I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID I did receive the letter with the $gift card in the mail and I am satisfied in total with this complaint However, even though we received the two items, they were less than what was ordered The mirror that was delivered was most likely floor model in the store even though the reason we went through the waiting period was to get a brand new one in original packaging The condition was satisfactory, however most likely the floor model would have been further discounted from the price we paid for the new one we were expecting The lantern was delivered, however it arrived broken for the 4th time I should say three arrived broken to our door and one was thrown away at UPS prior to being delivered since it was broken so badly Each time, we had to call and explain our situation We called this last time, and asked for our money back which was given. When accounting for the whole transaction, the $gift card in our minds covered most of issues with the two items delivered, however I would choose not to take the path we took ever again We will continue to shop in the store, but not online for items that could potentially be broken I believe Pier needs to take a hard look at their logistics operations as they are probably losing customers from the experience and money from the inefficiencies

We have partnered with the customer and apologized for the
inconvenience
she had to experience with her order. We did our best to recall order
W1498882941, however the package was in transit and UPS had the package
delivered before we could recall it back to our Fulfillment CenterCurrently
we are in the process of reaching out to Mrs*** to resolve this concern
A new order was placed for the correct items
We appreciate Mrs*** feedback regarding our cancellation
policy and will forward her feedback and experience to the appropriate
department
Please apologize to the customer for the delay in this matter and
we would love to invite her back in our stores

We have corresponded with Ms*** via email and apologized for her experienceIn addition, we have followed up with the associates she spoke with in regards to her experience
