful experience, and it didn't need to be We shouldn't have to fight to get our stuff fixed/replacedWe paid for the insurance We were billed the full amount of our estimate, despite the fact that they included packing services that I had already told them during the in-home inspection that we would not needThey offered to discount that original full amount, but we knew we were overbilled, so we deducted that offered discount from the correct amount and paid thatThey sent our bill to collections and said they would stop payment on our claims checksOnly after we threatened legal action did we get an apology, an acknowledgement that we did in fact pay the correct amount, and closure to this horrendous experience In addition to all of the items we had to replace, we have spent countless hours on the phone, on email, using their claims system, doing research to verify replacement values, and basically forcing them to do the right thing instead of them doing it on their ownWe will never use this company again in future moves and certainly will not recommend them to anyone else

We had contracted Allied to move us from [redacted] From the first day of their arrival to move us to the last item unpacked in Louisiana there was nothing except misinformation, unreturned phone calls, damaged items and lastly the fight with the insurance company to pay us for the broken and damage furniture and items which happens to be owned by Allied It was the worst move we have ever had Granted it was a complicated move butthat what's we paid for I could never recommend them to anyone Product_Or_Service: Moving

Horrid service - [redacted] branch [redacted] , based here in ***, HI were responsible for my move. Delivered items on 26Oct17 and that was by far the most unprofessional experience I had, up until that time, with military movers. Prior to delivery I called twice and advised the company that I lived away from a street and there were multiple stairs. Second conversation the dispatcher laughingly commented "guess they will get their exercise." The crew that arrived consisted of very nice young men but their company over scheduled them so they didnt arrive until noonish, to unpack 7 crates. They were not equipped to handle it and though we got everyhing into the house, it was so late that nothing was unpacked or set up. Found out the company pays by the volume of items moved per hour so not exactly the best treatment of my furniture. This week I have called almost daily to schedule pick up of the rubbish (boxes/paper). Monday I was told they would come tuesday, so I moved every

we did a contract with colemanallied for moving our goods from madison USA to new delhi India the job was not done efficiently, they had not enough cardboards to pack our stuff.the employees were not trained to packdays job was completed in 3rd day night time around 12pm unfortunately our move got cancelled after the goods went to their storage, within a week.we informed them to stop the container and the container hook broke and it was being repaired at their warehouse only in madison al,the goods never went to the dock too.the packing and movement cost was 12000usd.we paid all the money when we requested to return our goods back to our house they made an extra charge above 12000usd of 1000usd for us to pay after that goods were delivered at our place we are not able to understand that how international move charges are less than the domestic move.as our goods never went to the dock,no international move happened still we were not refunded any amount, rather we paid 1000usd

Delivery of all furniture days late, lost items, no communication bwtn driver and myself Delivery of registration #XXXXXX going from [redacted] , FL to O [redacted] NY was days lateI asked about submitting a delay claim form along with receipts for expenses and was told only dollars/day would be refundedDuring the week and a half of waiting for my delivery there was NO communication bwtn the truck driver, dispatch and myself at allI had to call multiple times demanding where in transit my stuff wasThen finally on arrival days late, the delivery men tracked mud/dirt in to my apt, I had to request them to lay blankets down, and item #***- $slowpitch softball bat was lost in transit somewhereThey also ruined a garage bin I had that was made by Rubbermaid-flattened itThen the truck driver told me "once it warms up that'll pop back out"It didn'tIt was trashedI filed a lost item claim for the bat and they said "they were working on it"I think they complete wen

Coleman American charged for packing more boxes than they actually packed and also charged for moving more weight than they actually moved Coleman American packed some of my household goods in [redacted] on 8/14/They loaded my furniture and household goods in Hilton Head on 8/15/and delivered these goods to [redacted] on 8/17/ Coleman's INVOICE NUMBER was [redacted] They charged me for moving 12,pounds, however the weight tickets that Coleman supplied show that they only moved 11,pounds They charged me for packing dish packs, however their HOUSEHOLD GOODS DESCRIPTIVE INVENTORY only lists dish packs They charged me for packing mirror containers/crates, however their HOUSEHOLD GOODS DESCRIPTIVE INVENTORY only lists mirror containers/crates All of the above figures are taken directly from paperwork that Coleman sent me I emailed Coleman about these apparent overcharges on 9/26/ My email included the ITEM NUMBERS for the dish p

Allied removed items from my home in Las Vegas with proper paddingIt arrived in Tennessee in thin plasticMultiple furniture items were damagedWe paid Allied in full to pick up our belongings on 8/to drive to MurfreesboroThey called the day before stating a truck broke down and they would not be able to load our belongings until 8/We informed them this was not workable for us because we had to leave our home prior to 8/After much stress they reported they had located a truck to pick up our items 8/The movers arrived on 8/who were contract workers with AlliedThey wrapped our furniture in pads and treated it with great careThey denied having a truck that broke downAllied had overbookedWhat Allied also failed to mention to us was our items would sit in a storage until a driver could transport them cross countryThis should have been explained in advance and we would have selected a different moving companyOur items arrived in Murfreesborro on 9/The movers and driver started moving items off the truckThey were wrapped in thin plastic but no furniture padsMultiple items were scratched, indented, and damagedMy husband mentioned contacting the credit card company to inform them of the issue to see if the charge should be disputedAllied started loading our items back on the truck and made a call to corporateThey threatened to leave with our stuff (which is highly illegal to hold your household goods hostage) and I called the policeCorporate then called me saying the driver loaded the truck back up due to inclamite weatherI asked, "What inclamite weather?" Not a rain drop in sightThe police spoke to them and they started unloading our items againOne of the movers stepped in dog poop and tracked it all through our placeSo far we've estimated in damagesThey were paid approximately to complete this job right and they were beyond negligentWe were blamed for crushed boxes by the driver because we didn't fill them high enoughInstead they shouldn't put heavy boxes on top of light onesItems itemized as damaged thus far include a makeup vanity, antique night stand, white plant stand, counter height stools, bookcases, a television stand, Maytag washer, black wooden desk, leather desk chair, night stand, hand painted dresserWe do have pictures of the items coming off the truck and damages

I would like to start off by saying that I typically never fill out these things, even when I've had a negative experience However, this tops any experience I've ever had NEVER will I used this company again! NEVER! Let's start with the initial consultation with Rod T*** Having never moved before, we were a little overwhelmed with the process At the conclusion of the meeting when he presented the information and asked if we had questions, we responded with "not at this moment," to which he replied 'well you're no fun." This should have been my first clue He also didn't follow up with his promise to drop off boxes at our house on a Tuesday when he was in town I called him and he said he would "try to get them there by the weekend," to which they were never received The packing men arrived on time and worked their tails off (there were of them) They have been the only positive thing through this entire move They were careful and courteous and answered all the questions I had Although it took them the entirety of a day to pack a sq ft house, they were good Our moving coordinator contacted us with a move date and final bill A day before the move, we received an email saying that the driver would not be able to haul our truck and they would be in touch when they had a driver.....guess what, we are still waiting Her boss doesn't even have answers for us We've been told they are "short on drivers" this season Well, that would have been nice to know now wouldn't it of? I have contacted everyone I can think of, every customer service representative, everyone in the local Nebraska office, our attorney general, even the uppety ups I've gotten no where Our belongings are being held hostage in Omaha just sitting in a warehouse We have been told we can go get them but will be charged for the packing and the time it has taken up space in the ware house If you are considering this company....DON"T DO IT! Spend the extra money to get someone else

Ascertained Coleman Worldwide Moving, LLC to facilitate full service move from Seattle, WA to Atlanta, GA, and extensive damage done to property I hired Coleman Worldwide Moving to facilitate a full-service move from my home in Seattle, WA to Atlanta, GA The move included full packing of all of my belongings, loading, transit and unloading of my property My property was not properly wrapped and protected during the move, resulting in multiple destroyed items and extensive damage to my furniture Additionally, a number of high value items were stolen (lost) during the move I escalated the concerns immediately to Coleman specifically regarding the high value items which were stolen A few days following the delivery of the belongings a few additional boxes were "found" and some items returned, however, a number of items have yet to be returned Additionally, I escalated the extensive damage to the Quality Manager at Coleman and was assured the matter would be handled promptly

After move December 15,2017, I finally have gotten to see things more clearlyi was getting ready to work on projectR-emailed and called On December 15, we moved from [redacted] Movers came and loaded the truck Thursday I had to pay a little over 5000, after the packing the truck was informed move will not recieve items till the following Monday, I got that corrected and we movedBeing in [redacted] for a little of months, I begin to unpack crafting items Looked through every box again to discover was missingCalled Coleman Early July Left Message, Late July 26, Online Chat Claim form revieved Called company again August 7, Left Message.August 9, called Coleman again no answers, no ordersI don't know what going on no communication to prepare fo any wounds

We scheduled a move with these folks and it was admittedly a bit complicated as they had to pick up our things, put them in storage for weeks, and then move them to our new homeWe only moved miles from one side of Atlanta to the other, but apparently that was too much That meant that everything was essentially touched twice as many times; unfortunately the result for us was A LOT of damaged furniture, our best furniture! Chief among the damaged items was our expensive cherry china cabinet that had one entire corner broken off The end of our dining table look liked it had been dragged across the pavementThis was previously a pristine dining room set of heirloom quality cherryIts not anymore and will never be and that was perhaps the most precious expensive furniture they moved Three separate end tables were seriously damaged: one all but destroyed with two of the four legs ripped off it, another looked like the corner was drug across the ground, and the other chipped up in several places One of our kitchen chairs with arms, had an arm broken off, and our cherry office desk was just entirely laid waste in pieces and the desktop ripped off and scratched upThe desk was merely left in pieces in our new basementand it appears to be history In addition, several boxes of dishware looked to be flattened somehow and the contents broken SAD! I had actually relied upon Allied to move us when I was in the Air Force, always with excellent resultsSadly that is no longer the case, I will never uses these guys again I was also mislead on the billing, as they promised me they would refund the cost of a shuttle if it was not used, and yet no shuttle was used however they never refunded me the $as promised We've filed a claim for the ruined furniture, but there is simply no way to really return my wife's dear heirloom dining room furniture to its previous pristine stateThey also dont really seem to care about the damage and have done absolutely nothing to help fix it or provide any suggestions whatsoever, except of course send a form I was told a QA inspector would be at the pickup and at the delivery to insure the quality of the moves; yet none ever showed up, nor has one ever contacted us after the fact to help us get our furniture that they destroyed fixed or replaced I am thoroughly disappointed! Let me emphasize thatthese guys were a huge dissapointement on how they cared for our furniture Merely moving it is not enoughit needs to arrive in the same condition it left, and on that level they failed!

Thoroughly unprofessional moving serviceDamaged home, refuses to respond to calls, complaints In June of this year, we moved from [redacted] , Kansas to the [redacted] Our shipment was approximately 13,poundsLocal Manhattan, KS company decided to truncate a four-day process into twoWe voiced our concerns to the local 'quality assurance' (QA) specialist from the transportation officeWe expressed our grievances over the manner of packing, the haste in which it was being done, the abject rudeness of the team leader, and made note of the physical damage being done to our residenceThe QA guy calmly conveyed our concerns to the team leader, with whom he was on a first-name basis, and with whom there was no cooperationThe QA guy merely expressed exasperation of his inability to affect any change and advised us on the claims process When the pack-out was completed, the movers vanished like thieves in the night before we could get to the usual damage claim form we have

First, I agree with all the negatives posted below and wish I could give them a negative starsThis is a horrible company to work with They moved us from San Diego to Colorado Springs in August We bought into their story about being an old company that worked to do the best job for their customersThey insisted on payment up front based on the estimated poundage and packing costs with a contract that would refund us if actual poundage and packing costs were less We know that we are owed back over a thousand dollars, based on the actual weight and packing costs It has been two months and that refund has not been processed They do not return phone messages or emails, and the few times I have gotten through they have promised to get the refund taken care of, but not followed though The truck did arrive on time for the packing, loading and the delivery While the packers in San Diego were adequate, the unloaders in Colorado Springs were two young men that seemed to never have unloaded before The load was large enough and items heavy enough that three or more support would have been appropriateAs a result of the unskilled labor, several important pieces of furniture were damaged A leg on my piano was shattered and the answer from the insurance company is to have the pieces clued back together

Delivery Issues and Damages My Name is [redacted] and I am writing to voice my unbelievably bad experience using Coleman Worldwide/Allied for my cross country move I moved from Nebraska to New Jersey so this was not a cheap move including the storage while I found a new home Upon finding a place to live and notifying Coleman in Omaha I was given a estimated delivery date of July 11-13th I called towards the end of June to confirm the balance of my payment was paid and had TWO different people tell me my things were being loaded and ready to ship On July 12th I still had not heard anything from the company as to when my things would be delivered After multiple calls and emails to both Omaha, the destination center in NJ I was not getting answers nor could anyone tell me where my things were at I finally got a hold of someone at corporate who informed me my stuff had not even shipped out of Omaha yet! Omaha was not answering my calls or emails until corporate interven

The Shawnee, KS location "disposed" of our personal property without our permission or notifying us while storing our items during a move We recently completed a move from WA state to KS state June, Excellent notes were made of all our items including our custom made Italian furniture, our private wine collection from overseas etcWe have a bottle by bottle inventory as well as all liquor permitsWe were present and inspected all initial packing and loading of our personal property onto the moving truck, and at that time we noticed no problems or difficulties Our goods had arrived in KS before we arrived and therefore necessitated some time in storageThe total amount of time in storage was approximately days between arrival of our goods and delivery to our homeUpon delivery of our goods we discovered that many of our goods had been severely damaged This includes having a mirror completely snapped off a motorcycle, a wooden bookcase completely shattered rendering it
