Missing property upon move from Texas to Tennessee I packed all of my personal property in plastic bins and boxesThe movers packed my TV, bed and bedroom furnitureUpon arrival to my new address boxes were missing and the driver told me I got everythingI had cordless power tools computer cord, drone missingThe company did their investigation and found the only reason baoxes on my list were not checked off were because they weren't loadedIt is my opinion that the loader helper may have been involved if not the driver since the loaders family sat in a car b=next door to my house the entire timeAlso at times they came up and stood at the end of the rampIt was not my feeling that customer packed boxes were not their responsibilityNo one knows the contents except the packer all though I know what was packed in the tools/garage boxesTry and prove itSo sad I put too much trust in the lady that signed me up, and the employees are not a representation of quality work or respo
All promised goods not received Select electronic items missing from final delivery We contracted with Coleman American/Allied Movers to move us from Panama City Beach to Jacksonville, FL After all boxes were unpacked, we noticed that all items related to Sony Playstation: games, consoles, controllers, accessories, transport cases, power outlets, and boxes, et al., were missing This was an insured move that cost over $13,and was insured for $100, An estimated $in goods went missing Claims were denied by the moving company and requested return correspondence (other than email) was refused After action review on the internet reveals that this is not a unique situation
Completely inept after the initial estimate and packing groupYou don't send a 2/full truck to pick up contents of a sq ft homeDriver refused to accept the fact that there was no way it would fitDriver had no tools or dolleys, and was completely unprepared to move gun safes that were clearly on the estimateDriver refused to call for second truck, which they conveniently call "overflow", until mid-day Saturday during an Alabama football game (of course there are no drivers available on a Saturday) Original driver who is not qualified to work at a [redacted] finally took his semi trailer back to yard in Huntsville and picked up a local truck to finish loadingWhen returning to HSV with the "local" truck, it was evident that he had no help unloading it, as many of the boxes and items were damaged (we suspect that they were tossed off the truck, as the items were packed well and many dishes shattered) Unloading, the same driver still had no tools or dolleys, and we had a local safe mover handle the gun safes againCompletely ineptDriver stomping around acting like he was doing us a favor After numerous phone calls and mis information from even Vice Presidents over the course of the next days, we finally saw our "overflow" shipment arrive in a condition that was completely horribleThe overflow driver stated that the condition of the boxes received were damaged before he picked them up from the HSV warehouse Yes, many items damaged, not finished fighting with claims for damages yet If you can, avoid at all costs The icing on the cake is the fact that this poor excuse for a company can't even process credit cards properlyThe entire move was paid for in advance, but they failed to process one of the paymentsThis has resulted in several collection letters and phone callsThe final payment due to their error was made today, and I received notification of another fun certified letter coming in the mail today Maybe I should have waited more days to pay
Delivery of all furniture 4 days late, lost items, no communication bwtn driver and myself. Delivery of registration #XXXXXX going from [redacted] , FL to O [redacted] NY was 4 days late. I asked about submitting a delay claim form along with receipts for expenses and was told only 50 dollars/day would be refunded. During the week and a half of waiting for my delivery there was NO communication bwtn the truck driver, dispatch and myself at all. I had to call multiple times demanding where in transit my stuff was. Then finally on arrival 4 days late, the delivery men tracked mud/dirt in to my apt, I had to request them to lay blankets down, and item #***- $200 slowpitch softball bat was lost in transit somewhere. They also ruined a garage bin I had that was made by Rubbermaid-flattened it. Then the truck driver told me "once it warms up that'll pop back out". It didn't. It was trashed. I filed a lost item claim for the bat and they said "they were working on it". I think they complete wen
Door to door move, but we ended up having to move part of our belongings. It took over 2 weeks to complete the move with multiple additional appts. We have been asking Coleman Allied for a reduction in charges for our move from Seattle to Denver. We hired them to do a door to door move, but the company was very disorganized and we ended up having to help them sort our belongings on the day of the move (7/23/18) for over 3 hours and then we had to help them move our belongings into one of the destinations in Denver later that evening. They started unpacking our belongings at 5pm and there were two stops to the move. After 2 hours they had only half of the first destination moved in. They asked my husband to help to make it go faster. After 3.5 hours they finished, but did not have time to put together any of the furniture. The next day, they finished the second half of the move, unloading my sister's belongings at her apartment. Just this portion of the move took 2 full days, when it w
Poor business practices - item lost for four months, found, then no progress in having it delivered 1) This form would not allow me to choose the correct location This complaint should be placed under the Nashville, TN location at WTrinity Lane 2) In November 2014, my household goods were packed and placed into storage by Coleman Worldwide Moving due to an overseas military move During the pack-out, my husband repeatedly expressed concern about his tools and asked that his 13-drawer toolbox be packed empty and the tools individually inventoried and stored The movers adamantly declined our request stating that since the tool box locked, it should be stored full and locked When we returned to the US in July 2017, our household goods were delivered from Nashville to Olympia and the toolbox was not present After discussing with the manager, [redacted] on numerous occasions, before even a month had passed, he advised my husband to 'just file a claim.' When my hus
Nearly weeks since pickup and still waiting for delivery of my overflow household items Our initial load was June 28th and they sent a truck that was already half fullThey could not fit all of our belongings on this truck so they had to send another the following dayThat second load contained many important items - clothes, kitchen table, kid's bikes, lawn equipment, rugs, TVs, etcIt took weeks to get a scheduled date for delivery of this second load with VERY limited communication in that timeYesterday was that scheduled delivery date and we called our "coordinator" to get a delivery time first thing in the morningShe was surprised the driver had not called us and said she would call us right backAfter several hours (and leaving voicemails with her) I called her cellShe informed me that the overflow truck was full and none of our stuff was loadedShe even had the nerve to blame me for expecting the delivery since the driver had not called hours in advance to
Upon using this moving company, we found that we needed to finish the job ourselves since there wasn't enough room left on the truck April move from [redacted]
This move has been a total disasterHad it not been for our realtor half our stuff would have been left behindNow, no one returns calls Our move (Reference Number: XXXXXX) has been an absolute disasterIt all begin with our packing and loading dateColeman (Allied local branch) sent a truck that was simply NOT large enough to contain all of our household itemsMy family and I were set to depart for our new home in [redacted] the next day so we worked out with the driver to leave them our garage door opener so they could gather the remaining items out of our garage on the next dayUnfortunately, Coleman never came to collect those itemsThey claim they sent a driver out to our house who was unable to get the garage door opener working and so he simply left Why did we never receive a phone call in this regard? Why didn't Coleman ask us about getting these additional items? It wasn't until our Realtor happened to do a final walk-through on the house prior to closing that we real
Charged us TWICE. Awful customer service, don't return communication, didn't complete job & refusal to compensate for inconveniences and broken items. I scheduled a 2 day move with this company more than 30 days before the move date. The representative, Rod Sweeney, didn't come out to our house to survey our belongings, as they had moved us just 6 months prior and he estimated the same amount of time....2 days, 6/28 and 6/29. Shortly after this, I was asked to secure our move with a deposit of 100% of the estimated cost, $2940. I questioned this with our Move Coordinator, [redacted] , and she assured me that our credit card would not be charged until after the move was completed. This was just a deposit, she said! So I completed the online payment instructions. The next 30 days were a nightmare...they didn't deliver boxes or packing paper as promised. I had to call, email, call, multiple times to get any sort of a response. They finally delivered everything about 2 weeks bef

Services contracted for were at times not performed and when performed, were performed negligently Driver lied, as did salespersonLots of damage Case number with credit card company (Barclay): [redacted] , they said while it was clearly negligent they could not handle because service was still performed (I disagreed with their finding that service was performed) Coleman Claim number: [redacted] I signed BOL under duress while my children were lost on a wrong school bus on first day of school, driver did not care, he just wanted to leave after spending a handful of hours to unload what took days to load I have not cashed their check, I have tried all I can to reason with them Shipment was loaded on 08/10/and 08/11/and delivered on 8/17/ Coleman asserts I packed items myself, and that the $6,did not include them wrapping or packing any items, and that is the items were damaged In fact, salesperson claimed many items would be wrapped by
Horrid service - [redacted] branch [redacted] , based here in ***, HI were responsible for my moveDelivered items on 26Octand that was by far the most unprofessional experience I had, up until that time, with military moversPrior to delivery I called twice and advised the company that I lived away from a street and there were multiple stairsSecond conversation the dispatcher laughingly commented "guess they will get their exercise." The crew that arrived consisted of very nice young men but their company over scheduled them so they didnt arrive until noonish, to unpack cratesThey were not equipped to handle it and though we got everyhing into the house, it was so late that nothing was unpacked or set upFound out the company pays by the volume of items moved per hour so not exactly the best treatment of my furnitureThis week I have called almost daily to schedule pick up of the rubbish (boxes/paper)Monday I was told they would come tuesday, so I moved every
Packers brought large backpacks While I stepped out to get them lunch and they left with several high dollar itemsThis was all caught on my house camera and allied refused my loss claimPolice report and a call to state attorney general made them reconsiderTerrible experience
Grossly negligent, moved not by a professional team but a mother, father and small sonBroke countless belongings religious and otherwise worth 1000s - charged my card 3x as much as I authorized them to, before the move rather than waiting till delivery like the contract said - Lied about who would be moving, said it was a team of pros, not a family with a small son, wife and husband - maliciously or just through gross negligence destroyed many pieces of furniture, a priceless fender rhodes organ from the 70s, shabbat candles commemorating our family who died in the holocaust, and countless other things - reached out to everyone at the company I knew (sales guy named [redacted] and coordinator) to ask if I could talk to a supervisor about the insane amount of damage doneThey both refused, Jess the salesman insulting me and making fun of the way I spoke, [redacted] just saying she couldn't give me anything and I had no recourse - I tweeted out to the CEO and Customer Care and C
